another bar in town, Grimbard's, a much seedier dive that you DEFINITELY don't go to to cruise, and I thought about the kind of men that would inhabit it. Not at all like Colt's place or some of the other honky tonks, i think Grimbard's is mainly for gang bikers and ne'er-do-wells, and drugs are probably handled through it. It's definitely for the kinda guys that society has already pushed to the outside, one of those being Kairon, or \"Ron\".\n\nKairon is in his late 60s, and he served in the military decades ago, and never really came back exactly the same. Unlike many of the other veterans in town who managed to settle down, hold down careers, have social lives and families, Kairon could never really keep his work. If he came to work at all, he was drunk or on drugs, and he was subsequently fired. He found his money in many different ways, and often found homes that'd keep him. When he wasn't in a home, though, he was at the rescue mission, or he was sometimes on the streets, panhandling and trying to get a stable life. Every time that stability came, though, he'd blow it on bad decisions he made on weekends. He's been in and out of jail most of his life, never long enough to learn a lesson but always long enough to make friends that made life outside the bars even less stable.\n\nHe's no stranger to sexual opportunism, nor is he a stranger to drugs, neither of which did well for his health, and one or the other ended up with him contracting a rather nasty sickness he's had for a while now.
