  "description": "[fa]Fortuna[/fa] drew this!\n\nNobody likes unruly neighbours, and feral dragons are no exception. That's why it's so important to have your realty agent check out any potential new locations for conflicts before moving in. Gryphons and dragons often have such conflicts, both being four legged flying predators who like to make their homes in the mountains. Location is everything.\n\nThe gryphons that just moved into my territory really should have checked who owned it first, but I can overlook that, it's a rather common mistake. Being the friendly sort I am, I dropped in to introduce myself to them, and am currently negotiating the terms of the lease and the rent with this lovely orange hen. Things are going so well in fact I'm taking the down payment from her right now as I explain all the rules of living under a dragon, starting with the big three. \n\nStay down, stop squirming and just relax. \n\nThe rest of the rules should be pretty self explanatory but just in case I'll make sure to explain each rule slowly and in great detail to each of them and ask that they be repeated back just to make sure everything is clear. As many times as it takes for everyone to fully understand. \n\nBut that will all come later after the down payment is taken care of. It's a large payment so it's going to take some time to transfer all of it. The monthly payments will be easier, especially with auto-pay set up. Won't even have to lift a finger. Just a tail. \n\nSeriously though, if you try to take up residence near a dragons lair expect to get pounced and rather firmly dominated. Then get to work on that nest. Going to need plenty of room for the clutch of dragon eggs from that down payment.\n\nIt's either that or a chicken dinner...\n\n\n-----\n\nFortuna did a... cough, bang up job on this one. The scenery is awesome and it's such a  majestic scene. Dragons vs Gryphons is a very fun theme among mythical creature match-ups and I'm happy to get this one.
