Thanks for the suggestion. ^^\n\nUPDATE2: \n(50%) Stands for half of the enemy's current health.\n(STN) Stands for Stun\n\nChanged a couple of things to lower the vulnerability of the team as well as increasing it's fighting power.\nFor starters, I added Raticate when I noticed, that he had half-health move as well as him getting STAB on both Swift and Hyper Beam... And the fact that Normal Pokémon are only vulnerable to fighting Pokémon... which aren't a big issue, thanks to Gengar. (Hitmonchan excluded)\nI also changed Dragonite's loadout to make use of a guaranteed K.O. Move. I will have to see how good this build works in practice, but in theory, it should work pretty decently.\nI also gave Bulbasaur a loadout that should make him workable even against vastly overleveled enemies, since it relies only on damage that is not influenced by stats. Especially if they are already sleeping.\n\nAny new suggestions are welcome.\n\nUPDATE3:\nAdded Zapdos in case that some asshole wants to get smart with their Charizard or Blastoise and teaches them Earthquake. I distinctly remember that happening back in the day.\n\nUPDATE4:\n(KO) stands for a move that Ko's the Enemy instantly. (Forgot to put this on UPDATE2)\n\nI gave Dragonite Thunder Wave to really work that one hit KO\nRaticate got Icebeam to take care easier care of Dragon, Ground, Flying and Grass Type Pokémon.\nPrimape got Metronome for emergencies.\nGengar got Mega Drain to further allowing him to heal while doing damage. Also helps with Water, Ground and Rock type Pokémon.\n\nUPDATE5:\nI replaced Raticate with Porygon. Two Tri Attacks can do more damage than Hyperbeam and is more accurate. Recover can seriously save its ass. It also has significantly higher SPECIAL stat, so Ice beam will be more effective and it won't die as quickly to special moves. Tri Attack and Swift get STAB.\nBiggest downside is, that it will always go last... but I can work with that certainty...\nAlso, I really like Porygon and it's a Pokémon you don't often see in a team.\n\nUPDATE6:\nWHOPSY! I overlooked the fact that Gengar is also a Poison Type... as a consecuence, I had to alter my team accordingly. It had a rather profound effect on the team though, with Blastoise making it back into the team and Porygon being replaced with an Exeggutor... Motivation: I always feel bad about catching Pokémon that I will never use or serve no purpose. With this team, it won't be an issue.
I literally spent HOURS on planing this baby! No Joke!

NOE stands for Non-Elemental damage, as in, damage that is unaffected by ALL type modifiers.
CRT stand for high-critical moves, which are ridiculously good in gen 1.
LV stand for Level dependent damage. In other words, damage is equal to level of user.

an HM/TM in slot 3 means that the attack in slot 3 is replaced by it ASAP.

UPDATE2:
(50%) Stands for half of the enemy's current health.
(STN) Stands for Stun

Changed a couple of things to lower the vulnerability of the team as well as increasing it's fighting power.
For starters, I added Raticate when I noticed, that he had half-health move as well as him getting STAB on both Swift and Hyper Beam... And the fact that Normal Pokémon are only vulnerable to fighting Pokémon... which aren't a big issue, thanks to Gengar. (Hitmonchan excluded)
I also changed Dragonite's loadout to make use of a guaranteed K.O. Move. I will have to see how good this build works in practice, but in theory, it should work pretty decently.
I also gave Bulbasaur a loadout that should make him workable even against vastly overleveled enemies, since it relies only on damage that is not influenced by stats. Especially if they are already sleeping.

Any new suggestions are welcome.

UPDATE3:
Added Zapdos in case that some asshole wants to get smart with their Charizard or Blastoise and teaches them Earthquake. I distinctly remember that happening back in the day.

UPDATE4:
(KO) stands for a move that Ko's the Enemy instantly. (Forgot to put this on UPDATE2)

I gave Dragonite Thunder Wave to really work that one hit KO
Raticate got Icebeam to take care easier care of Dragon, Ground, Flying and Grass Type Pokémon.
Primape got Metronome for emergencies.
Gengar got Mega Drain to further allowing him to heal while doing damage. Also helps with Water, Ground and Rock type Pokémon.

UPDATE5:
I replaced Raticate with Porygon. Two Tri Attacks can do more damage than Hyperbeam and is more accurate. Recover can seriously save its ass. It also has significantly higher SPECIAL stat, so Ice beam will be more effective and it won't die as quickly to special moves. Tri Attack and Swift get STAB.
Biggest downside is, that it will always go last... but I can work with that certainty...
Also, I really like Porygon and it's a Pokémon you don't often see in a team.

WHOPSY! I overlooked the fact that Gengar is also a Poison Type... as a consecuence, I had to alter my team accordingly. It had a rather profound effect on the team though, with Blastoise making it back into the team and Porygon being replaced with an Exeggutor... (it's better than Venusaur while having similar stats)
