\n\t\t\t\t\tanti_dev had a fun little musing. He said "I know that many of you involuntarily convulse in terror every time you remember that Timon probably ate Simba's ass out at least once, but I actually find the thought comforting and beautiful," and it just gave me the urge to draw this! So I sketched it out and was going to leave it at that, but then I wanted to try something out with inks on my tablet. Suddenly OOPS, it was outlined. The rest is kind of a blur, but hey, look at what appeared when I regained consciousness!Most of the time, when I come up with ideas of what to draw, they're from some narrative I spin in my head. Seeing as how this was an exception to that, I don't really know what could've caused this situation to take place! Do you remember how Timon would use pretty much any part of Pumbaa to climb up onto him? From grabbing his tail to sticking hands and feet into his nostrils, pretty much no part of Pumpaa was off-limits to Timon! And if Simba was gonna rock with 'em, then he'll just have to get used to how they roll. And Simba is much larger and higher up from the ground than Pumbaa, so Timon's just gonna have to grab anything he can reach! Fur, mane, teeth, ears, sheath, scrotum, asshole... there's probably not an inch of Simba that hasn't been groped or plundered by that meerkat's paws.
That's just one possibility. The Lion King also made it quite clear that when you hang out with a hog, you gotta love... certain aspects of a hog. If Timon can love Pumbaa despite smelling so bad he was ostracized for it, there must be something Timon enjoys about that musk! I fact, I can totally see Timon with his nose pressed firmly against Pumbaa's big ol' pig pucker, filling his lungs with his best friend's purely natural scent before washing it away with his salivating tongue.
In fact, wouldn't that be a far more convincing reason for him to be an exile? What if his lust for bigger animals' asses resulted in him sneaking his snout under one belonging to something dangerous for a thrill? Timon rushes back to his den and the whole colony is put in danger because whatever musky-butted beast he thought he could get a sniff off of chased him back. Timon's punishment is rejection, but all is made well once he finds Pumbaa, and it's a match made in heaven! It only gets better when the biggest and most dangerous animal in the savanna has a tailhole he can bury his nostrils (and a lot more!) into at any time!
See? You just gotta be creative.
