The brilliant gymnastic girl
In Russia, they say that if you're good for something, you shall do it ever since you're a kid. And Lenna Volkova was no exception. With an hyperactive personality as a child, she proved to be good for gymnastics, being flexible and and swift with her natural grace. It wasn't in vain that she managed to reach the teenager professional level attending to competences that rivalized the Olympic games. It was during one of these that Lenna met Sebastian Willow, son of a British business man that was up to inherit his father's company. It wasn't the money what attracted Lenna, who came from a poor family, it was the charisma of the guy and his personality.
The duo became a couple at age of 13 and ever since, they were always together when it was possible. five years later, Sebastian proposed marriage to her, to what she accepted.
The terrible fate
At 22 Lenna was accepted in the Olympic games for the first time and in her excitement, she invited her parents to go just like his husband. The whole event had been a success until the very end, but for some stupid reason, at least for her, a group of terrorist decided to send a message to the world "World Peace will never come" and for said reason, they attacked the closure ceremony killing several athletes and civilians. Some bombs were detoned and Lenna ended up burried under a pile of concret unable to move and only seeing in horror how his family was slaugheterd. She tried to scream, but Sebastian's glimpse at her indicated her to shut up. Lenna did and saw how his husband recieved a shot in the face.
Becoming the "Widow"
After being rescued, she noticed her right leg was badly wounded. It took her months of hospitalization she recoverd but was ordered not to participate in gymnastics ever again. Now, after the lost of her beloved ones, Lenna cared not about that, but to seek for vengance over the terrorists that killed them. Her own personality changed, becoming cold, and harsh to others. For said reason, she joined the Russian army becoming a top soldier in few months. Her previous experience helped her a lot and her leg was already completely healed so it didn't bothered her. Nevertheless, in the army she couldn't fulfill her desire, so arguing that her leg was starting to hurt again, she retired the army with honors after serving for two years her country.
Lenna then started to use her new skills to track down criminals that would guide her to the terrorists that attacked her family. Test and mistake drove her to develop a more specific set of skills that she used on criminals and thieves that she knew were connected to important crime syndicates. But that behavior took her to a dead end when she was kidnapped by a slave-trade syndicate controlled by an egiptian rat called Fennel Sajertis. During her stay in the warehouse with other soon to be sold slaves, she met a young fox that, at first she thought was another vixen. Jessie Lockheart had been caught trying to steal some goods of the rat and ended up tied with her. Curiously, they were the only two clothed, since apparently they didn't had time to undress them. Jessie managed to break free and helped her escape, but in the escape, Lenna saw one of the furs that attacked in the past and helped kill her family. She told the fox to go while she tried to get some answers. Nevertheless, that choice brought hell upon her as she was captured again and placed in a glass display to be sold in an auction.
Soon after, an operative of S.H.I.E.L.D. broke in to destroy the syndicate and started freein the prissoners. A young soldier, Nick Fury found her and took her out of the glass capsule making a mistake giving the back to the door. The terrorist that Lenna had been following threw a knife that Fury barely dodged, loosing his eye in the process. Lenna quickly took his gun and gunned down the thug proving her worth to Nick. After helping the soldier up to his paws, Lenna took him to the rest of the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. The currently Director seeing that, offered her a chance to join and fight crime with them. the vixen didn't had to think twice. She took the a nickname to be refered to since Lenna Volkova and Lenna Willow were dangerous names because criminals were looking for her; so she took the name of Black Widow refering to the fact her husband had been murdered and the color she supposed her soul looked now.
After two years, both her and Nick had made it to the top. She became S.H.E.I.L.D.'s top agent and Nick took the place as Director.
Recruiting the heroes
Helping Nick in the assembling of a hero's team, she became Dave Wolfox Sword's master teaching him how to battle perfectly. She also became Draco Nidhoggson's bodyguard and worked in the shadows spying Novak to assure his survival. Lenna also played a role when Heiban Hikaru woke up after his 70 years slumber faking to be a nurse and acting so he went to the outside.
Avengers... Assemble!
Not knowin it, Lenna was to Nick's eye one of the avengers. Lenna worked her way protecting the others and also being a guard when Dread Skull was captured. Nevertheless, just like Agent Sullivan, she was attacked together with Nick by Tyr and taken down for a while when the ex-Aesir kidnapped Draco. She joined forces with the rest of the heroes to save him and aprehend the villains.
FurWars
Black Widow wasn't that much present during that time, only to recomend Jessie to Draco and watch his rounds.
Currently
Currently Black widow still works as S.H.I.E.L.D.'s best agent and considers herself an Avenger. Though her cold personality hasn't changed, she displays care for Draco and Dave being the only in-team couple.
