An Unfortunate Encounter

This story takes place in a world where 40% of the population are diaper dependent 
It was the last week of school, Shin and his friend Dizzy while walking (or rather they were waddling) to school and talking back and forth about the fun things they'd be doing with family over the summer and trying to plan time to hang out and have sleepovers. The boys' diapers were on full display in the early spring morning and quite thick, so they would not need a change during their final exams.
“So do you think we will graduate, Shin? We've been studying pretty hard for the exams, I hope your mom’s not still upset that I leaked on the carpet so bad during our last study session” said Dizzy as they got onto the school grounds.((several other students were mileing about with exposed or clear diaper bulges under their clothes while most other students were not padded at all)) *giggling* “Naw moms not upset anymore I think she sometimes forgets that our floors are protected from that sort of thing, I still sometimes leak too when mom and dad forget to check my diapers”. Bell rings
“Well i'll see you in homeroom Dizzy we should get to our exam's” says Shin heading off “good luck” Yea you to Shin” says Dizzy as they part ways.
Not too far away another boy by the name of Rolf had been watching them, a known bully in the school who felt himself and anyone else that uses the toilet better than the others in school who were in diapers despite how common it was. He's also rumored to be the reason some students have gone missing. (Even if he himself still needed them at night and wore pull-ups due to occasional daytime accidents.) So Shin nodded to Dizzy. “I'll be in homeroom soon,” said Shin, a bit nervous, wondering what the devious yote wanted. And followed him to a more secluded wing of the school. 
Dizzy nodded “ok”. And headed off with the rest of the students. But then Instead he peeled off and silently followed Rolf and Shin at a distance, he knew better than to just leave his friend alone with Mark of all people considering he's a bully... on top of the weird rumors about him. “So what's going on, what do you want with me? i'm out of lunch money” asked Shin nervously. “Oh I just need you for a quick experiment, promise it won't take long” Claimed Rolf. (I mean, it's technically not a lie….)
Once they got around a corner, Rolf takes out the vial and pins Shin to the wall and gives it to him. “Drink it baby pants!” ordered Rolf. Shin shook his head. “No way!. It smells funny.! What is it supposed to do?” Around the corner, Dizzy heard them with his tall fox ears and started waddling as fast as he could to help Shin. Unfortunately Rolf before Rolf can answer Shin he can hear Dizzy’s diaper crinkling from around the corner and takes the vial and shoves it in Shin's mouth, force-feeding it to him. By the time Dizzy gets to them, it's too late the vials empty with Rolf smirking at them. “Awww you're too late Dizzy…  Or rather, just in time to watch Baby pants Shin get turned INTO Baby pants himself!” Laughed Rolf before grabbing Dizzy, so he couldn't run off. “No, let me go! I need to help Shin!” and then Dizzy felt a sharp prick in his back and soon collapsed, having been dosed with something to paralyze him. 
(Poor Shin the transformation was fast, but it felt like ages as his body flattened out, his diaper fused to him somehow becoming clean. He felt his body becoming soft and fluffy inside, and his arms and legs became the wings of the diaper. A tail hole was where his tails used to be and as the transformation finished his face appeared on the landing pad. Unfortunately for all three of them, the potion Rolf had made was still having an effect on Shin on the tapes appeared dimly glowing lock symbols with an unknown timer, and Shins diaper anatomy was being given special properties to self clean  every so often to a certain extent as they would later find out sentient mess would not be cleaned. But they will not figure this out until a little later.
By the time Rolf snuck into his homeroom class there were 15 minutes left till the last class bell, his belly was mostly finished with its meal and not quite as big anymore. Reaching for the tapes, Rolf tried to peel them back and found they were stuck rather good. “Huh you sure got good tapes on you” muttered Rolf trying to pull harder. “What the?” the glow on the tapes got brighter, making the lock symbols clearer to the confused yote.
Then to the Trios surprise, Shins diaper form apeard to shrink a bit by bit till he was almost back to his clean diaper state. Except he wasn't clean or dry he was somehow bigger on the inside yet still keeping the feel as if it was just as full as it looked before and still firmly locked on Rolf's rump. “Awww crap I must have got a wrong ingredient to that position mixed in,  how am I gonna get you off now?” Rolf tried a pair of scissors, a steak knife and even dared to try fire but nothing worked. After trying the tapes again, he gave up. “Well Shin, looks like I'm stuck with you for a while” he said as you groped and squished Shin's soggy front. “Not sure how long, but I guess I get to use and cream you more till your tapes unlock you're still going in the pail” and with that Rolf went and got a drink from the kitchen before getting on his computer for some gaming.
“Oh my gosh how long are we gonna be stuck on his butt?!” thought both Shin too Dizzy as Rolf once again wet himself as he continued playing his games. “I don't know buddy, but I have a feeling it's gonna be awhile, and we will probably get some company too seeing as the rumors of how he made other students disappear without a trace, I wonder if he's turned anyone else into a diaper before” said Dizzy. “Mm i don't think so i think if he turns others into diapers often he'd have got the potion right by now, so maybe there's hope It's not as permanent as he said” responded Shin.
A little while later (and a little wetter), they heard Rolf's stomach growling. And the yote getting up and moving around,Dizzy getting smooshed around with every movement inside his very wet friend Shin. And then they heard him on the phone…. Ordering pizza.

It wasn't even 30 minutes later that there was a knock at the door, and Rolf got up to answer in nothing but his diaper. He opened the door to find a rather adorable and nervous looking cat he was mostly orange with some lighter bit here and there and medium to long length red-orange hair wearing cute round glasses a purple and gray hoodie with his name tag(that said hi my name is Tobi) and a thick cutely printed diaper that was clearly a bit on the soggy side and holding a  big box that held Rolf’s dinner for tonight and the next. Poor Tobi was a new hire and like all the delivery boys at the pizza joint he worked for, he was unaware that he was also on the menu, and in this case he was a meer appetizer. “Er hi I'm Tobi here to deliver an extra large pizza to a Rolf? Is that you?” asked Tobi timidly, who also found something off about Rolf's diaper, but couldn't place it. Rolf smiled “sure am, why don't you come in for a bit and hang, i'm your last delivery this evening right?” asked Rolf knowing full well that this was Tobi's first and final delivery.
Tobi hesitated before stepping in, thinking it couldn't hurt to try and make a new friend before heading home and letting the yote close the door behind him, quietly locking it as well. Then Tobi followed him to the living room. “Feel free to take your hoodie off and get comfy, I'll get drinks” Rolf he headed into the kitchen. Tobi timidly sat on the couch with a soft crinkle and squish before going ahead and pulling off his hoodie, as he was taking it off Rolf came back with a baby bottle for Tobi and a regular cup for himself. “H hay I can drink from cups! Why don't you have a bottle?” Scoffed at the cat. “Cus I'm not a baby  I use my diaper on purpose most of the time, and i'm guessing you're in them cus you need them” said Rolf.  Tobi didn't know how to respond to this and just drank from the bottle for a bit. They sat there watching TV quietly, and Rolf even shared a couple of slices of pizza with Tobi.
After a while Tobi gets up. “Well it was nice, but I should get home. I got work in the morning”  but Rolf grabs his arm and pulls him close. “Oh no you don't baby pants, I paid for you, you see. Rolf shows Tobi the digital receipt on his phone. “The place you worked for has a special secret menu that only the management and those who know the right number to call know about. Rolf then went to bed to let his food digest, right there on the couch. He couldn't be bothered to carry himself all the way to his room like this.
By morning, Tobi had melted down along with the pizza and was rather confused as to how he was still alive. Rolf woke up to his need to go not just piss, but Tobi’s now soft remains were knocking on his back door. He didn't bother holding it and just relaxed letting his bladder go and got up pushing just a little to get Tobi sliding out. Shin's diaper form expanded back to how it was when he received Dizzy’s remains and then got bigger still as Tobi was now piled in and just like before by the time Rolf was finished relieving himself he was hard as a rock and ready to paw off. So he did.
Dizzy and Shin try talking to Tobi as like with each other they can now feel his mind. “Hello pizza boy, what's your name?” Greeted Shin. “I'm Tobi w where are we? What's going on? I feel weird” Responded Tobi, still confused.  “Well I'm Dizzy, and we are currently in my friend Shin here who Rolf turned into a diaper with a botched potion and is now kinda stuck on the Yote butt for now as Rolf cant seem to take him off.'' and well as for you and me  we are just warm soft messes now. And before you ask how you're alive, I'm part kitsune and have magic in my blood, so I can survive being eaten and anyone else who gets eaten after me so long as I'm still here will also live through it.”. Explained Dizzy.  “Yea, and we are hoping he messed up the position enough that my transformation isn't as permanent as he said it is. He doesn't know that Dizzy is still alive or you for that matter’’ said Shin.  “Oh.. So how long will it be?” asked Tobi.  “We don't know and neither does Rolf, he didn't intend to make shin into a magically locking diaper.” says Dizzy.
Meanwhile, Rolf is fixing breakfast for himself and Shin slowly compresses again, back to a  relatively average used diaper size. And later the yotes breakfast is pushed out into Shin. Over the next month, Rolf learns his Shin diaper self cleans once a week, becoming dry and clean except for the messes that used to be people. Rolf figures its just something to do with the botched potion and has no idea it's because of Dizzy's magic and enjoys it as he's swallowed 3 other guys, 2 of them not in diapers themselves. Graduation went well, and Dizzy and Shin were considered missing by then. Rolf periodically tried the diaper tapes in this time and found Shin still securely in place, un able to take him off.
Just 2 and a half weeks later Rolf is half done swallowing a soggy creamy diapered otter, he noticed that morning Shin no longer compressed the loads of the guys he had consumed more self clean for the past few days and the glow of the lock symbols was fading  this poor otter would be the last load Rolf would deposit into Shin before creaming him thoroughly taking him off and stuffing him into a diaper pail and tossing him out.
Just a few hours after eating the otter, Rolf is pushing him out into his diaper (where he is greeted by the others and learns how this all happened) like all the others. Shin now thoroughly soaked to the core and absolutely filled like a beanbag took it like any other load, still not leaking even if his insides were more than a little bit sloshy and creamy at this point. Rolf gets off a couple more times before trying the tapes again…. And this time they come off. “Finally I can throw you out baby pants!” Rolf says.
And so after a whole pack of wipes, Rolf roles Shin up and hefts him over to the empty pail in the corner and with some effort manages to just get Shin and the others all stuffed in sealed and tied off. Rolf then takes out the bag with shin in it and tosses it into the bin and takes the bin to the curb for trash pick up the next day. “ Well, Shin, enjoy your new home at the dump,” says Rolf, closing the lid.
Well, I guess all we can do now is wait and see if the potion wears off, huh?” asks Tobi. “Yeah, but there is another problem,”  says Dizzy. “What's that?” asks the otter whose name is Dex.  “Well in order for me to reform there needs to be room, and we are kinda tightly packed in this pail liner, the liner of the bag would need to rip open. On top of that, we don't know if the potion will wear off. The locking part and self-cleaning part did, so I'm hopeful it will” says Shin. “There's also the problem of how we are going to get cleaned up if we ever get out of here and how to get back to our lives… What if Rolf finds out? Would he hunt us down one by one?” says one of the other victims named Josh.  “We will just have to wait and see, guys.  I think if we do get out of this, I might just hunt down that yote and eat him and see how he likes being a load in a diaper.” says Dizzy, determined. And so they wait  and the next day they are hauled off to the dump. 
Will they get back to normal?  Who knows.
