","writing":"Spike walked with Twilight into the temple hidden in the jungles of Mareabia and headed with her down a long, winding set of stairs until they came to a body of water which lead into a tunnel completely submerged underwater, the water being brightly lit. \"Okay, so down here is where we'll find the missing Starswirl the Bearded texts? And you can't use your magic because the temple jams your magic powers, right?\"\n\n\"Yep, I was in the library all night researching it, and they're definitely down here. I just don't know where...\" She stopped just before the edge of the water, stripping off her shirt and letting her breasts come free as she bared her chest. \"It says there's booby traps down there...but also places to breathe. After a minute breathing and expanding their lungs a little, they both took a sharp, deep breath before submerging under the water together, Spike holding Twilight's hand as the two swam down into the depths as the ceiling covered them, as they were now completely submerged as they turned a corner and through a doorway, as a stone door slammed behind them. There was no turning back now, at least not without the book.\n\nTwilight blubbed in shock as the stone door slammed behind them - well, that's the booby traps they were warned about. She shook it off and pressed on, swimming confidently through the tunnel, her bare chest bobbing with every stroke. She squinted as it started to get dark, cursing the fact that she couldn't even use her magic to light the way. The tunnel twisted left and right sloping down deeper, multiple routes branching from the tunnel...Twilight tried to remember if her books had any clues about which one to take.\n\nAs Twilight floated in place wondering where they should go, the water soon lit up thanks to torches on the wall bathing the walls in a blue light. As a result, they could at least see but were still unable to determine where to go next. Spike waited for Twilight to point to where they should go next, swimming in front of her and putting his hands on her shoulders, her breasts pressing against his chest unknowingly to him, \"Twiglbigblht?\"\n\nTwilight stroked her kid brother on the head, still peering at the alternate routes. \"After the stone door, swim 40 yards then...left?\" The books had hundreds of different accounts of it, probably written from before the halls were flooded and when it was much easier to explore...but this was the instruction that jumped to her mind. She smiled at Spike and pointed to the left tunnel, starting to swim down it and beckoning him over.\n\nSpike swam with her down the tunnel, grabbing her hand as they swam into a long passageway with long beams of bright light reaching from wall to wall in a sort of untidy spider's web formation. The dragon touched the beams and instantly felt some heat, which bubbled immensely on his scales. If Spike were to swim through, he would feel some minor discomfort with the beams thanks to his heat resistant scales, but wasn't so sure with Twilight. He noticed some gaps in the web formation that she could swim through, but would have to get quite flexible if she were to get through without getting burned.\n\n\"Glblbb...\" Twilight bubbles nervously, reaching out to one of the beams of light too, but she didn't even have to touch it to know it was going to be painful if she touched one on her bare skin, the water feeling hot near the beams. She turned to Spike, noticing that his scales were taking the lasers quite well. She took his hand and pointed through the beams, telling him to lead the way - maybe he could find a safe way through the beams for her.\n\nSpike nodded and lead her through the beams in the largest gaps he could find, some of which were quite tightly packed and while his short 4ft tall figure could easily weave through the gaps, his sister's nearly 6ft figure wasn't as small, but Twilight proved to be quite lithe and flexible as she weaved past the gaps in the beams, wiggling, flipping and twisting through the gaps like he was doing, guiding her through as he looked back at her and smiled, \"Mmgbl...\"\n\nThis wasn't Twlight's first swim - she'd been practicing hard on her mobility and her breath ever since she knew she'd have to go diving. She followed Spike closely, weaving through the beams, before a narrow set forced her to stop. Moving very carefully, she took her breasts into her hands and pushed them in against herself, the curve of her breasts just missing the laser. She swam through after that as the beams started to stop, but broke into a full swim a little quicker than she should've, her ankle coming into contact with one of them. \"Arglblbl!\" She burbled out some air in pain, grabbing her ankle as the beam sizzled off her skin, leaving a small black mark.\n\nSpike wanted to help her but he would have to get her out of the lasers first. She tugged at her hand and pointed onwards, seeing the exit of the laser web as they swam onwards. Spike found it hard to concentrate knowing her big sister was struggling but he pressed onwards, squeezing through some more tight fits for Twilight at least until they were guided out of the lasers as Spike bubbled in triumph, \"Mmphbl!\"\n\nTwilight gave him a thumbs up and a smile, before grimacing and holding her ankle. It wouldn't impact her swimming speed - but it hurt like hell. She tried to press on down the tunnel, hoping that would be the worst of the traps...but it was false hope based on what she'd read in her books. She kept close to her little brother as they kept swimming through the tunnels, keeping her eyes peeled for any more traps - but at least it was only one tunnel for now.\n\nSpike swam around a corner and into a large chamber, which seemed quite grandiose in its architecture, but the two had to swim and see what was ahead. Besides a locked door, there was a darkened section of floor that seemed interesting, and Spike pushed down on it as the door opened, but when he lifted off the panel, the door closed. Spike thought something had to be placed on this plate to weigh it down, and noticed a large stone block almost as big as he was, to his left and tried pushing it, but it would be a two mare job as it was too heavy for him alone, beckoning Twilight to help him push.\n\nTwilight nodded and floated herself next to Spike at the block, planting her feet and pushing as hard as they could. With the two of them pushing, it started to move slowly, scraping across the ground with little bubbles escaping from underneath. She grit her teeth and keep pushing, a little air escaping her from the exertion, as the large block started to crawl along the floor, but it was slow progress, and there was a lot more pushing to be done yet.\n\nSpike gritted his teeth and pushed hard, air flowing from his nose and past his teeth as he could feel the exertion in his lungs as he let out a gurgle, \"Nngblub!\" Spike cupped his mouth and continued pushing with her until the block was finally in place and the door opened in front of them. He gave Twilight a short hug in thanks before swimming with her into the next room.\n\nTwilight swam with Spike into the next room, looking at him with a little concern when she realised he'd cupped his mouth before. She tried to get his attention and swim in front of him, asking if he wanted air, but as she tried she brushed against the wall, hitting yet another panel. Suddenly a spear flew out of the wall, barely missing her, and she glubbed in panic, grabbing Spike's hand and pulling him back. More spears were coming out now, the glints of light sparkling from them showing they were sharp, as they extended and retracted and set intervals, all the way down this section of the tunnel. She looked at them and frowned, trying to figure out their patterns and how they could dodge them.\n\nSpike felt his nude form being yanked back by Twilight as the spears shot out and retracted into the walls. He watched Twilight intensely study the spears as he felt another burning in his lungs, but didn't want to interrupt Twilight as she learned the patterns and timing. He simply cupped his mouth again and let out a small gurgle, as Twilight tapped him to show that she knew what to do and they would go together. Spike climbed onto her back, hands resting around her collarbone as his dick rubbed against her back, making the dragon gurgle some more.\n\nPreparing herself, Twilight watched for the first set of spears to retract - and when they did, she kicked her legs hard, shooting forward through the spears, Spike clinging to her back. She kicked forward and stopped, letting the next set extend, moving forward again when they moved, before getting to a more complex set - they'd have to move quickly and accurately to get through this next one. She studied the spears again, waiting for the perfect time to keep moving forward.\n\nSpike held onto her for dear life as she sped right past the first set of spears, and then the second, all the while his dick was rubbing against her back with each thrust of her body as he let out another gurgle, Twilight looking at him with concern but he simply shook his head and made her swim onwards, the dragon now groping her breasts as his hands slid down in his convulsion, \"Nngblblm?\"\n\n\"Mmmglblb....\" Twilight moaned a little when Spike grabbed her breasts, frowning as she felt the convulsions against her, his dick bouncing off her back. She swung too and fro moving from left to right, swimming as fast as she could, before coming to the last set of spears - these ones coming out almost completely randomly from both sides. She studied them again but couldn't see a truly safe way...did they have to just chance it?\n\n\nSpike could feel his air wanting to escape but he swallowed it down to try and take his chances. He looked at the set of spears jutting out at random and fretted they would get impaled, Spike clutching her closer and getting worried as he gurgled some more, noticing Twilight's expression changed for concerned to seriously determined to save her little brother as she prepared to swim through.\n\nTwilight had spotted the best route - but they'd have to be quick. She waited for the right rotation before instantly taking off, kicking fast, spears appearing left and right, some of them barely missing, one shooting directly under Twilight's stomach. "Spikglblblellblbll!" Twilight glubbed out a scream as she reached out for Spike's hand, but her doppleganger got to her too quickly, gripping her by the wrist and pulling her away from her brother. She grabbed her arms and locked them behind her in a full nelson hold, as Twilight tried to struggle from its grip, kicking her legs, her breasts bouncing around as she squirmed in her grip. Whatever it was, it was strong, way stronger than her... she looked worriedly at Spike getting dragged away but his shadowy duplicate, still trying to fight out of the grip and get to him.

The ghostly apparition of Twilight grabbed her and put her in a hold as she struggled and squirmed in her grasp, dropping the book as a result. Spike also struggled against his doppelganger and thought things were hopeless until he saw the clone let out a small burst of air from its lips, Spike realising, "Wait a minute, it can't breathe!" He then proceeded to elbow the Spike in the gut, causing the clone to let go as he swam to the doppelganger of Twilight and kneeing her in the gut as she let go of Twilight, clutching her belly in pain, "GHBLKBLM!!"

Twilight glubbed out air as she struggled with the shadow, before seeing Spike fight off his own shadow, realising the same thing he did - they had to breathe too! As Spike kicked the dark Twilight from him, she turned and grabbed her, pinning her to the floor, before planting her foot into its stomach, pushing the air out of its lungs as it gurgled and struggled under her leg.

The ghostly Twilight struggled underneath her foot as bubbled as she tried to force it off to no avail, Spike able to latch onto his clone with ease as he got him in a headlock and watched him struggle. Unfortunately, both the ghosts had quite the large lung capacity and what also made things worse was when the ghosts eyes glowed red and the Twilight clone grabbed Twilight's foot and shoved her off, just enough for the ghostly clone to spring up and knee the real Twilight in the jaw before kicking her back. Spike watched in worry as the ghostly Spike shoved him away and swung him by the tail, landing into Twilight as he bubbled in pain, "GHLBLK!!"

"Arglblblb!!" Spike flew into Twilight and they crashed into the wall, Twilight painfully glubbing out air, her cheeks puffing out. She hugged Spike protectively, waiting for the ghostly doppelgangers to attack, slapping away the evil Spike before the shadow Twilight ripped Spike from her grip, grabbing him and squeezing him in a tight hug. Twilight tried to reach out for him, but the other Spike wrapped himself round her leg, dragging her down. "Spikelglbllglb!"

Spike could feel himself in the grasp of the ghostly doppelganger as she forced more air from him, watching the doppelganger of himself overpower Twilight with ease. As he was dragged along, he saw the book and with a firm bite on her nipple, made her let him go as he swam to it and quickly leafed through its pages, and noticed a little passage in the book saying, "Those that wield the book can cast thy magic." Spike bubbled in surprise at this as this might give them the advantage! He quickly dodged a kick from the clone Twilight as she impacted the floor hard enough to crack the rock, Spike swam to Twilight as showed her passage as she wrestled with the clone Spike. She noticed it and snatched the book from him, "Spigblke! Thibls ib whagb I neeblk!" Twilight slammed the book shut and a bright purple light flashed from her horn, her magic could now be used! The clones looked on in confusion as Twilight grabbed Spike as he felt her magic surging through him, both ready to kick some ghostly ass.

Twilight's eye's sparkled as she felt the magic course through her. With her glowing horn, she grabbed a loose stone with her magic and sent it flying into the shadow Twilight's stomach. Her eyes widened as she was struck, a massive cloud of air bursting from her lips as she held her stomach and covered her mouth with one hand, starting to struggle. The shadow Spike tried to wrench the real Spike from her grasp, but she turned and sent him telekinetically flying into the stone wall, one coming loose and falling on top of his leg, as he tried to yank himself free, bubbles starting to come from him too. Twilight smiled as she saw their assailants out of action, but the use of magic was using up her air too, and she started to feel a burning in her chest.

Spike looked up and saw the grate blocking their exit and swam to it, the two giving it a yank as they ripped it from the rusted hinges, the two starting to swim up as Twilight and Spike both started feeling a burning in their lungs as they gurgled and clawed upwards. But, there was one last trap for them waiting as the current shifted them upwards and they soared higher and higher until they were jettisoned out from a water spout and they both landed in a large lake nearby, making two huge splashes. Spike had sunk quite a way and the impact had forced most the air from him, the magic wearing off as he clawed weakly for the surface but was soon drowning. "Hrkgbl..."

Only then, did his sister hug him close as she made for the surface.


"Spikeglblblb!" Twilight swam over to him and tried to share air from her burning lungs, but she was struggling too, and Spike's mouth was already filled with water. Frantically, she grasped him close against her chest, covering his mouth with her hand, and started to kick as hard as she could for the surface. "Hold on Spike...we can't fail after all this!"

Spike couldn't feel much besides the warmth against her chest as he bubbled quietly to himself, starting to fall limp. Twilight gurgled some more, and realising they were outside, decided to pull an emergency maneuver and with the last of her breath gone, she teleported them to the grassy shore as they collapsed onto it, Spike laying atop Twilight as they both hacked and coughed, the book lying next to her as she smiled, "We made it, Spike... We actually made it." Spike smiled back, "Yeah, that was something out of a Daring Do book. We're adventurers now!" He hugged her in relief and started kissing her playfully as she laughed and pushed him off, the two snuggling in the sun.

Twilight cuddled her brother closely, still breathing deeply as she let the sun start to dry her tired body. "Man...that was an ordeal. Wait till the others hear about this!" She looked at the book they had done so much to get, and started lazily flicking through its pages. "This will massively help with my research - so much in her hasn't even been seen by anypony living!"
