He cast his line into the water and sat on the ledge of the dock, waiting for something to bite as he gazed up at the sunny skies above him. He thought how he should get Isabelle and a few friends to Tortimer Island for a small vacation, since he was happy to get away and relax for a while and needed an excuse to fish for tropical aquatic life like sunfish and sharks, hearing they were popular to fish around the island's waters. He sighed and held his fishing rod, waiting for that inevitable bite.
Meanwhile, under the surface, Isabelle was swimming about underwater dressed in a striped, green bikini top and panties adorned with a heart on the front. She kicked in the cool, calm waters, past all the rocks and seaweed colourfully dotted around the ocean floor. She let loose a small string of bubbles and rolled onto her back, watching the surface shimmer and dance above her, basking her in refracted sunlight as she smile and darted off.
The canine was happy to get away from the office for a day, enjoying herself submerged in the ocean as she watched schools of fish swim around her and speed off, Isabelle giggling and chasing them. She thought to herself how she should get the mayor under with her since he liked to dive and salvage up sealife, as they could swim and find fish like oysters and octopuses. In her excitement, she failed to notice the fishhook by the dock's legs as she swam past, inevitably getting the clothing hooked without her noticing as she stopped to look around, unaware she was snagged.
The mayor felt a tug on the line and sprung into action, jumping up and trying to reel his catch in. It seemed quite adamant to get reeled in but the mayor pulled with all his might, "Must be a big one!"
Soon, the pulling seemed to cease as the Mayor nearly toppled backwards onto the docks, reeling in his catch as it rose from the waters. All the hopes of it being a possible shark or even greater catch were dashed when it was revealed to be...
"Is that a swimsuit?"
He looked closer at the strange green garments and thought why in earth he would catch and reel in a bikini top and panties--
"Oh, crap..." He knew exactly who these belonged to, a very unhappy mayor's assistant just noticing that she had been involuntarily stripped deep underwater!
"Aaaahgbl! Whergbl mybl swibpmsuitgblbl?!"
There would be a lot of embarrassed looks between the two later that day.
