What is this game?

What are the inspirations?
I was heavily inspired by totally spies and it's wild amount of kinks it had on display.
However we're trying to stay away from the extreme kinks like force feeding and other things that most vanilla players would find "gross or Extreme." I had the intention of making my own totally spies game in RPG maker but I soon realized that RPG maker games are WAY too expensive to make as of right now.
