at the entrance of the cave he got what he needed and slowly walked in. his young teenage body may be lacking but the amount of dexterity helped him win fights. as he got deeper into the cave the dragon was sitting on a makeshift throne. as if he was waiting on him. Spyro didn't know this but the dragon wasn't a dragon but a digimon from another timeline. dressed as a normal warrior should being topless.
Spyro began to chuckle as this by far had to be the lamest lair he had ever seen. a cave with a throne and a couple of torches. usually they have marble walls or guards but it was just him.
"you have got to be kidding me. your the guy causing trouble. how lame do you have to be just to get a dump like this" he said as he kicked a small rock that was on the ground.
the digimon didn't react. his head on his arms as he focused on Spyro. not saying a word.
"what? cat got your tongue? your starting to bore me you now." he said while getting into a charging stance.
the digimon slowly stood up and walked very slowly off the throne. Spyro started charging at the beast. aiming for the stomach. the speed was much faster then ever before. almost like a flash.
in a instant he made contact. but something was off. the digimon already had his hand out and gripped the young teens neck. Spyro's windpipe squeezed tight in a fraction of a second. before anything could happen he was lifted and his back slammed into the ground. letting all the air out of his body with a loud gasp.
his head was spinning as he cough and struggled to breathe.
"pathetic. this is our hero. a wise cracking teen who think hes tough shit." the digimon said with a big booming voice.
Spyro crawled as he struggled to get up.
"enough of this. might as well get what i came for and leave this place."
the digimon picked up the dragon by his back and faced him towards him. his right hand he began to make a light sphere. Spyro beginning to breathe again saw the sphere and was expecting a fireball. but he felt like he was being lifted.
his soul slowly came out of the body. Spyro realized his situation and was shocked and terrified. the digimon smiled as he continued the spell. all was heard was small whimpers and gasps as his soul left his body.
"not so tough now huh?" the digimon looked into the shocked face of the young teen.
Spyro's arms dangled on his sides as the last of his soul was gone. his body slumped over as the digimon pulled him closer.
"don't worry. daddy's got you."
the digimon smiled as he felt the soul power him up. even though he was young, he was very powerful.
he picked up the body and walked deeper into the cave. that was the last time Spyro was scene ever again.
