While you're in the motions of drawing, you always try to get better (even if by a little bit) with every picture that you do. Whether it's refining certain aspects of your art style, or try to push yourself to do things out of your comfort zone--- you just don't really think about the subtle changes over time until you actually piece things year by year to see how you've improved, and where you could STILL improve. \n\nSo yeah, figured I'd go ahead and finally do it, since it's been over a period of 12 years, despite the fact I went on hiatus from drawing around 2012-2015, picking it back up in 2016 with a fresh perspective. 2020 was a bit of a blessing in disguise for me, since majority of the country was laid off during the pandemic, myself included from my job at the time, I had nothing BUT time to really hone in and refine my skills. Makes all the difference in the world when you finally have time and energy to dedicate to something without fear. \n\nAlso during 2020 is when I made the decision to change my personal style to a more disney/anime hybrid, instead of being mostly anime'ish. It was growing stale for me. =w=\n\n\nAnd as a personal PSA for those potential inspiring artists, take it from me--- Let this also help be proof in the pudding that if you truly desire to be an artist, all you have to be [b]is willing[/b].
