With time I figured out it was the motion blur (which I've only started using recently.) In the end, the answer was to just not use motion blur. However, vector blur as an option. One I had used a long time ago. I feel kinda silly for not just doing that to begin with. Vector blur is so much easier to work with. Hehe yeah~, I'm mostly amused with the full downward swing dick.
