I've really wanted some happy shit on my account, makes me especially glad that I bought these 2. I gave Elijah and Tobias some backstory in the last picture so I'll try not to flood this submission with it unnecessarily.
But these are the sort of things the boys go through in their lives, always remaining beside each other. When one is in trouble, when they eat, sleep, learn and play. They do not cheat, they do not mess with other kids and they always treat each other the way the other wants to be. At their school their teacher understands and accepts their way of thinking and feeling, this makes the teacher quite comfortable to leave them alone with work.
"There are times when I just can't get them to be together by themselves, other kids would wander up and try to interact to only get turned down has caused some incidents. All I can say is that there was a lot of crying, screaming and kicking. There have been other kids who find it funny to try to split them or ignore one of them but thankfully I've always been there to stop it. For the most part they are just together and frankly it's incredible how they can learn, when they want to. They have the capacity and gift for it but it's hard to teach them when they're talking to each other about their make-believe world. They're complete and total sweethearts, so incredibly nice. I'm going to miss teaching them." - Mrs Bowden
Play time is their favourite time, reading books to one another, playing with any toy that caught their interest no matter the intended gender it was marketed for. A common misconception is that Tobias isn't excited or is grumpy. It's a part of his aspergers syndrome that makes him struggle to go past his ambiguous expressions despite his tone of voice and actions; he only really smiles to his brother. For Elijah he experiences overwhelming emotions that has distressed him when it suddenly comes by, thankfully he generally very happy. Although this mostly is the case when he is with his twin.
"Their opposites connect them so close together, it really truly makes them look like one person with two halves." The child psychologist added.
As far as the boys are concerned, they love their brother so much they can't bare to be without the other. To how they function, think and work matters nothing in comparison; or rather they don't understand how different they are. They still can't grasp how people can talk to one of them as if the other isn't the same. They call each other by their name but from observations it's merely a formality that they've picked up from their parents.
"You can call one of them to bring them both over but as soon as you treat one of them differently they get upset, restless and confused."
