The ballsquid enters through the urethra, making its way into the victim's scrotum. Once there it will envelop the testicles, causing massive arousal and pleasure, while modifying the penis. After which it will eject the testicles back through the penis.
From there, the creature lets tendrils loose through the victim's body, ultimately reaching the brain where it takes over control. The ballsquids produce massive amounts of testosterone, on the order of thousands of times normal. All this, along with the stimulation of the pleasure centers usually allows for complete control, with access to the now host's memories.
The ejected testicles are usually picked up by another host and fed down their penis to the ballsquid. The ballsquids reproduce asexually; splitting off like an ameoba and being ejected out.
Blitz gets attacked as he does his usually narcissistic posing in his bathroom mirror. Since he's already naked it goes right to his sheath, kneading it to make his tip poke out. It then forces itself down his urethra. It of course causes his scrotum to swell up tightly.
Inside, it coats the testicles as it cuts the deferens. Blitz is so lost in pleasure he's unable to notice the changes. The ballsquid ejects the testes in a massive orgasm.
