"description": "HYPNOVEMBER 18- FORMAL \nFeaturing DuckkingXI as Reno\n\nPolished Bill Academy Manual Chapter 8: The Inspection\n\n\nA properly trained Butler should relish the chance to have their work reviewed. Newest cadets to the service industry may feel self conscious or even nervous that their suits are not properly pressed or their tie is just a little out of place. And that once they are corrected during inspection it's a demerit to their capabilities. This is a tragic fallacy propagated by intolerant head butlers. Here at Polished Bill, we praise those who were correct the first time, and encourage those who need a little adjustment a bit further. Everyone is a cohesive, unified organism of service. When we adjust a tie or iron an errant crease, we are helping everyone be part of a prestigious whole. No client will remember a scuffed beak mask or a slightly slouched posture. So there is no need to fret provided you trust your head butler to correct these discrepancies during your inspection. No stain shall come to the eyes of a client, and the examination of your attire, etiquette, and posture should be welcomed, not feared. \n\n\n-----\nButtlebeak Drone Log Day 18 \n\nI think I'm finally getting the hand of drone mentality! It's all thanks to a wonderful subby gentleman that was looking for a new bit of employment after his time over at the Fin Fortuna. His name is Reno, or rather, Buttlebeak 6153. Ohhhh the numbers are actually getting quite fun to give out now! I was so concerned about the idea of erasing identity that I didn't think it would be something people WANTED. but Reno really set the record straight that some people just want to experience feeling part of a bigger group without needing the expectations of the self to get in the way. Sometimes being absorbed in my work is a wonderful feeling. it makes me feel useful. makes me feel so much more than I am on my own. So I think I can respect the individual by polishing it and letting their name rest on my mantle in my menagerie.\nWe've started creating formal ceremonies for new Buttlebeaks being added into the ranks. Since we have a longer vetting process to make them into drones, each individual is a valued addition to our service. So it's only sensible we have our inspections serve as a final review before we make them a Buttlebeak proper.\nNow Reno stands at inspection, eyes swirling with purpose and vacant zeal. all that swims in his head is folding techniques and proper methods to scrub out stains and present hors d'oeuvres. He's just so cute the way he drools and waits to make sure he's up to my demanding specifications. I think he's just about earned his mask. Oh he's going to make a Master SO happy. Given his track record, I'm sure he already has!\n\n\n-----\nWe're over halfway done with Hypnovember and while Ms. Adele is not quite the fan favorite, It's still a delight to see how happy she is making more buttlebeaks. The other drones might phase out, but the only thing keeping a hypnotist or mastermind from hiring them down the road is simply a manner of financial compensation. Of course they're not the kinds of subjects that would assimilate others, there's no worry of that around buttlebeaks. They're here to serve and serve foremost! \n\nfeaturing DuckkingXI as Reno\nartwork by Scittykitty\n\nJOIN THE COGNIZANT DISCORD AND VOTE ON YOUR FAVORITE MASTERMIND",
