Don't dat be enuf ta get attention?\" A horse in a bowler hat scratched his head as he finished tying down a rope at the feet of the grinning bouncing dragon sitting in a chair staring at a movie of a dancing TwoTone in front of a spiral.\n\n\"Yeah.\" A rat goon said. cracking his knuckles as he hefted an oversized helium tank over to the center of the room. \n\n\"Don't dat puffboid dame tell everyone yer about? and don't the base bounce when everything's real still like? dat's gotta be sumtin.\"\n\nTwo Tone blew into his thumb to make his gloved hand grow twice in size before he slapped the two goons yappin. their head spun before they stumbled, eyes rolling in all directions as stars appeared atop their heads. \n\n\"Dontcha tink I know dat!? Nahhh we gotta up deh ante. Dobie goil's in the lead cuz she got them gam gams, an Snake boy's got dat fancy suit and bright colors 'ooh look at me. I used ta rule the woild an now I gotta play an mmo ta scratch that itch again.' HA. I got a trick up my sleeve dat's gonna get me on the map! right toots?\"\n\n\"Das right boss! gotta do wot da boss says\" Astra's pupils were strange half circles inside an endless coil of black and white rings. her toony grin never wavered as she bounced in her seat and watched her favorite show.\n\n\"Wot about da frog?\" A wolf goon puffed on his cigar as he pulled some chains to open up a flap in the ceiling. \n\n\"Oh no, she's actually a sweetheart, she did this thing for my sciatica that really saved me a trip to the chiropractor.\" Bugsy dropped the accent and his character for a brief second in a way that made the goons manifest a bunch of ???s atop their heads.\n\n\"SO!\" Back in character. \"Whassa better way ta advertise than a big ol' billboard?! Ready Dollface?!\"\n\n\"Whateva ya say boss!\" She repeated like a parrot. \n\nSHOVE! He pushed a tube into the small dragon's mouth. Stretching her face inward for a moment before he rolled his fingers against a bike pump attached to the helium. He pat her on the head like a good obedient goon and she bounced in place without even realizing she had something in her mouth. as she undulated in her bouncing, the other goons watched, the rippling effect of her stretchy body seemed to draw the idiots in. their caps tilting back as black and white rings spiraled inside their vacant heads. \n\nTwo Tone practically jumped off the ground and hovered as he slammed down on the bike pump, little spheres of air pumped through the tube and into her mouth. She started to inflate, filling up the room gradually. Her pinstripe suit burst button by button as she wobbled with her stumpy arms. The cloth shredded and lay discarded on the floor. By the time her wrists felt plump, Astra started to slowly float. Not enough to get much height, but she was round enough to awkwardly roll and bounce on the floor. \n\n\"Hey, HEY! Don't let her get away.\" TwoTone yelled at his goons. the idiots watched her bounce awkwardly like a beachball around the room. \n\n\"Watch da bouncin' bawl.\" the goons droned. postures slouched, drooling like they were salivating over a juicy steak. Astra bobbed and bounced, still giggling like an idiot. TwoTone rolled his eyes and stomped on a loose floor board to launch it up into the chins of a line of them. \n\n\"OW! Dat Hoit!\"\n\n\"Whaddaya doin?! Go grab her before she gets away!\" He pointed. The goons all bumped into each other as stooges do, only to fumble and bounce off of Astra like they were trying to grab a wet bar of soap. \n\nShe launched into the air. A large round dragon with a grin like piano keys. stuffed to the brim with helium. She flew up high, higher into the air. Growing as TwoTone kept pumping faster and faster. Just as she was about the size of a zepplin, the rope tugged her taut, keeping her from floating up into the sky. \n\nA Massive dragon toon balloon hovered over the restaurant. A sight to behold. swirling eyes showing she was completely gone. wobbling quietly as the wind delicately buffeted her rubbery scales. \n\nThe goons ran outside and Two tone wobbled his way out to the scene. He tilted his fedora back and put his hands on his hips, satisfied. \n\n\"Well now! Lets see if dis'll tip the scales in my favor! HUHUHUHUHUH!\" \n\nThe other goons laughed till the wolf grunted at the end: \n\"Why we laughin'?\" \n\n\n\n-----\nIt's very close this year in the cognizant vote. I really thought Two Tone would have a comfortable lead but surprisingly not! \n\nI want to give a big thanks to ainava for drawing this out the moment I introduced her to TwoTone.
