"description": "I really do need to get a reference sheet for Ariana since she is literally one of my most complex characters design wise. The shell is described as being 'pudgy' in book rather than ripped looking and she actually has a cybernetic calf replacement on her right leg which isn't depicted here. Just a lot of minor, fine details that just get lost in translation from artist to artist until now she has a common 'look' that isn't actually correct to her book descriptions. Still, I felt it necessary to point that out. Either way, I felt we needed to see another side to Ari than her gallery showed. She's a young, budding adult just like Taylor (same age too!) and she also has needs and wants, but was never given the freedom to truly express them. This is a mini-story about one such time that might give away some spoilers about a specific book 1 sequence of events. So read at your own risk if you've not read the book!\n\n----\n\nThe search for her quarry had stalled. She didn't allow herself moments of peace like this that often and it was strange. It felt uncomfortable, but not entirely unpleasant.\n\nShe sat soaking in the tub for a long time before looking down at her naked body. Her thoughts wandered to the few times she experienced pleasure like this and was reminded of the lovers she had taken in Zabokar.
