Page 1:
The environment of the Pits are often looked upon for their entertainment value, both for those seeking action as well as sexual gratification. However, it can also give rise to some truly terrifying moments.
One such moment came when a team had entered the ring to showcase their newest member. The audience was hushed into an uncanny silence as the handlers brought in a masked and shackled monstrous fighter to the ring. His body, adorned with scars. His three teammates, already in the ring, watched as even his movements of simply walking was intimidating
Once in the ring, a handler began to undo his shackles...

Page 2:
The shackle clicked open, but no bell had rung. The newcomer instantly used his new freedom to attack his handlers, grabbing one handler before slamming him into the other, launching them both at an incredible speed, tossing them aside like rag dolls.
The capable members of the team began to chastised him, but before they even had a chance to say more than a few words to him, he took down the lead male fighter with his hidden weapon; a set of claws embedded into his fingers, intended to bypass the rule of "no weapons save for those attached to your body".
His speed was unreal and his strikes were perfect. Just what had been unleashed in the ring? What had been done to make this Death Machine?

Page 3:
The sounds from the crowd were not the usual cheers but gasps as this mayhem unfolded. Members of the Mother's Cradle, Mistress Mask and Wing Queen heard it, only to look into the ring to see a fighter tearing into anyone within arm's reach. The entire "team" he was supposed to be apart of having been reduced to a pile of severely injured bodies.
Without thinking and with Wing Queen yelling at her to stop, Mistress Mask jumped into the ring.
She didn't know why, but she knew she had to take him down herself. She braced herself as he suddenly readied himself for his next attack...

Page 4:
The stare down only lasted a couple seconds before the strange fighter lunged with his claws outstretched. Mistress Mask deflected the strike and grabbed his arm, attempting an armbar, the action breaking the rest of the new fighter's retaining collar off.
However his reflexes were too swift, his claws flexing in her face and his great strength keept her off the ground, thus she was unable to lock the hold.
With sudden speed, he yanked his arm out of her grasp, grabbing her neck with his other hand and forcefully slamming her to the mat.

Page 5:
The slam to the mat made it hard for Mistress Mask to breathe, and she expected his claws to slam into her to finish her off, but that never came to be.
Instead, he crawled on her as she rolled onto her stomach. His movements were not so wild, they were more focused, she could feel how strong and tense he was on her back
Was he trying to mount her? Was all of this some deranged sexual need? It crossed her mind that if he had her and it would stop the bloodshed, it might be worth it.
However, that changed when he pulled her arms back and twisted them, locking her into the full rear mount PALO special; a hold that was agreed upon as being impossible to break, requiring the victim to avoid submitting to the pain until the one performing the lock was too tired to hold it.
But he was strong and managed to keep her arms in just such away that the pain was staggering...

Page 6:
Mistress Mask felt the PALO hold wrenching on her shoulders and twisting her arms in a way that she couldn't fight back. The fighter continued to push and finally she couldn't stand it and yelled out to vent the pain.
Suddenly, something weird happened; he just let go.
She felt her arms fall free and looked over to see that he had fallen off of her and was on his back, trembling.
Was something wrong with him? Was he dying? Perhaps he couldn't breath and he was suffocating? She had to find out.

Page 7:
The fighter continued to shake as muffled sounds came from under his mask. Not knowing why, Mistress Mask pulled off the covering on his face.
Under it, she found a most innocent face, scarred from years of abuse and crying.
He uttered only one word, albeit in a soft tone.
"Mother?"
It was at this point Wing Queen entered the ring as well and both mothers knew that he was indeed little more than a lost child; conditioned to be a brutal fighter, yet under it all, he never lost that innocence.
Mistress Mask and Wing Queen assisted him to his feet, his arms holding onto them with the need that a child expresses when they need their mother. They carefully led him from the ring in front of a stunned audience.

Epilogue story:
After some time, Mistress Mask learned that his name was Vex, and that he had been abducted at a young age. The reason he broke the PALO special was because her scream of pain was very similar to his own mother's voice and he recalled the memory of her as he was pulled from her arms before his life grew extremely harsh.
Vex had a childlike innocence at his heart due to the true childhood he was denied and he was trained to destroy his opponents. That said, he was not a child any longer and associated his violence with the mask he wore. When he wore it, everyone in the ring was his target, and when it was removed, the true person behind it was back. That said, he couldn't recall why he targeted his team and handlers, an act which lead to him being free and now with Mother's Cradle.
Mistress Mask took special care to help train him to continue being an effective fighter, but to not go for attacks that would result in maiming or killing his opponents. A lesson he learned frighteningly quickly.
They had gained a powerful ally in their goal of one day ending the fights in the Pits.
