Containment Procedures:
Subject is to be contained in a vertical standing sensory deprivation tank while elephant tranquilizers are pumped into the liquid mixture. A secondary shielding with keycode lock is to be in place with only top level security clearance access. Two guards are to be on station at all times with no fewer than 4 video feeds watching and recording at all times for any activity.
Subject Information:
Subject is a life form of Extraterrestrial origin measuring approximately 8 feet tall. Subject appeared on the surface of Earth without warning using some internally processed subspace wormhole technology. Subject went on a rampage when containment teams inadvertently attacked it, only ceasing it's assault on it's own after an extended period of no engagement. Subject was then surprisingly easily drugged and placed into containment.

Subject's body is highly resilient to damage, often absorbing kinetic energy and harmlessly dispersing it. However, it is rare anything can assault the body as the creature possesses a head of "hair" that reacts to swiftly moving objects, deflecting them with no effort required on the Subject's behalf. On it's back are four powerful tentacles that can be fully retracted into the body. While seen for use in combat as extremely powerful gripping tools, they are capable of extremely delicate interactions with small and frail objects.

Subject is able to modify it's body to house various weapons. Each weapon often takes the shape of an eyeball. From the tips of the fingers, the final knuckles detached and folded backwards to show an eye in each one. Said eyes fired a highly concentrated heat beam with remarkable accuracy. Said heat beam is capable of punching through an M1 Tank's hull with no effort and has an estimated effective range of roughly 500 meters.
Subject can also modify the palm of it's hand, making an orb of inky darkness appear in it. Said orb seems to be a connection to a singularity of some sort and enables the Subject manipulation over gravitational forces, albeit within a rather close area. Said subject made heavy weaponry weightless while also crushing car sized objects down to the size of a standard bowling ball.

Subject does indeed have a mouth, though it is unknown if it requires any sustenance to survive. Said mouth is generally sealed shut, but can open a startling 170 degrees. The bottom jaw folds out and extends into two tooth lined prongs and from inside the throat extends a massive muscled tongue. Said tongue is elastic to a degree and can extend many times more than the Subject's body length. It was powerful enough to wrap around and rip the head off an unfortunate containment soldier, upon which the Subject showed that it's jaw pressure had no issue crushing and devouring the soldier's head, helmet and all. Body scans show no trace of the helmet inside the Subject, indicating that it was dissolved incredibly efficiently or it's internals to not adhere to known space-time laws as we know them.
Lower Left Image:
The fingers and palm fold backwards before the forearm splits down the middle to expose this weapon. Housed within the forearm of the subject is a massive blade attached to an extendable muscle mass. The blade possesses an eye on either side of it and is capable of autonomous movement. The actual edge of the blade, while appearing dull, is actually a molecular thin blade with a high frequency vibratory function. While active, the blade was capable of rending through all known weaponry and armament with no effort, and it's highly likely there are few things that could potentially withstand such an edge.

At the closing of the active assault tactics against the Subject, it's chest suddenly split down the middle and splayed open, revealing a large eye. The pupil appeared to adjust and focus for only a second before the light around it seemed to vanish before an intensely powerful hyper particle beam weapon fired from it, vaporizing all personnel, weaponry, armaments, as well as trees, buildings, and even the ground in a straight line for roughly one mile. Estimations on the nature of this weapon indicate that this showcase of power was only a fraction of the full potential this weapon could reach.

When combat had stopped, the Subject began to mill around, interacting with objects and inspecting them, including non-combative soldiers. Upon doing so, the tendrils on it's back would do a great deal of inspecting, the ends opening and revealing multiple delicate inner tendrils. These tendrils resemble the same tendrils found in the head of Subject 02/Alex housed at the same facility, and lead researchers to believe they are a similar neural interface. Request to permit Subject 02 to interact with Subject 0 in this manner has been denied pending the containment procedures in place for Subject 0.
Lower Right Image:
Subject 02/Alex did not interact with Subject 0, but briefly saw it during it's active and docile phases before containment. Subject 02 has not been the same and no longer harbors the simple childlike wonderment like before and instead has been making more maturing choices, such as being aware of clothing and concern for physical shape, as if Subject 02 has entered a form of puberty. Subject 02 has also had disturbed dreams that involve a great deal of involuntary muscle movement and REM. During these times, records show Subject 0 protrudes three objects from it's pelvic region with the central one firming more and becoming more decorated. They retract into the body when Subject 02 awakens. This has lead researchers to conclude that Subject 0 is male and could have come to Earth to find a mate, however other researchers find it conflicts with the origin of Subject 02 as Subject 01 was identified as female before termination. Subject 02 was determined to be male in comparison and Subject 0 does not match anything in the known records of Subject 02's species.

Audio from Subject 02/Alex's sleeping sessions have recorded faint mumbling but nothing definite. He's reluctant to tell anyone what his dreams consist of, a stark contrast to telling everything he could to anyone he could before Subject 0's arrival. However he did question the containment of Subject 0:
"You hold him but don't know what he is. I can hear him singing to me. I need to see him. I need to see The Nameless One..."
Suggesting increased security around Subject 0's holding containment and all access by Subject 02 to be forbidden.
