Meet Chance, also known as Experiment X-250.
X-250? A very odd designation, and although he claims he was made by Jumba (and has his style of construction), Jumba has no memory of having made him, or any of the X series, much less 250 of them.
Chance seems to have named himself, has a high speech efficiency, is fluffy, and even managed to make a data listing of his abilities.

Abilities: X-250 is capable of using his saliva, fur, skin, blood, teeth, and quills in various peculiar combinations to create various chemical compounds; such as adhesives, medical salves, c̵o̵n̶v̴e̴r̸s̸i̷o̴n̸ ̴o̴f̶ ̷w̸a̴t̶e̸r̵ ̸i̸n̵t̵o̸ ̶c̵e̷m̵e̴n̷t̷, e̸̛̱̓̍̈́̕x̸̗̹̥͐̾p̸̛͍͈̟l̸̲̔̑̈́͠o̶̜̽̈́s̶͉̺̅͜i̸͈͒̌͂̄͠v̷̞͚̜́̈̎ę̶̱͋s̵̨̬̠̊̐͒͘͝ͅ, and various other tools. In addition to his form somewhat resembling the framework of the later 620 series, his capacity for strength is quoted as "50% of 626". He's also noted for being quite fluffy.
Additional: X-250's antennae have closed, rosebud-like ends to them. They are able to open into dish like objects that c̶͙̃̓́̾̉o̷͖͚̞̞̞͛͊̄r̸̨̨̰̽̇͘r̸͇̭̻̩̥͗ụ̷̢͊̀͂ṕ̷͙͂̒͆̃t̴̗̓̀͋́̈́e̴̘̟̗̰̬̚d̴͔̥͗̀͘ͅ, however he has no control over this. Like most experiments, he possesses six limbs, but unlike most, he cannot withdraw his limbs into his body. His tongue and insides are of a grey coloration due to the grey colored blood template used inside of him. Said tongue is quite long and able to manipulate objects with keen efficiency. His tail is curled and quite fluffy.
Reproductive: X-250 is of the male sex. His phallus is in something of an "always erect" state and is everted through a soft slit in his groin via internal muscles that can pull it in or press it out of his body. It is lubricated with clear fluids from inside of his body. The ridges on the shaft will swell up the closer to climax he grows with the head swelling last. The ejaculate he produces is clear and gel like, having a consistency and taste akin to maple syrup. His loins are also quite fluffy.
