This is considered the least masculine option.\n\n2: Agility - The boy is asked to run an obstacle course, covering a wide range of challenges to coordination, physical reasoning, and agility. They are then rated on how quickly they pass the course.\n\n3: Strength - The boy is asked to do leg and bench presses to determine the maximum weight he is capable of lifting. They are then rated on how much weight they can manage, with higher being better.\n\n4: Speed - The boy is asked to run a mile around a track. They are then rated by how quickly they managed to complete the track.\n\n5: Flexibility - The boy is run through aerobic exercises to determine joint flexibility and durability. Exercises like jumping jacks, push ups, touching their toes, and the like. They are rated on a complex metric covering their skill and ability. They are rated based upon their emotional simplicity, the more in touch with their emotions and open to change they are, the more likely they are to end up a sissy.\n\n3: Criminal Tendencies - The boy is given a detailed criminal proclivity test, and rated in accordance to their legal ethics. Due to the nature of the testing process, and a general awareness of male femininity, the majority of transgendered boys are caught early, and given extra tests to ensure that they truly do see themselves as women. If they can pass these tests, they are allowed to transition fully to women. They are given both sissy hormone treatments, and bottom surgery.

50’s variant:

Due to the nature of the testing process, the vast majority of transgendered boys are caught early, and allowed to become sissies, in fact, most sissies in power are considered by the general population to be transgendered, because ‘only a woman with a dick’ is considered to have that kind of personal drive. That said, sexual reassignment surgery is not really an option, as the vulva and vagina are a symbol of female power.

On the other end of the spectrum, women who want to be men do exist. As 50’s era men didn’t understand why a man would want to be a girl in our world, most women do not understand the desire to be a man, and think such women are just tomboys. While many tomboys end up athletes alongside men, and do very well, few of them want to actually become men. That said, female to male surgery does exist for the transgendered individuals who seek it out.

Sexuality:

The emergence of a third gender in the world has muddied traditional sexuality to quite a degree. Homosexuality and lesbianism exist, of course, though very few men who pass the testing process are homosexuals, interest in women is not part of the test, so it is possible. That said, most stereotypical homosexual traits don’t allow for passing the test. This is made even more confusing by the fact that most men who consider themselves straight, would gladly have sex with a sissy. Generally lesbians do not engage in sexual interaction with sissies, but it’s not unheard of.

Sissies, by contrast, are considered by men and women to be bisexual. Between media portrayal, the sissy fashion of skimpy to slutty attire, and generally male libidos in cute feminine bodies, it isn’t surprising that both men and women would think this, and it also explains why sexual harassment is considered to be generally ‘okay’. Most sissies are encouraged to be teases, and live as erotically charged lives as they can. A woman who says ‘My eyes are up here’ is taken very seriously, but a sissy who says so is considered to be teasing, and often gets groped for it.

Commercials and movies following the ‘sex sells’ doctrine, usually use sissies for these roles, often scantily clad and tarted up in lusty makeup. Most porn is targeted at women and sissies, and a lot of it features sissies and men having sex. Moreover, it is not uncommon to see all three genders frequenting sissy strip clubs.

Public decency has changed a lot, in regards to sissies. Teenage women make a sport out of embarrassing sissies by giving them erections, or even make them cum, in public. This is usually encouraged by adults, as a sign of women learning their place and exercising their dominance in the world. While public nudity, or public acts of sex, are discouraged, most women consider sissies to be such adorable teases, that the occasional violation is overlooked as normal.

By and large, most sissies are sterile, and all women have free access to birth control. This paired with the medical elimination of most all STD’s has led to a sexual renaissance. Healthy teenagers and adults are expected to have and enjoy sex. As such, sex is viewed separately from love. A married woman who has sex with her secretary at the office, generally isn’t viewed as an adulteress, as her sissy wife at home understands that scratching that itch doesn’t mean that the wife is any less loved, or that the woman loves her secretary. Likewise, a woman who hires a man to impregnate her, isn’t viewed as cheating by society or the sissy spouse.

Naming Conventions:

Surnames are very similar to those found in our world, save for the fact that they are passed from the mother. The woman’s surname is always the one taken by the sissy or man in marriage. As such, it’s not uncommon to find sissies practicing their names with the last name of whichever woman she is dating at the time.

Girls and boys are also given fairly traditional first names. Girls do not have middle names, it isn’t considered important, whereas boys are given feminine middle names. Upon taking their test, men drop their middle name, whereas sissies drop their masculine first name and take their middle name as their new feminine name.

Girl names usually focus on meaning and family tradition, for instance: Alison, Bethany, Candace, Debora, and Emilia.

Sissy names, by contrast, usually focus on objects, for instance: Amber, Brandy, Candy, Daisy, and Ember.

Pronouns and Honorifics:

Females are referred to as girls while under the age of 14. After the age of 14, they are referred to as women. In a professional setting, women are referred to as Ma’am or Madam. In marriages, women are referred to as wives, regardless of their partner, but are often called Mother or Mom by their children.

Sissies are referred to as girls after testing, and traditionally use female pronouns. In professional settings, sissies are referred to as Miss or a pet name, like ‘honey’ or ‘sweet cheeks’. In marriages, sissies are referred to as wives, regardless of their partner, but are often called mommy or nanny.

Men are referred to as guys or buffs after testing, and use traditional male pronouns. They have no honorifics in the workplace, because they never hold positions of authority. On the rare occasion where a man gets married, he is referred to as a husband, and his children often refer to him as a dad or father.

Testing Ideas:

Testing is performed over a course of five days, each day the boy is given one test from each category. Physical followed by Mental, then a break for lunch, followed by Health and finally Psychological.

Physical:

1: Endurance - The boy is asked to take one of three tests for as long as possible. During this time, his oxygen levels, and heart rate are measured. All three options have scaling difficulty that will test the boy’s limits. They are then rated by how long they are able to last, and how efficient their blood oxygen levels were.

Option 1: He can run on a treadmill. This is considered the most masculine option.

Option 2: He can ride on a stationary bike. This is considered the medium option.

Option 3: He can swim in an infinity pool. This is considered the least masculine option.

2: Agility - The boy is asked to run an obstacle course, covering a wide range of challenges to coordination, physical reasoning, and agility. They are then rated on how quickly they pass the course.

3: Strength - The boy is asked to do leg and bench presses to determine the maximum weight he is capable of lifting. They are then rated on how much weight they can manage, with higher being better.

4: Speed - The boy is asked to run a mile around a track. They are then rated by how quickly they managed to complete the track.

5: Flexibility - The boy is run through aerobic exercises to determine joint flexibility and durability. Exercises like jumping jacks, push ups, touching their toes, and the like. They are rated on a complex metric covering their skill and ability. Note that this is the least important of the physical tests in accordance to metrics, and even sissies are expected to do well here.

Mental:

All mental tests are written scantron tests, covering what a student should know at their entrance to high school level. These tests do not directly influence the rest of the tests, or the score for man or sissy, instead they are used as a baseline metric to examine male intelligence, and are used to help weight the psychological tests. As higher intellect is not required for most male positions, but can be for many sissy careers.

1: Math - High school level mathematics.

2: Science - High school level science.

3: History - High school level history.

4: Linguistics - High school reading and comprehension in the dominant language of the region.

5: I.Q. - Intelligence quotient test to determine mental flexibility and problem solving.

Health:

1: Genetic Safety - The boy is given a DNA test to watch for any genetic disorders. This is a pass/fail, as men are the only breeding stock, anyone who has any genetic predisposition towards health disorders is marked for future treatment, and disqualified from being a man to prevent it from being passed on.

2: Sperm Count and Viability - The boy is made to masturbate into a cup and their sperm is counted and tested. Anyone determined to be sterile gets a failing grade, the rest are marked in accordance with their sperm count.

3: Physical Potency - The boy is measured while flaccid, and again while erect to determine length and girth of the penis, and size and weight of the testicles. Bigger is better here, and they are marked in accordance with their size.

4: Erectile Stamina - The boy is asked to achieve and maintain an erection for as long as possible without touching himself. How long it takes him to achieve an erection, and how long he can keep one are both recorded, and they are marked in accordance with these times, with longer being better.

5: BMI - The boy’s fat distribution and body mass index are both examined, and rated in accordance to health ideals. The closer the boy is to the ideal, the higher he is rated.

Psychological:

1: Gender - The boy is given a detailed personality profile, in which his sexual and gender preferences and identity are evaluated. They are then rated based upon their masculinity and sexual aggressiveness.

2: Mental Flexibility - Also known as an E.Q. test, the boy is tested based upon his connection with his emotions and his ability to be empathetic with others. They are rated based upon their emotional simplicity, the more in touch with their emotions and open to change they are, the more likely they are to end up a sissy.

3: Criminal Tendencies - The boy is given a detailed criminal proclivity test, and rated in accordance to their legal ethics. They are then rated by their obedience to the law, and those who rate as particularly criminal in intent are flagged for Tier 2 sissification so that they can receive therapy to pull them in line.

4: Gender Debate - The boy is put in front of a panel of local women of authority, and told to defend his desired gender. He is asked a number of questions to bait him into anger or shame, and asked to answer them as eloquently and passionately as he can. They are rated based upon the depths of their convictions, and the breadth of their communication skills.

5: Compliance - The boy is run through a series of virtual scenarios involving women, sissies and men. At the end of each scenario, he is given a list of options as to how he would react. Each option lists a potential negative consequence for the boy. They are rated based upon their responses, and what they are willing to do or sacrifice for their fellow ma’am.
