Look! *he points to the nearby Coral as bits of trash were ruining it*\n\nCap'n Turbot: That trash is terrible for those colorful coral reefs!\n\nFrancois: *French accent* Maybe we need the Paw Patrol's help, cousin\n\nCap'n Turbot: Good call. *he took out his phone to make the call as a transition of Marshall's tag showed the pups still at their game with Ryder watching them. Then his pup pad started to ring*\n\nFrancois: *French accent* If we don't do something soon, the coral and sea life down here will not be healthy!\n\nRyder: Don't worry Turbots, we are on our way. No coral is too dirty, no pup is too small! *the Sea Patrol emblem appeared on his pup pad as he tapped it, activating the pup tags to beep* Sea Patrol, to the Beach Tower!\n\nPups: Ryder needs us! *Skye do one more bounce on Marshall before she went ahead*\n\nSkye: Coming!\n\nMarshall: Wait, Skye! Wrong way on that bounce! *Marshall bounced off an umbrella before the pups all got to the front of the door*\n\nBalloona X: Wait, where's Marshall, Skye?\n\nSkye: Uh… didn’t I bounce him this way?\n\nMarshall: Incoming! *they all looked to see the dalmatian balloon coming towards them*\n\nPups: Uh oh… *Marshall crashed into the pups on top of the pile*\n\nMarshall: Which team gets the point there?\n\nAll Pups: Hehehehe *The pups went inside as Skye then helps Marshall through the closing door as the emblem shined. The pups made it to the top of the tower and lined up in their Sea Patrol uniforms\n\nChase: Sea Patrol ready for action, Captain Ryder sir!\n\nRyder: Pups, we have a critical clean up job to get to.\n\nRocky: Clean up job?\n\nRyder: Yep. A bunch of trash is cluttering the coral reefs.\n\nAll pups: Oh no!\n\nZuma: Those fish dudes won’t like that at all…\n\nRyder: As well as any other sea life could eat the floating trash and get sick.\n\nFormula: Coral is also a life form in itself, so it’s not healthy for it either.\n\nRyder: Right. So we need to hurry and clean the mess\n\nRocky: Considering it’s a clean up job, you’re gonna need me?\n\nRyder: Yeah, actually *He select Rocky's tag on his pup pad*\n\nRocky: Of course...\n\nRyder: You're our recycle pup after all, so it's only right.\n\nFormula: And lucky for you, I did made an upgrade for your and Chase's suit in case your Sea Vehicle is down\n\nRocky: Upgrade? What upgrade?\n\nFormula: You'll see soon enough...\n\nSkye: Are we all getting something too?! *She got excited, knowing she has her Air Blimp Patrol mode.*\n\nFormula: In time, Skye. I have a lot of projects in my head at once, and not a lot of time to do every single one.\n\nRyder: Well just in case, the team will separate up in 2 teams... So Rocky, you will be partnered up with Rubble, Balloona X, and Zuma\n\nRubble: Rubble on the double!\n\nBalloona X: Time to bounce into action!\n\nZuma: Let's dive in!\n\nRocky: I guess that's fine... Green means go!\n\nRyder: While you 4 clean up I'll need Skye, Chase, Marshall, and Formula to help search for where the trash came from and see who's responsible for it\n\nSkye: This puppy’s gotta fly!\n\nChase: Chase is on the case!\n\nMarshall: I'm fired up!\n\nFormula: I'm tuned up and tuned in!\n\nRyder: Alright, Sea Patrol is on a roll! *Ryder and the pups walk to the front area of the room, then the elevator takes them to the lower level as they took their seats* Load 'er up, Robo-Dog! *Robo-Dog barked as he tapped on Rocky's tag as an alarm went off. The base then loaded in Rocky's sea vehicle inside. Robo-Dog then tapped on Chase's tag as the base loaded Chase's sea vehicle as well.* Robo-Dog, take us to sea. *Robo-Dog barked as he pressed the ship icon and the bridge from the base opened up. Robo-Dog then pilots the ship out of the dock and into the bay. A transition of the Sea Patrol emblem shows the Sea Patroller out in the bay to look for the Turbots.* Now where can they be?\n\nFormula: Maybe check the radar or sonar potentially?\n\nRyder: Right. Robo-Dog? *Robo-Dog barked. The bionic dog pressed a screen, activating a sonar to show an object underneath the waves.*\n\nRyder: That must be them\n\nBalloona X: Then let's go down there\n\nRocky: As long as I'm not getting wet...\n\nRyder: OK pups, time to go!\n\nPups: Right! *Balloona, Rocky, Rubble, and Zuma got up from their seats and went below deck to their vehicles, except for Balloona X*\n\nBalloona X: Time to make a splash! *She hopped into the water and barked.* Sublimp-marine mode! *her helmet then came around her head as she inflated to her Sublimp-Marine size and dove under the surface* Sublimp-marine Balloona X, all set and ready you guys!\n\nRocky: Copy that *Rocky then drove off as his vehicle shifted to its submersible mode and dived under the water* Thank goodness I'm not out there yet.\n\nBalloona X: Oh come on Rocky, your suit protects to your from getting wet. *Two more splashes from behind were heard as Rubble and Zuma joined in their submersed vehicles.*\n\nZuma: Let's hurry on up with this clean up\n\nRubble: We should have this cleaned up in no time with our gear! *they went down to the coral reef to see the mess the trash made all over and how some of the fish were affected by it*\n\nZuma: Poor dudes...\n\nBalloona X: How can this much garbage even get here that easily?!\n\nRocky: This is so careless. Come on now, let's help them out and sort this properly\n\nAll 3 Pups: Right! *All four of them began getting to work on cleaning up the trash.*\n\nZuma: It's OK, fishy dudes. We'll get this all tidy for you *They cleaned up all the trash they can find*\n\nRocky: I think we might be able to get this all done...\n\nBalloona X: Bit surprisingly honestly.\n\nRubble: Yea *as soon as they continued to clean up, Zuma looked back to notice more trash began to fall*\n\nZuma: Dude, someone just dropped even more!\n\nPups: What?!\n\nZuma: Look! *They looked up*\n\nBalloona X: Oh come on!\n\nRocky: Why would they be so careless?\n\nRubble: More like “who” would.\n\nBalloona X: We need the other members to search up top to find out who's doing all of this\n\nZuma: Better contact them.\n\nRocky: Right\n\nBalloona X: I’ll give them a call, you three get started.\n\nRocky: Sure. *they went to the sinking trash to try and collect it as Balloona's tag beeped. A transition with Chase’s tag went back up to the Sea Patroller as the rest received the call.*\n\nRyder: Hmm? *he answered his Sea Patrol pup pad to see Balloona*\n\nBalloona X: Ryder, we got a big problem!\n\nRyder: What's the problem, Balloona X?\n\nBalloona X: We were doing well in the clean up, but then more trash started sinking all around\n\nRocky: And my sub is getting abit full here, I don't know if we can get it all collected\n\nFormula: Heh, figured this may happen…\n\nRocky and Ryder: You did?\n\nFormula: Mmhm. That's why I have a plan for you, Rocky\n\nRocky: Me? Does it involve that... upgrade you mentioned for myself and Chase?\n\nFormula: Yes it does. But you have to be in the water\n\nRocky: Oh come on!\n\nBalloona X: Just do it Rocky! Your suit protects you from getting wet anyway.\n\nRocky: *sighed* Fine *barks* Scuba mode! *a helmet formed around his head as the hatch on his vehicle opened and he swam out*\n\nFormula: Now give your tag alittle spin\n\nRocky: Spin?\n\nFormula: Yes.\n\nRocky: Alright then *Rocky then spun his tag a bit while still confused as to why* What purpose did that even have?\n\nFormula: Just... this. *The collar tag beeped*\n\nRocky: Huh? *soon Rocky began to expand to match Balloona's size with propellers appearing at the sides* Whoa!\n\nFormula: There we go, your Sealoon Patrol Sublimp-marine suit is a success!\n\nRocky: Really? *He get out of the Sublimp-marine's control panel and see the inside of his suit* Wow... you're right, but... is it special?\n\nFormula: I'll quickly go over the features.\n\nRocky: There are other features?\n\nFormula: Oh yes, but... you have trash to tend to, right?\n\nRocky: Yeah, but how can I like this?\n\nFormula: Your Sublimp-marine has stretchable robotic arms to control and one of them can change into a trash collection hose that only collect trash and release the water out\n\nRocky: Hmm, interesting... so it's like a giant vacuum?\n\nFormula: Yes, but you'll see the storage later.\n\nRocky: Storage?\n\nFormula: Mmhm.\n\nBalloona X: Come on, let's see them in action\n\nRocky: Alright... *He went to a control pad inside his suit, looking at the controls. after a brief moment at the controls, both robotic arms folded out and to the front of the suit* Alright, time to see this in action. *He went back to put his head back in the helmet to watch the show. the arms got to work as they removed the trash from the reef and collected the new sinking trash. The right arm then changed to a hose and sucked some of the recyclables*\n\nZuma: That is awesome!\n\nRubble: Yeah!\n\nRocky: Cool, this feature for my suit is awesome now\n\nFormula: Mmhm, you bet.\n\nBalloona X: Hehehehe!\n\nRocky: What's so funny?\n\nFormula: Loony?\n\nBalloona X: Well... *She pointed*\n\nRocky: Huh? *He tried to turn, but his big suit prevented him from turning his head very far.*\n\nFormula: Trying to look?\n\nRocky: Yeah. What is she referring to?\n\nBalloona X: Formy, you cheeky pup…\n\nFormula: Lucky I put a video camera in your robot arms paw\n\nRocky: Really? I wanna see\n\nFormula: Go ahead…\n\nRocky: Alright then *he went to the controls again as the left arm opened its grip as a lens appeared and Rocky was able to see through it. Soon he moved to the back of the suit to see what Balloona was laughing at* What the!? *All the other pups laughed, seeing that the back end of Rocky's suit appeared to be a lot bigger and noticeable than the front half.* Formula!\n\nFormula: Oh look at the time, I'll let you pups continue on *He end the call*\n\nSkye: Formula, care to explain to us then?\n\nFormula: Well... uh...\n\nChase: Mine has it too, doesn't it?\n\nSkye: Oooh!\n\nChase: I hope you have a good reason\n\nFormula: Uh...\n\nRyder: Well?\n\nFormula: You see, the idea came from an odd dream Loony told me about with some... canine creature or such. But it was mainly vacuum bag based as well too. The trash gets sucked into the special compartment at the back.\n\nRyder: Really?\n\nFormula: Yea\n\nMarshall: Guess you can say it gives him some real... junk in the trunk, huh?\n\nFormula: Hehehehe, yea *Then Formula heard some water splash noise* Huh?\n\nRyder: What's wrong\n\nFormula: I thought I heard something\n\nSkye: Like what?\n\nFormula: Not sure. It was close though\n\nRyder: Hmm… maybe it was a dolphin jumping out of the water?\n\nFormula: Potentially… *He got up to look around.* Hmmm... *he looked around for a bit until he saw a shadow of a boat nearby* What's that?\n\nRyder: Where?\n\nFormula: Over here *The three pups and Ryder joined him. Whispering* Be quiet\n\nChase: *whispering* Why?\n\nFormula: *whispering* There’s some kind of boat over there… *They get closer to the edge and look*\n\nRyder: *whispering* Hard to make it out. Skye, can you carefully fly closer?\n\nSkye: *whispering* On it *She moved a bit away to have a bit more room. bark* Parasail *A pink and white chute popped out of the top of her pack, as well as a pink fan as it started spinning.* Up I go\n\nChase: Careful out there.\n\nSkye: I’ll be fine Chase. *She flew away from the Sea Patroller and out above the ocean. Until she saw what looked like a top hat* Uh oh… *Her goggles extended out to see the boat better.* That is not good at all… *She can see Humdinger with his kittens who are dumping trash in the water*\n\nHumdinger: Good job kitties. Soon enough, Foggy Bottom’s waters will be the cleanest and best for the sea life to live in, and divers will want to take photos of the sights beneath the waves! *Skye went back to the others*\n\nRyder: Here comes Skye now, guys.\n\nSkye: Guys! I know who is dumping trash in the water!\n\nMarshall: Who is it?\n\nSkye: It’s Mayor Humdinger!\n\nFormula: I should be surprised, but it’s kind of expected he’d pull stunts like this.\n\nRyder: We need to stop him\n\nFormula: Hmm, Skye... does he have his kittens with him?\n\nSkye: Does he ever leave Foggy Bottom without them?\n\nFormula: Then it's time to get their help\n\nChase: Got a plan?\n\nFormula: Mmhm, but I have to go submarine mode first. And I might need you too, Chase\n\nChase: Me?\n\nFormula: Yes, I need your new features\n\nChase: What kind of features?\n\nFormula: You will see\n\nChase: Ok?\n\nFormula: Let’s go! *The two went down to the vehicle launching area.* You don't need your vehicle for them, Chase\n\nChase: I assume mine’s the same?\n\nFormula: Yep, just spin your tag. *He hopped into the water and barked.* Sublimp-marine mode! *As soon as he said that, Chase spun his tag as he jump into the water too*\n\nChase: Let’s do it. *Their helmets both came around their heads as their suits inflated to the Sublimp-marine size and both dove underwater.*\n\nFormula: How does it feel?\n\nChase: Like my airbag on my vest, only bigger and roomier.\n\nFormula: Yep, just wait until the others try their Sublimp-marine modes, when I build them later\n\nChase: Speaking of…\n\nFormula: What?\n\nChase: How is Rocky holding up?\n\nFormula: I'm sure he'll be fine\n\nChase: Potentially…\n\nFormula: For now, let's go see these kittens\n\nChase: If my allergies don’t get in the way.\n\nFormula: If so, your suit may get bigger with each sneeze.\n\nChase: Really?\n\nFormula: Yep.\n\nChase: Ok then *a transition of the Sea Patrol emblem showed Mayor Humdinger continuing the trash dumping as the kittens looked around the water while helping*\n\nHumdinger: This plan is going perfectly! Those pesky pups haven’t even tried to interfere with my scheme this time! *The kittens sighed. Some of the kittens rolled their eyes as they helped while Pebble looked out and noticed something nearby. A few bubbles came up as Formula softly came up to the surface, opening his helmet as the six kittens jumped inside, closing it as the suit descended below the waves.*\n\nFormula: Hey there kittens. *they all purred and nuzzled him* Here, let me turn on your voice *He clapped once as all the tags blinked a bit.*\n\nTidal: Thanks Formula\n\nFormula: Now care to explain what are you 6 and Humdinger doing here?\n\nPursuer: He’s wanting us to dump garbage into the bay here so all the sea life and divers go to Foggy Bottom.\n\nZephyr: He used a lot of his trash too. And... a bit of ours as well\n\nFormula: *sighed* Seriously...\n\nMarcus: It’s bad. We even smell just as bad as this situation.\n\nRochester: I'm gonna need a major bath after all this\n\nFormula: How about this? You help us to stop him and I'll clean you kittens\n\nKittens: Deal!\n\nFormula: Good. Now let's get this done\n\nMarcus: Sure thing, Mr. Formula sir!\n\nPursuer: So what's the plan?\n\nFormula: How good are you at having fun?\n\nKittens: Alot\n\nFormula: Perfect… then go have fun then *He clapped to turn their translators off as the suit resurfaced and opened the helmet as the six kittens hopped out.* Good luck kittens *He closed the helmet and went back below the surface.*\n\nHumdinger: Come on kittens, we just have a bit more then their water is done *The kittens snickered with Rochester rolling a bottle under the mayor’s foot then Humdinger trip on it* Hey, what gives?! *The kittens giggled* Kitties, focus! *Tidal and Zephyr moved some bags behind him as Humdinger tried to get up*\n\nTidal: Hehehe…\n\nHumdinger: You kittens could at least help me *Humdinger tried to get up but slipped on the trash behind him* Ahhh! *He fell over into the water. He pop out of the water as he hear his kittens giggled at him. Chase: Let’s do it. *Their helmets both came around their heads as their suits inflated to the Sublimp-marine size and both dove underwater.*

Chase: Ok then *a transition of the Sea Patrol emblem showed Mayor Humdinger continuing the trash dumping as the kittens looked around the water while helping*
Humdinger: This plan is going perfectly! Those pesky pups haven’t even tried to interfere with my scheme this time! *The kittens sighed. Some of the kittens rolled their eyes as they helped while Pebble looked out and noticed something nearby. A few bubbles came up as Formula softly came up to the surface, opening his helmet as the six kittens jumped inside, closing it as the suit descended below the waves.*
Formula: Hey there kittens. *they all purred and nuzzled him* Here, let me turn on your voice *He clapped once as all the tags blinked a bit.*
Tidal: Thanks Formula
Formula: Now care to explain what are you 6 and Humdinger doing here?
Pursuer: He’s wanting us to dump garbage into the bay here so all the sea life and divers go to Foggy Bottom.
Zephyr: He used a lot of his trash too. And... a bit of ours as well
Formula: *sighed* Seriously...
Marcus: It’s bad. We even smell just as bad as this situation.
Rochester: I'm gonna need a major bath after all this
Formula: How about this? You help us to stop him and I'll clean you kittens

Formula: Perfect… then go have fun then *He clapped to turn their translators off as the suit resurfaced and opened the helmet as the six kittens hopped out.* Good luck kittens *He closed the helmet and went back below the surface.*
Humdinger: Come on kittens, we just have a bit more then their water is done *The kittens snickered with Rochester rolling a bottle under the mayor’s foot then Humdinger trip on it* Hey, what gives?! *The kittens giggled* Kitties, focus! *Tidal and Zephyr moved some bags behind him as Humdinger tried to get up*
Tidal: Hehehe…
Humdinger: You kittens could at least help me *Humdinger tried to get up but slipped on the trash behind him* Ahhh! *He fell over into the water. He pop out of the water as he hear his kittens giggled at him. However, the kittens got to the controls, moving the boat away from him before he could go up.* Hey! *In doing so though, the force caused the rest of the garbage to fall into the water as Formula simply shook his head.*
Formula: Guess the kittens need some driving lessons... hopefully Rocky won't be too upset about the last garbage load... *a transition of Rocky's tag showed him still cleaning up as the backside was still getting larger*
Rocky: This is still embarrassing
Balloona X: But still funny. *as he kept on, the trash from above made its way down to the group*
Rocky: Oh dear
Zuma: That's a lot, dude.
Rocky: *sighed* this is gonna be really big.
Balloona X: And really funny
Rocky: Let's just get this taken care of... *They continued cleaning up the trash*

Rocky: I'm not sure, but hope there won't be too much more trash... this trash barge may not handle much more.
Balloona X: You know he made our suit with super strong stretchable material

Balloona X: Hold on… *She looked up, seeing two round objects near a pair of legs in the water.* Hmm… I may need to make a call… again. Keep cleaning.
Rocky: Ok then *Balloona went out as Rocky kept on cleaning* Hope there will be no more garbage after this... *Balloona X called Formula through her tag*

Formula: Mmhm, and the kittens left him in the water. Chase is going to use his special feature shortly.

Balloona X: Rocky's having some issues with his junk trunk.

Balloona X: OK Formy *Balloona ended the call as a transition of Formula's tag showed Formula by Chase as they were a bit amused by Humdinger trying to get to the boat*

Chase: You got it! *Chase went over to get closer to the unsuspecting bad mayor*
Humdinger: Kittens, get back here! Why are you doing this!? *Pursuer looked back to see the surfacing German Shepherd coming as he smiled before showing the other kittens. They looked and smiled at it* What’s with the smiles? *Chase soon caught up to him*
Chase: Allow a friendly officer to help!

Chase: Hello. *barks* Sub jail cell! *the side of the suit near the top shifted to have a jail cell as 2 robotic arms opened it up for him*
Humdinger: Oh no...
Chase: Grab! *The arms grabbed a hold of the mayor, placing him inside the cage as it closed and lowered into the suit.* There we go! Say Form, where does that cage stay?
Formula: Near the back, like Rocky’s. Why?
Chase: Well
Formula: Well what?
Chase: There is some company aboard
Formula: Really? Who else is there?
Humdinger: Hey! Get me out of here!
Formula: Ah, you got him.

Ryder: I guess we'll wait for them then. Come on *As the Sea Patroller and Chase went back to shore, a transition with Rocky's tag had him, Formula, and Balloona heading to a spot to empty the garbage.*
Formula: OK, here's good Rocky
Rocky: Good! I can finally get all this out!
Balloona X: Hehe, you have a lot of junk in that trunk! *She and Formula giggled as the lower half of his suit had a much more defined shape, being roughly three to four times bigger than his upper half.*
Rocky: I just want this gone... Now
Formula: Alright alright, let just get back on land first so you can unload the junk out
Rocky: Good... how do I though?
Formula: Simply reverse the suction.
Rocky: Alright
Balloona X: Let's get you back up top now
Rocky: Right. *All three surfaced above the water as Rubble and Zuma followed. they got to the land as the right robotic hand was extended out*
Formula: Time to empty out the container.
Rocky: Good. *barks* Reverse suction! *soon the hose from the arm spewed all that it sucked up onto the land as the backside of Rocky's suit was slowly going down*
Rubble: Is this like a junk island or something?
Zuma: Probably
Balloona X: No doubt Rocky will sort this stuff out better later.
Rocky: Oh absolutely. Lots of good material here
Formula: Mmhm. *after some time, all that was sucked into the backside of the suit came out and left the suit in its previous state*
Rocky: Ah, much better.
Balloona X: Awww
Formula: What’s wrong?
Balloona X: It so funny and cute on Rocky's big butt
Rocky: I-I don’t… *He blushed, swimming back to his vehicle after deflating his suit back down.*

Francois: *French accent* It was good when you came and helped out those fishy friends
Cap'n Turbot: And clean up all these corals there too

Humdinger: Can I go now? I have to get myself cleaned up after those kittens had their antics. Speaking of, where are my kitties? *the boat then came by to a stop as the kittens all leapt out* There you kittens are! *they didn't seem too pleased when going to him at all*
Formula: They need some cleaning time first
Humdinger: And how would you know that, wise pup?
Formula: Have you not smelled them yet? *he went to them for a slight sniff and quickly backed off with his nose covered*
Humdinger: Woof! You're right actually...
Formula: Come on Kittens, let's get you clean *They all joined the lab instantly as he led them off.*
Humdinger: Hopefully they'll be cleaner than before. I'll just be on my way then *He grumpily went off to get cleaned up on his own.*
Rocky: Glad this was taken cared of.
Skye: Yeah, but now we can help bathe the kitties
Formula: Then let's get started then
Rocky: You guys can!
Ryder: Oh Rocky... *He softly rubbed his head.* You're all such good pups. *a transition of the usual emblem showed everyone at Katie's Parlor as the kittens were in a tub being bathed by Formula, Skye, and Rubble as they enjoyed the scrubbing*
Formula: There you go, kittens *They happily meowed, cuddling against him.*

Katie: That's great *soon the kittens were then rinsed off with some looks to them to the water running down their fur* Time to dry you off *Katie passed some towels as Formula, Skye and Rubble took them to start drying 2 kittens each*
Formula: Hold still *as they were drying them, Pursuer and Rochester quickly hug and cuddle Formula* Awww *With the other four kittens getting dried off, Rocky came into the Parlor.*
Katie: Oh hey Rocky, you come for your bath today?
Rocky: No thanks Katie, I didn’t get dirty or stinky at all today! *As he went to leave, Marshall came running in, only to slip in some soapy water and send the two into a bath.*
Marshall: Oops. Sorry bout that Rocky.
Rocky: *sigh* Figures… *as the other kittens were done getting dried, they rushed to Formula as well in a pile for some cuddling*
Kittens: Cuddle time!
Formula: Oh you kittens…
