I have not always been like this...\n\nI was born as a human, my parents were loving people, we lived in a poor and violant area, crime in my neighborhood was and is still extreme.\n\nI was maybe 6 years-old, when... when I lost my parents... that night... my life changed drastically:\n\nWe were all asleep, when we were suddenly awaken by a loud noise, my dad went to check, while me and my mom stayed upstairs. Suddenly we heard dad yell, then a gunshot, then silence... then we heard heavy footsteps coming up the stairs and closer to where we were hiding.\n\nWhen the door opened, me and mom were staring at some guy, who... who had a crazy look in his eyes. He shouted weird things, that didn't make any sense, something about having to kill all... demons? He then fired his gun at us, my mom got shot in the head and died instantly. As for me... I got hit in the chest, the bullet penetrated my lung. When the bullet hit me, he fell backwards onto the carpet, the guy then simply left.\n\nAs I'm lying there, unable to move, feeling the life flow out of me, I remember praying to any god that might listen, suddenly there was a flash of a bright white light and the next thing I know I found myself lying in a clearing and some strange creature... a dragon... towering over me.\n\nI was so confused, afraid and near death, that I was unsure how to react. The dragon suddenly spoke, it's voice was deep and rich, it also was kinda relaxing and soothing, it said that he heard my pray and decided to answer. Before he brought me to his dimension, he read my mind and found out what had happened.\n\nHe gave me two choices: 1. either die as a weak human or 2. he'd save my life, if I'd save his son's life.\n\nI knew I hadn't much time left, since I have lost so much blood, I asked him what he meant by that, he then told me that his son had been badly wounded by some humans, his wounds were to serious that even with his magic the dragon would be unable to save his son, since his body has been so damaged.\n\nI then asked the dragon, what I could do to help, he told me, that, even though my body and lung were damaged, my \"situation\" was better than his son's. If I'd allow him to merge his son with me, he would not only be able to heal and save his son, but also give me a second chance at life. I asked what would happen to me and his son, after we merged, he then said, either we die or we become a dragon-human hybrid.\n\nI thought about it, I have always been facinated by dragons, now here I was: half dead, lying in front of what I thought was just some fairy tale creature. The thought of becoming a Dragon-Human hybrid, excited me and I acepted his offer. The rest is history.\n\nThe only \"issue\" from the merge is that my body looks rather feminine and I get mistaken for a female regularly, but I simply correct the males and we all laugh it off. But... who does not say, that there could be a male who either does not care or does not believe me and still continues to want to... well... you get the picture... but, I am not to worried, because: if any male should try something with me, they'd feel the wrath of my dad.\n\nAhving said that... I do miss my human parents, I'll never forget them, but now... now I have a new family who I love just a much.
