When it came to choosing between women, men or pups, he wasn’t particularly into men, and women had this ability to really grab you by your feelings and then drop you like it was nothing when the next customer comes. He did it enough times when he was a thug, but now he was not in the mood to be spun around their nifty fingers. If he wanted to grab a wife, one that he would lust over and one that would love him, then, he could just do that. That was not something to be done here, a simple place to just unwind.
So that usually left the pups. They were honest and simple. Quite refreshing really. When everyone wordsmiths their way to pander it was nice to just hear out those who didn’t know any better. Even when they thought they were all smart and nifty they simply lacked the experience to see how transparent they were. It was all small talk before tailraising but perhaps he did enjoy it too, to hear from them, how they get by and how they see things.
When it came to tailraising itself they were all also quite the variety. Some were rugged, some were soft, some well-spoken and others blunt as a rock. Some were shy, some were eager, some were sloppy, some were good, others not so much. And on rare occasions he would get a real smartass. It was its own brand of fun cause in the end they all moaned all the same.
