"description": "Not all quests are dangerous and require someone to go out into the wilderness. Many of them are within the town perimeter or extend to the nearby city which is connected by a well-guarded trade road. The majority of those are daily quests, handed out by the local businesses and utilities. The much lower cost of quest rewards compared to salary of an employee, especially if the employee is not beastfolk, means that there are always daily quests for the grabbing. The main provider of daily quests is the local post office. It outsources all the low priority packages to whoever takes the daily quest, meaning, mostly to beatfolk pups or young pawdventurers who happen to be on the way to wherever the delivery quest is set to go.\n\nFor such safe delivery quests, armor isn’t really required. For Dakka it creates the perfect opportunity to have his gear washed and air dry at the Pawdventurers guild while he is out and about. It also gives him a chance to stretch and enjoy some time out of, to him at least, restrictive clothing. \n\nHe is hardly the only pup to be that way, as it is quite common for beastfolk youth to not wear much if anything at all when compared to older beastfolk who despite lax dress habits still wear at least something, and especially when compared to humans who tend to be way more prude on average. Such mix of clothing habits is mostly located on the savage kingdom, with rural areas being laxer while big cities tend to be more restrictive, albeit nowhere as much as the cities of human kingdoms. Of course, one big exception is the enlightened empire who does not dress up its animals… beastfolk included…\n\nThis mix of cultures doesn’t come without some minor drawbacks for the young pups. Since the majority of kingdoms are human ruled or are vassals of human kingdoms it means that no matter where you are the local human language would be in use.
