Super Strength-THN-87 boosted Raiga's strength levels through what seems to be a form of muscular electrostimulation, resulting in thick, dense musculature. On top of this, his strength can actually increase with use of electrical absorption.
Enhanced Speed & Reflexes-The same electrostimulation by the wonder drug seems to have also affected his muscular reaction time, allowing him to move roughly three times faster than the average person, as well as evade opponents' attacks easier. This too increases with electrical absorption.
Electrokinesis-This ability takes three forms. 1: The ability to generate electrical bursts from his hands, on par with a lightning bolt. 2: The ability to heal oneself subconsciously by involuntary increase of bioelectrical impulses. 3: The ability to draw in additional electricity from external sources to increase the strength of his other skills.[/i]

\n\t\t\t\t\tsoldiersunstar aka Raiga commissioned me for a new reference sheet of his main OC/Fursona Raiga with a re-invention of the supervillain persona I made for his birthday pic a couple years back. Noir Tonnerre is changed up into more of an anti-hero of sorts in a similar vein of Darkwing Duck, just with the bonus of super powers. For more info, You'd probably have to ask Raiga or likely, he might post up an profile for the character. If he does, I'll post a link to the pic. I enjoyed coming back to the costume and doing some minor tweaks to it, especially since I'm using CSP so I don't have access to the symbol I used last time. I also felt it best to post this now since it's his birthday today. I was gonna work on a birthday pic related to this but I hit a no drive to draw day yesterday and could get it done. I'll draw it up later and post it when I can. Look forward to it.[UPDATE](09/22/20): Rai asked for a change to his fur color to put his design farther from the jolteon look he had in the past. Surprisingly, I hadn't deleted the CSP files so I did a quick update to his sheet.
[UPDATE](12/18/20): Rai had a change to his OC done for emojis on a server we're both on and asked very politely if I could make his hair from the original white to a light brown which I was alright with doing because again, I still hadn't deleted the old reference sheet file and a quick hair color change/small addition to the palette isn't the worst or most difficult change I've had to do for a commission. However, I hadn't realized I hadn't posted the change which I did like I think at the end of November so I'm posting the modification now. Enjoy.
