"description": "Powers and Abilities:\nMarksmanship- Even before calling himself Dust Devil, Morrison was a notorious marksman with a pair of pistols. It is partially thanks to his father teaching him how to shoot and even getting him an NRA membership when he was old enough. While capable with a number of firearms, his preferred weapons are a pair of twin six-shooter revolvers modeled after those commonly found during the time of the old west. \nSuper Speed- Thanks to being exposed to a batch of chemicals and a bolt of lightning, Morrison gained superhuman speed along with enhanced reflexes. Unlike other speedsters however, Dust Devil moves in a strange funnel like formation similar to a tornado. He claims to do this also as a way to disorient his enemies as the winds picked up by his speeds make it difficult for people to focus on him. \nWind Manipulation- Sort of an offshoot of his super speed, Dust Devil is capable of using his super speed to kick up rapid gusts & bursts of wind. This sometimes done to blow people away from him or disorient people. This wind manipulation also grants him a limited form of levitation.\n-----\nAnother Minor Villain to the Dairy Dame roster of Rogues. Dust Devil partially came from a desire to fulfill a speedster baddie role(probably will be a couple more of those later) but also he was kind of inspired by a minor villain from the Tick; the Whirling Scottish Devil. I don’t know why but I liked the amusing aesthetic of a speedster moving in a Tasmanian Devil-style cyclone form. The character (at least in backstory) drew some inspiration from Toothpick, the eastern european hood from the Wild West level of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time - Modern day hood wanting to emulate the gunslinging outlaws of the Wild West. Not much else to bring up about this guy other than the fact that I wanted his palette to be very sandy. Please Enjoy.\n\nCharacter & Art©Me",
