This room is the listener's happy place. I start by relaxing the listener, and having them visualize their happy place. Then i have the listener imagine a dimmer switch on a sliding track that leads up and down. I tell the listener that when the dimmer switch is at the top of the track (or 100%) that they are fully awake and aware, if the switch is at the bottom of the track (Or 0%) their conscious mind will fall into a deep sleep, letting their subconscious take full control. I then slide the dimmer switch down to the bottom of the track for the listener. After the listener is deeply under, i give some suggestions to make the listener's mind cold. I then slowly freeze the listener's thoughts, cares, and worries. After their brain is nice and frozen, i then tell the listener their trigger is \"Brain Freeze\", and when this trigger is said or typed by i and i alone, the listener will feel their mind freeze once again, and they will say \"I have Brain Freeze.\". The listener is also instructed to type \"I have Brain Freeze\" into the comments or in a private message to me.\n\nI hope you guys enjoy this file!
