This room is the listener's happy place. I start by relaxing the listener, and having them visualize their happy place. Then i have the listener imagine a dimmer switch on a sliding track that leads up and down. I tell the listener that when the dimmer switch is at the top of the track (or 100%) that they are fully awake and aware, if the switch is at the bottom of the track (Or 0%) their conscious mind will fall into a deep sleep, letting their subconscious take full control. I then slide the dimmer switch down to the bottom of the track for the listener. After the listener is deeply under, i give some suggestions to the listener, assuring the listener that they are great at what they do. I tell the listener suggestions about failure when working toward their goals only making them more determined to reach their goal. I also give the listener suggestions about not thinking negative thoughts about themselves as much, but thinking positively about themselves.\n\nI hope you guys enjoy this file!
