The atmosphere is darker than the last place he was at. The sounds of hushed conversations and laughter emit from all around him. At first, he’s alone at the counter. He is then accompanied by two other animals, both male in build. One is a deer with a tuft of messy, brown hair and a set of light brown eyes, wearing a blue woman’s tank top and female shorts. The other is a lightly-colored golden retriever, half the height of the deer and fox, with long hair flowing at the back of his head, twilight-colored eyes, and a long eyelash coming out from the edges. His attire appears to be nothing but a periwinkle bikini top and bottom.\n“Hey there, Sweet Stuff,” asks the buck. “How’s it hanging?”\n“You looking for a good time?” asks the dog.\nZach looks at the two animals who approached him. “Why do you two sound like men?”\n“Because we are,” replies the deer. “But, we’re not like other guys. The name’s Austin, and this is my good friend, Oliver.” \nThe dog gasps. “Wait! Aren’t you the fox in the Furton Task Force?!” Zach confirms that information. Oliver wags his tail rapidly while holding a smile. “Oh my God! You are the coolest fox ever! Can we have your autograph?!” Zach grunts and just downs another round of alcohol. Oliver’s smile disappears. “Hey, what’s wrong, Honey? Work get you down or something?”\n“No… no… It’s something else, really…”\nAustin leans against the counter and gets into the fox’s view. “You want to talk about it? It might make you feel better.”\nBehind them, the grey rabbit appears before them. “Oh, Zach! There you are! I’ve been looking all over town for you!” The two femboys turn to her and acknowledge her arrival. “Oh… Hello… I see you both are acquainted with my boyfriend…” \n“Uh, yeah,” says Austin, shyly. He introduces himself and his friend to the rabbit. \n“Please don’t hurt us,” says Oliver. “We didn’t know the task force fox was yours.”\n“All is forgiven,” Melissa tells them. “Pleasure to meet you two as well.” She then turns her attention to Zach. “Zach, come on. Let’s go!”\nZach keeps his interest to the bartender. “Yo, bartender… My girlfriend here will help me get my tab.” Melissa crumples her mouth and crosses her arms in front of her. “Oh, don’t worry… We can afford it… All she has to do is call my mother, who is loaded…”\n“Zach, getting drunk is not going to change the situation…”\n“It sure did when I ran away from Heroto…”\n“That was a hectic day for both of us.” Melissa relaxes her stance, putting her arms down and lets out a sigh. She approaches the fox and has him turn to face her. “Let’s let it out, Zach: Delilah is low life piece of crap, and I hated her for giving you up and leaving you for another family, same with your father as well. Zach, when your sister told us she was rich and didn’t send you a dime, I wanted to track her down and throw her off the hotel balcony.”\nZach struggles to his feet and puts his paws on her shoulders. “Melissa… Let’s do it! Let’s find that witch and give her what she really deserves! Then, I can use my position to make it look like it was self-defense! No one will ever know!”\n“Zach…” Melissa gently pushes his paws down off of her. “Do you know how stupid you sound right now? How much did you have to drink?”\nZach turns and takes a couple of steps to the counter. “Mel… that was all supposed to be MY life… The wealth, the luxury, being loved every day, getting a good education, living in a peaceful little town…” He then faces Melissa. “Why did my train take so long to come in…? My life was a messy wreck before I left everything to start a new… Why didn’t I have a better life there…?”\n“Zach… You have a better life; You have amazing friends, two great kids, a nice little apartment in a good city, one of the best jobs in the world, and a sweet girlfriend who cares about you.”\n“I know… But there’s no justice in the world… Delilah has it all better than me… and I’m just not good enough to be there… Why couldn’t she have kept me…?”\nMelissa takes him by the paw and guides him away from the counter. “Come on, Zach.
