Everyone is sat in a booth close to the performing animatronics as Zach relays the story to them that Leon had told him.\n“Whoa, really?!” exclaims Melissa. “I… never knew my father was involved with Team Rescuers, as well as the founding of the Furton Task Force.”\n“Well, it was mostly monetary aid,” Zach says. “But still, he helped with their beginning.” \n“Even if Jack wasn’t fully responsible for the creation of Team Rescuers, he and everyone else still wouldn’t have known they would turn out sour, right?” asks Amina. \n“Suppose so… I’m more worried Team Rescuers would find us here and go after us…”\n“I don’t think you need to worry,” Melissa tells him. “Furton is well-protected by the natural mountains and the walls around it, as well as having the best security in the world. If Team Rescuers were to make their way here, we’d all know it by now.”\nAmina notices the robot and dragon staring at the animatronics on stage. “What’s the matter Echo and Firework? You two look unsettled.” \nFirework continues to stare at the animated robots stationed on stage. His ears droop with slight fear. “Animals creepy…”\nEcho’s colors are already a dark white to mirror Firework’s emotions. “I don’t like those robots… They do not seem fun… They just stay there and sing all day…”\n“Why don’t you kids go play in the arcade or the playground?” Melissa suggests. “Go have some fun.” They both nod then head off. \nThe robot and dragon spend most of their time in the arcade, playing several games and winning plenty of tickets. From one game to another, the duo rake up a lot of earnings, grabbing the attention of many other kids. The robot and dragon pay no attention to her or the crowd, however. They are focused on the prizes at the counter. They return to the adults with a huge plush toy of a fluffball, roughly their height and width, and an action figure of a grey wolf in a red mask, boots, tights, and cape but with a white suit, scaled in size to their hands.\n“Whoa, you two got quite the haul,” Amina comments. “What did you guys get?”\nFirework struggles to hold up the stuffed animal. “Firework got Cotton friend!”\nEcho holds up his action figure. “I just went with this; a little action figure of a superhero.”\n“Ah!” Zach smiles. “Captain Red Mask! I used to love that show as a kid. I wonder if it’s still on tv anymore.” \n“Excuse me,” says a female voice. The gang turn to the source to see a teenage fox with long, chocolate-brown hair and crystal-blue eyes. She dons a salmon, short-sleeved shirt and a lavender skirt. Zach’s smile disappears as the girl looks at the robot and dragon. “You two were absolutely terrific with that win-streak!” Echo and Firework thank her for the compliments. She then notices the other orange fox ahead of her. “Zach…? Is that really you?” \nZach crosses his arms with a flat-mouthed expression of displeasure. “Well, hello, Mabel…”\nAmina narrows one eye and looks at the two foxes, as does everyone else. “You two know each other? How?”\n“Was she one of the kids from the orphanage you grew up at?” asks Melissa.\n“No, I’m not,” Mabel tells them. “I’m his little sister…” Everyone but Zach gasps in shock with widened eyes and opened jaws. Firework and Echo drop their prizes in disbelief. “Well, half-sister, really…”\n“Wait…” Firework points at Mabel. “How fox Zach’s half-sister?”\n“My mother,” Zach spurts. “She had another child, but with a different man.” He continues looking at the girl. “I take it the rest of the ‘family’ is here, too.”\n“Yes,” Mabel tells him. “They’re not in this place, though. They’re back at the hotel. We’re just on holiday.” \n“How can you be on holiday when there is a lot going on in Heroto?” \n“We don’t live in Heroto anymore. We live in a town close to Furton. Crystal Lake is all I’m going to say.”\n“And what do your parents do?” asks Amina.\n“My dad’s a cop,” Mabel responds. “And mom is-”\n“Doing nothing,” Zach interrupts. “As usual, Delilah is living the life she always has been.”\n“How do you know?” queries Echo.\n“Read it from my files I got from the orphanage, as well as learned of what she did prior to meeting her and the family. After she gave me up, she went around her business, married a police officer and went to make her own family without me. She only married him so she can feel safe, and of course, live her life as it was. She’s nothing!”\n“Actually, no. Mom’s a stock broker. She’s really good at her job. In fact, her firm is one of the best in the world; Fox Enterprises.”\n“I’ve heard of them,” Melissa adds. “They are good with trade and stocks. Quite an impressive company.”\nZach continues. “Yeah? I bet she struggles to work very hard, trying to give you the things to make you happy.”\n“Actually, mom is rich.
