But Firework got tired and rest near playground in other city. One tug causes her to immediately lose her balance and stumble in front of Firework, who catches her before hitting the floor. As the pink dragon rises, she hovers over Firework. “Oh my gosh! When the figure emerges on top of the trashcan, it appears as a small imp about half the size of Echo; the same imp from outside the city walls. The little, red creature holds a glass bottle in his clutches. “Just because I rummage around the garbage, doesn’t make me an animal!” The sound of his voice gives it a male character. The boys let go of each other, realizing the size of this creature gives them the comfort of it being less harmful. “What? Never saw an imp before?”\n“No,” Firework says. “What imp?”\n“Well, you’re looking at one,” utters the imp. “Demons, basically…”\n“What’s a demon like you doing up here?” asks Echo. \n“Because I like diving through garbage and drinking used beer bottles to get drunk…”\n“Really?”\n“Of course not, Tin Head! I got banned from my realm and now I’ve got no place to go!”\nEcho changes to blue indicating sorrow. “Oh… Why, that’s not good.” He then changes to red, showing irritation from the imp’s response. “You didn’t have to be mean about it, though.”\n“Did you swallow a rainbow or something? Why do you change colors?”\n“I’m programmed with special sensors and mood technology to understand emotion and feeling.”\n“Imp rude to talk about Echo like that,” implies Firework. \n“You defending him, Goldy-horns?” \n“Why imp so mean?” asks Firework. “What Firework and Echo do to imp?”\n“That’s how I am,” says the demon. “It’s in my nature to be sarcastic, pushy, playful, dirty, fun-” He pauses, coming to a sudden realization. “Jeez, no wonder the others couldn’t take me anymore…” The demon takes a seat atop of the pile of garbage he was standing on. “I was too wild with them…”\nEcho’s colors revert back to blue. “I sense you are sad.”\n“You think?
