It is the group’s last day before they pack up and move to another town for a touring of their shows. But before they begin their journey, they will put on a final show for the pokemon of Leafy Creek. The citizens of the hamlet have all gathered to watch this spectacle and it will be an extraordinary event in the circus’ history. But fate has other plans in store for what is being called the “Mother of All Shows” on this day. We see Team Rescuers at this event, too. After their last encounter with Zach, they’ve decided to come back just to see this wondrous display. \nKenji stands from his seat and explains to his friends that he’ll be right back. He then leaves the seating area and takes position on the side of the platforms. From there, he watches and waits as the show unfolds. The monferno clenches his eyes when he spots the riolu with his beloved brionne girl, performing together simultaneously with their abilities to create a remarkable water fountain exhibition using aura and streams of water. The crowd cheers and applauds at their marvelous work. Zach then announces he will be executing his next act: Balancing on a large ball while keeping torches steady on his arms and nose. He preps himself up with the torches, which are all lit before he begins his act. \nKenji, seizing this opportunity, spins himself around with flames, conjuring a flame wheel. “Time to teach you, Jackal!” He hurls himself forward and knocks Zach off the sphere, causing him to drop the torches on the ground. The flames quickly light around him, trapping him in a circle of fire. Betty comes to his rescue and douses the inferno by squirting water from her mouth. \nThe monferno, having bounced off the riolu, loses control and hits the upside of the canvas tent to the circus before falling back down and landing in the net below him. He catches notice of fire rapidly spreading along the roof of the circus tent. “Uh oh…” The flames engulf the top, trickling around with fast speeds and dropping to the ground, causing mass panic among the audience. The pokemon scatter and head for the exits as Team Rescuers stop what they’re doing and do their part to help the citizens escape. \nBetty fights the blaze as best she can, throwing all of her water abilities in to put out the fire. She turns to the riolu. “Zach, go! Get out of here!”\n“What about you?!” Zach queries.\n“I’ll be fine. Just save yourself and go!” The blue pokemon does as he’s told and heads for the way out. Just as he’s almost outside, a loud crash sound is perceived into his ears. He turns around to see the brionne trapped under a downed pole. “Betty!” Having no regard for his own safety, he runs back to the seal pokemon to aid her. “I’ll save you!” He touches the metal shaft, which is hot to the touch and burns his paws, causing him to recoil.\n“It’s no use, Zach!” she shouts “Don’t waste your time!”\n“No!” Zach responds. “I’m not going to leave you behind!” He pushes the iron rod despite receiving burns to his paws. He manages to free the brionne from her trap. “You all right?”\n“I… I can’t get up…”\n“I’ve got you!” Zach quickly picks her up and carries her in his arms. Being the only two left, he hurries to get out with his friend. Just as they’re nearing the exit, Zach trips over and tosses the water pokemon out. He turns his body upward at the sound of crackling, watching a wooden pole fall on top of him. The weight of the object keeps him pinned as the fire catches on it and starts to trial toward him. Zach attempts to push the support off, but his strength isn’t enough. Fortunately, the mammoswine rams it away and allows the riolu to hold onto the tusk. The large pokemon brings him outside beside Betty. He falls to his knees and clutches his torso, having sustained a burn on it. The riolu looks up at the brionne. “You okay?”\n“I think I should be the one asking you,” she replies.\n“Yeah… Just a burn.” He looks up to the mammoswine. “Thank you…” As he stands, the electric pokemon walks up to him.\n“My circus!” Ringmaster Raichu yells. “My beautiful circus!
