Their hats and sunglasses are their shields from the sun as they attend the festival. Several small, colorful, alien-like creatures among them are seen as well. Walking along the street is a tall woman with olive skin and black hair. Her age appears as if she’s twenty-years-old. She protects herself from the sun with a beige sun hat and dark turquoise sunglasses. A red tank top with a denim mini skirt and sandals are her choice of apparel as she ambles among the crowd. Beside her is a blue alien-like creature with black eyes and long ears. \n“It’s quite crowded today, Stitch,” says the woman. “Who would’ve thought there’d be hundreds of tourists attending.”\n“Eh,” replies the blue alien to her. “Lots of people. Lilo right.” \n“Let’s stick together. Easy to get lost in this crowd.” The two friends stay close to each other as they head down the street full of pedestrians, passing a group of kids as they play around a gushing fountain made from a fire hydrant. The water streams down the side of the road and into a grate, touching a little blue ball inscribed with the number “630” on it. The sphere glows bright yellow and expands a couple of inches before flashing streaks of light and resonating a small explosion, disrupting the children at play, as well as the woman and her blue companion. In the ball’s place lies a creature, revealing to be an alien. The alien is much like the blue one, but in shades of grey with small antennae sticking out from its head and a tuft of hair in the center. A blue bandana around its neck and a long, lizard-like tail are the final features distinguishing it from the other. \nThe grey alien’s black eyes open halfway, rolling its head slightly before putting a paw on top of it. “Oh, my head,” it says in a deep voice, revealing the gender to be male. He rolls himself onto his belly and proceeds to stand, keeping his paw on his head. “What happened…?” As he brings his head up, he notices the kids staring at him, including the girl with the blue creature. “Where am I?” There is no answer from anyone. “What’s going on here? Why are you guys looking at me like that?” He takes his paw away from his head and gasps upon noticing it. “What?” Looking at the store behind the children, he sees his reflection in the glass window and scurries over for a better look. His eyes widen at the sight of his appearance. “W-what?! H-how can this be?!”\n“Stitch,” Lilo begins. “Is that… another one of those experiments?”\n“Looks like Stitch,” Stitch says.\n“How can that be? I thought we caught them all. It’s impossible…” \nThe grey alien sees Stitch approach him. “Uh… H-hello…” The blue creature doesn’t respond and instead continues toward him. “W-what are you doing…?” The grey one holds up his arm, showing the palm of his paw to Stitch. “D-don’t come any closer… Ple-” A powerful force produces from his palm and pushes the blue alien away into the building across the street, crashing through the glass window. The sudden move causes shock among the crowd, especially to the grey alien. “What the?! How did that happen?” Stitch emerges from the opening of the shattered window with a growl. “Uh oh…” The other creature backs away a couple of feet before turning around and taking off into the alleyway. The blue experiment chases after him, as well as the woman. Crossing roads and weaving through buildings, the blue alien finds that the experiment has disappeared into the trees. As the girl catches up to the blue alien, they split off and enter the green zone.\nThe grey alien runs through the foliage, dodging trees and fauna. He looks back, making sure the blue creature is not still on his tail. Seeing no trace of anything blue, he turns his attention back to the path he travels ahead, but he’s immediately stopped before knowing what lies ahead: His body slams into something hard on impact, yet soft to the touch, tackling it to the ground and having it pinned underneath him. He grunts and struggles to pick up his head, holding it with his paw as he looks to see what he’s run into. His eyes widen at the sight of another creature, very similar to him and the blue one chasing him in form, but differs in color. The alien he has pinned is colored in white with black spots and black belly, showing a dalmatian look, as well as the right eye having a black circle around it. The build of the body is a bit slimmer with eyelashes streaming from the eyes, suggesting a female gender. Tuft of hair on top of the head and a red bandana distinguishes appearance between the two aliens. The grey alien pushes himself off her quickly, landing on his seat, before backing up into a tree while the white alien stands. “N-no!” The grey one shakes with fear. “D-don’t hurt me…”\nThe dalmatian creature looks at him. “Oi,” she says. Her tone and accent suggest she is British. “Ya should really watch where you’re going. No worries, though. I forgive ya.” She dusts herself off and then pauses to see the grey creature. “Whoa…” She goes up to him and examines him. “You are the most interesting experiment I’ve ever seen… A new one, I shall add. In fact, you look just like me, but grey. What’s that matter with ya? You all right?”\nThe grey alien lowers his arm. “Y-you’re not going to attack me?”\n“Why on Earth would I do that? I don’t mean any harm to ya. Come.” She extends her arm and offers her paw to him. “Up with you now.” The grey alien stares at her paw, then back up to her. “Well, come on. I’m not going to hurt you, now.” With no other choice, he grabs her paw and pulls himself up. “You’re quite an interesting experiment.” \n“Experiment? What do you mean by experiment?” The dalmatian alien begins to answer him, but before she says anything, they are interrupted by the blue alien pinning the grey one to the ground. He is able to push the blue creature off him and back away a couple of feet. “Stitch?!” exclaims the black and white alien. “Oh my gosh!” She hugs the blue one with joy. “It’s so good to see you! Why are you here?!”\nStitch quickly gets in front of her. “Oreo, stay away!” He then points to the grey alien. “Dangerous!” \n“What?” Oreo glances at the grey alien. “He doesn’t look dangerous to me.”\n“Has incredible power!” Stitch counters. “Pushed Stitch into store!”\n“It wasn’t on intention, I swear…” The grey alien holds his paws up to him as a sign of ease. Stitch growls at him, getting ready for his next strike. “I don’t mean any harm. I really don’t know how I-” A projectile flies past Stitch and Oreo and hits the grey alien. Electricity surges all around his body for a few seconds before falling onto his knees, then flat on his stomach. His eyes remain open, but halfway as he feels as if all the energy left his body. Stitch and Oreo turn to where the blast had originated from, pinpointing it to the girl, who has a blaster in her grasp.\n“Lilo,” Oreo utters. “What the bloody hell’s going on?!”\n“Keep your distance, Oreo,” Lilo tells her. “This experiment caused some trouble at the festival.” She approaches the downed alien as he still lies, motionless in his resting spot. “We need to take him back to Jumba and figure out what he is. Do you know anything about this experiment?”\n“Not really,” Oreo says. “We just talked a little bit.”\n“Oreo must be careful,” adds Stitch. “Unsure of experiment.” These are the last of the conversation the grey alien hears before his eyes close, dragging him into a dark void of unconsciousness. \n\n*** \n\nThe grey creature’s eyelids are light enough to open again, but his reaction is slow, causing his eyes to stay halfway open for a few seconds before they become fully opened. As his senses return and he comes to, he finds himself surrounded by glass all around. He looks around frantically, feeling the glass to realize he is trapped in a rounded tube-like cylinder, resting on a stand against the top of a desk. His breathing and heartrate increase in speed. The grey alien lets out a gasp and backs up to the glass behind him when a large, round head with a set of four eyes appear in his view. He makes out the creature before him as large and obese with pale pink skin. The larger alien examines him, forcing the grey one to remain still, paralyzed with fear.\n“Hm,” begins the plump hippo-like alien. “Well, looks like our specimen’s awake now. Where did you find this one again?” He turns to the girl behind him with the blue alien. \n“Out in the forest,” says Lilo. “I would be careful, Jumba. He’s a dangerous one.”\n“I’m always careful,” Jumba tells her. “Shouldn’t be long before data gives us information.” The grey alien pounds on the glass, searching around for a way out in panic. Stitch growls and stands at the ready. “No need to fret. He won’t escape.”\n“Who wants cookies?” Another alien appears. This one is much different than the plump one. From the build of the body and male tone, its gender is revealed. He is a rather slender-looking alien, lime-green in color with one eye while wearing a long muumuu covering his entire body. He holds a tray out. “I just pulled them out of the-” He pauses, noticing everyone. “Jumba, I thought Nani told you not to toy around with experiments anymore.”\nLilo defends Jumba. “We’re just finding out what this one is. He appeared at the festival and started causing havoc.” \n“Eh,” Stitch adds. “Experiment unknown. Looks like Stitch.”\n“You know, you’re not the only one with a defined style,” Lilo says. “Your design is popular. Angel and Oreo are very similar to you.” She looks at the grey experiment panicking in the glass. “It’s still a bit odd. This is an experiment I’ve never seen before. Why haven’t we seen this one in your archives, Jumba?”\n“Because new experiment was not created here, nor is full alien,” Jumba replies. He steps aside from his computer, showing the data encrypted on it as he reads along. “Experiment 630 or “Zach”. Contains a high concentration of Experiment 626’s DNA as well as designed within the 600 series, but also has DNA like Earth girl’s within. 630 is not full alien experiment.”\nLilo’s face turns to surprise. “You mean that experiment’s a person?”\nJumba nods. “Data shows that Experiment 630, or Zach, is newly-registered experiment with telekinetic powers. Not much else is known about him.” As he explains, Zach continues to pound on the glass surface, calling to get out. “Quite fascinating. I have not seen a human-turned experiment before. Is quite-”\n“Are you serious right now?!” cries a feminine voice. Everyone turns and notices another woman, very similar to Lilo, walks in. “Are you all loco?!”\n“Oh,” Pleakley utters. “Hello, Nani… You’re back from work early…”\n“You captured a human being?!” \n“He was human,” Jumba tells her. “He is now experiment.” Zach still struggles within the confines of his prison. Soon, he stops. His body trembles violently with his eyes leaking of tears. “Strange… Never saw any experiment do that before…”\n“Is he trying to use his powers or something?” Lilo asks.\n“Let him out right now!” Nani orders. “Can’t you see the kid’s scared?!” She walks over and opens the pod, releasing the grey alien from his glass cell. Zach lands on his knees against the surface of the table, but is unable to move with his body shuddering from being confined. He feels the woman’s hand stroke his back, slowly easing his nerves. “Easy now…” Zach pants heavily still while on his paws. With the stroke of Nani’s hand, his breathing and heartrate decrease significantly. “I’m so sorry for everything you went through… You okay?” \nZach utters an answer. “I… I don’t know… I don’t know what’s going on or why this is happening… I just… want to go home…” \nNani glares at her family with a mean look before turning back to the experiment. “It’s okay.” She picks him up and places him on the floor. “You’re free to go.” \n“Thank you very kindly, Ma’am…” Zach wanders away. As Nani opens the door, sunlight hits the grey experiment’s face before stepping out into the open air. \n“Listen,” Nani utters, stopping him. “I’m sorry for what my family has done. They’re kind of shocked about you. If you want, you can return once I’m done with these locos.” She gives her family the mean stare again, causing them to turn away with shame. Nani turns back to Zach. “We can talk things like civilized people.”\n“I… I’d like that… I just want to… be alone for a few…”\n“I don’t blame you. After what you’ve been through, I’d be uneasy if I were you, too. When you’re ready to come back, we will go at it very softly. Good day.” She closes the door. Zach can hear her on the other side. “Now, you guys better explain everything!” Zach walks down the steps to where his feet touch the dirt. The grey alien looks at his paws, studying them to figure out what he’s become.\n“You okay, Kid?” calls a voice. Zach turns to the source and traces it to be the dalmatian alien emerging from the shrubs. He startles slightly. “Easy, Lad… I heard what happened. Don’t take Lilo, Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley the wrong way. They’re just surprised to see a new experiment they don’t know.” She holds her paw out to him. “I’m Oreo, by the way.”\nZach looks at her paw, then back up at her. “I… I really don’t want to shake hands right now…”\n“I get you.” She lowers her paw. “Still a bit uneasy from everything going on. What’s your name?”\n“Z-Zach,” says the grey alien. “My name is Zach…”\n“Zach?” repeats the dalmatian creature. “Such an interesting name. Hey, why don’t you come with me? I’ll show you around.”\n“I… I don’t know… I just…”\n“Come on, Laddie. It’ll be all right. You can trust me.” She smiles at him. “You can tell me about anything you’d like. I love making friends.” \nZach sighs. “Well, I suppose… Considering I’m not sure what to do now…”\n“Let’s get going, then.” Oreo leads the way, walking away from the house. Zach follows her. \n\n","writing_bbcode_parsed":"The residents of Kokaua town bustle all over the streets as people walk into the stores and emerge with food, clothing, and accessories. “Jumba, I thought Nani told you not to toy around with experiments anymore.”
Lilo defends Jumba. “We’re just finding out what this one is. He appeared at the festival and started causing havoc.”
“Eh,” Stitch adds. “Experiment unknown. Looks like Stitch.”
“You know, you’re not the only one with a defined style,” Lilo says. “Your design is popular. Angel and Oreo are very similar to you.” She looks at the grey experiment panicking in the glass. “It’s still a bit odd. This is an experiment I’ve never seen before. Why haven’t we seen this one in your archives, Jumba?”
“Because new experiment was not created here, nor is full alien,” Jumba replies. He steps aside from his computer, showing the data encrypted on it as he reads along. “Experiment 630 or “Zach”. Contains a high concentration of Experiment 626’s DNA as well as designed within the 600 series, but also has DNA like Earth girl’s within. 630 is not full alien experiment.”
Lilo’s face turns to surprise. “You mean that experiment’s a person?”
Jumba nods. “Data shows that Experiment 630, or Zach, is newly-registered experiment with telekinetic powers. Not much else is known about him.” As he explains, Zach continues to pound on the glass surface, calling to get out. “Quite fascinating. I have not seen a human-turned experiment before. Is quite-”
“Are you serious right now?!” cries a feminine voice. Everyone turns and notices another woman, very similar to Lilo, walks in. “Are you all loco?!”
“Oh,” Pleakley utters. “Hello, Nani… You’re back from work early…”
“You captured a human being?!”
“He was human,” Jumba tells her. “He is now experiment.” Zach still struggles within the confines of his prison. Soon, he stops. His body trembles violently with his eyes leaking of tears. “Strange… Never saw any experiment do that before…”
“Is he trying to use his powers or something?” Lilo asks.
“Let him out right now!” Nani orders. “I’m so sorry for everything you went through… You okay?”
Zach utters an answer. “I… I don’t know… I don’t know what’s going on or why this is happening… I just… want to go home…”
Nani glares at her family with a mean look before turning back to the experiment. “It’s okay.” She picks him up and places him on the floor. “You’re free to go.”
“Thank you very kindly, Ma’am…” Zach wanders away. As Nani opens the door, sunlight hits the grey experiment’s face before stepping out into the open air.
“Listen,” Nani utters, stopping him. “I’m sorry for what my family has done. They’re kind of shocked about you. If you want, you can return once I’m done with these locos.” She gives her family the mean stare again, causing them to turn away with shame. Nani turns back to Zach. “We can talk things like civilized people.”
“I… I’d like that… I just want to… be alone for a few…”
“I don’t blame you. The grey alien looks at his paws, studying them to figure out what he’s become.
“You okay, Kid?” calls a voice. “I’m Oreo, by the way.”
Zach looks at her paw, then back up at her. “I… I really don’t want to shake hands right now…”
“I get you.” She lowers her paw. “Still a bit uneasy from everything going on. What’s your name?”
“Z-Zach,” says the grey alien. “My name is Zach…”
“Zach?” repeats the dalmatian creature. “Such an interesting name. Hey, why don’t you come with me? I’ll show you around.”
“I… I don’t know… I just…”
“Come on, Laddie. It’ll be all right. You can trust me.” She smiles at him. “You can tell me about anything you’d like. I love making friends.”
Zach sighs. “Well, I suppose… Considering I’m not sure what to do now…”
“Let’s get going, then.” Oreo leads the way, walking away from the house. Zach follows her.

","pools_count":0,"title":"EXP 630 Episode 1: Appearing Alien","deleted":"f","public":"t","mimetype":"image/png","pagecount":"1","rating_id":"0","rating_name":"General","ratings":[],"submission_type_id":"12","type_name":"Writing - Document","guest_block":"f","friends_only":"f","comments_count":"0","views":"83","sales_description":null,"forsale":"f","digitalsales":"f","printsales":"f","digital_price":""}
