Normally I don't post memes like this on either of my accounts. However, given what I am typically commissioned to write, and the fact that I currently have an open contest where pandering to my interests is more likely to get you a winning spot

Desperation/Omorashi - Despite showing up very commonly in commissioned stories, I'm not into it in and of itself, though it doesn't bother me either. I like it most as a means to an end: a character's desperation causes them to look for an alternative. And, when they finally get their relief, it's more intense than it otherwise would be; typically I'm more into desperation-relief than the desperation itself. Still, it does have some appeal insofar as it's obviously very watersports-focused and typically results in a big mess and a lot of pee at the end in some way or another. Plus it can serve as a sort of foreplay, especially with dialogue, as it 'builds up' over time more and more towards the finish. So, tl;dr, "character is desperate" by itself has little to no appeal to me, but when mixed with other stuff it can really add to a scene.
Wetting clothing - I'm not into wetting in general, so by extension I'm neutral on this too. I did do it in

Bedwetting - Similarly, I'm not really into this either (or other forms of incontinence). Plus it's generally associated with really young/immature characters which is a further turnoff. Doing it voluntarily, from a kinky dream, or from trying to hold it overnight could be good, though.
Accidents - Again, despite how often I'm commissioned to write this, it's not a personal interest. It's more of a logical extension of some desperation/omorashi scenarios; if a character can't find somewhere to go or refuses to take an alternative, this is the inevitable result. I can write it but it doesn't appeal directly.
Peeing on others - Now we're into the stuff I really like. Assuming it's consensual, of course, this is a lot of fun. There's aspects of trust, of sharing warmth, intimacy and vulnerability, and mutual enjoyment going on. It makes for a good show and can be done before or after other kinky activities. Being naked vs. wearing clothes doesn't make much difference to me though, it just changes how the scene is described.
Being peed on - Same as the previous one really, I'm generally a switch with a few exceptions.
Drinking pee - Similar to the previous two. A little more 'extreme' to most people, understandably. I don't like to focus on the negative aspects of the taste, so I typically don't describe strong bitter flavors, for instance. Instead I'm (again) focusing on stuff like the trust, warmth, and intimacy angles. Salty tastes and the like are fine if they aren't overly unpleasant. Stay hydrated, folks.
Peeing outside - This covers a lot of ground since 'outside' could be on a tree, or it could be the side of a building. But anything away from a toilet is typically good.
Peeing inside - Same, really. Taboo-breaking is just fun in general. Indoors often offers a lot more variety to props and locations, especially in empty or abandoned locations.
Public peeing/exhibitionism - On the subject of taboo-breaking, any kind of normalization of the kink is pretty great. Whether it's just a character with no fucks to give, or a setting where it's perfectly accepted to piss in public, or somewhere in between, this is always fantastic. As long as the audience is appreciative. I did this in

Peeing discreetly - Also good for different reasons. Can tie into desperation (having to take a risk to get relief), or just more grounded naughtiness (it's NOT acceptable to just piss in public so you need to be sneaky). It can lead to some really creative setups, poses, and prop usage.
Peeing in water - Not bad, it has some nice elements to it, and I've done it a couple times, like a couple of instances in

Mess - I'm not generally into messiness for its own sake, but depending on context, creating a mess can be fun. Especially as part of a revenge setup, which I have a specific general-purpose fondness for. This one seems relatively universal as people often want me to describe puddles, stains, or other visual parts of the aftermath of a piss scene, as well as touches like bubbles or foam or other visual indicators (even in text).
Destruction/Vandalism - Some of my commissioners absolutely love this, but my interest in it is a little more moderate. In the right context it can be great, but I'm rarely into destruction just for its own sake. With a revenge plot it becomes an A++ top-tier subkink. With consent it's good, and when destroying something of little value (something that's going to be thrown out anyway, for instance) it's purely for fun. But simply going around wrecking stuff for the hell of it isn't really up my alley.
Diapers - This one's a hard no, as opposed to "I'm not into it but I'll write it". It has too many negative connotations: incontinence, immaturity, filthiness, etc. There's not really any way to make this one appeal to me and there's no situation I know of in which I'd be OK writing it, so it's a straight No.
Puppy pads - Similar to diapers but since it doesn't make the user messy and it doesn't necessarily have to be part of a 'training' setup (could just be people putting them down to keep the floor dry) it's neutral. No real inherent appeal to me, though.
Catheters - I'm generally squeamish about medical stuff, and this really has no appeal to me, especially for legitimate medical uses. For some sort of kinky setup though involving something more fun I could do it, however.
Bathroom control - Probably a 'no' in most cases since it likely involves loss-of-agency (a massive turnoff for me) or an immature character, but if it's done with consenting adults for fun in some way it might work. Not really something I like inherently, though.
Humiliation - A very hard No for several reasons including past personal trauma. Things that are kind of close to it, like a character wetting themselves and feeling shame, I can deal with. But when other characters are actively trying to humiliate someone else, that crosses the line and becomes a hard turnoff (unless it's the setup to a revenge plot, but then that means the humiliation isn't the actual kink focus any more, so it's still rated as a No).
Casual - Similar to exhibitionism, this is a top-tier thing for me and is very flexible. It can have the taboo-breaking element, but since it's no longer public it could just be characters in some private space indulging in some shared kink, which is fantastic for other reasons. Again, it can lean into trust and intimacy elements that appeal to me a lot. It can also just be sexy in its own way for being indulgent, as the characters revel in the casualness. If it's a private space it can be shown as a form of escapism, allowing the characters to relax and unwind in a kinky way. If an entire setting is casual about it, then we get into my worldbuilding kink, and that's a whole other can of worms.
Toilets - This one must have something else going on to make it interesting. A character just using a toilet is, by itself, the 'singular unbuttered slice of toast' of watersports. It's boring, really. But you can throw in other stuff to make it more interesting, like the extra context of an unmuted microphone in

Special Mention: Internal Watersports - Full jar, similar to piss drinking and for similar reasons. It can go deep into intimacy and trust angles, as well as the feeling of warmth. It also deserves a special mention because while I really dislike vaginal sex, vaginal internal watersports is excellent (since one of my biggest turnoffs is impregnation, and not only are you not going to get pregnant from piss, the acidity of it would actually kill any sperm present; that said I wouldn't treat it as a reliable form of birth control outside of furry porn).
