He and Jess were nearing the end of their vacation. Having spent a few good days on the beach side town. Quickly realizing it more that the city itself was filled with Hippos. Is that really so much to ask?” He questions Jess grumbling something under her breath letting rip a short PLLRRBBBT before looking back to James.\n\n\n“But we’ve chosen dinner for you every single night! Can’t we just do something fun for once instead of this boring crap again?” She asks, shaking her head as her tail slowly starts to sway back and forth. The log not seeming to end as it just keeps pushing more and more out. Practically creating a divide between the couple. “But we’ve chosen dinner for you every single night! When we can agree on something together, then we can go ahead and head there. “Maybe a bit, yeah. We’re looking for somewhere to go for our last night.” James explains rubbing the back of his head. “Problem is we can’t find anything that we really agree on. It’s just we’ve done a lot of the same stuff over the past few days so we’re looking for something new to do.” He toys a bit with his hand, trying to make his point known. The man chuckles slightly, holding out the slip of paper in his hands once more. James looks down and takes it, quickly realizing it was a flyer. Looking it over it appeared to be home made. Nothing all too special but having an interesting ad on it. “Big Hippo party bash tonight!” He read aloud before looking up towards the man, raising his brow. “Is this an invite?”


The man chuckles once more and nods, leaning back slightly, wedding his fat ass against a pole behind him. Relaxing a good bit as a small huff. “Well you two are Hippos after all~ I’ve always noticed that a lot of us seem to come around here during this time of the year.” He explains with a small wave of his hand. “So I decided since I know a lot of us will probably start heading back soon I might as well invite some people to a party~” He explains with a short wave of his hand and smirk. “So what do you say, think I’d see you all there?” The man asks, leaning in a bit, allowing the couple to get a good whiff of his stink. “Well.. I don’t really see anything else that we’d both enjoy around here. So I think it’d be fair to go and check out this party~” He replies with a small chuckle and nods to his mate. “Oh yeah of course, I do this whenever I can.” The owner explains. “It’s nothing too huge. Just a little get together for fellow hippos and the like, you know?” He explains.


“Hmm well I’m sure you’ll see us around. Right James?” Jess asks looking back over to James who nods. “Have a goodnight!” They both say in unison before turning and making their way back.
