  "description": "When I was a child of only three,\n\nThe rotted man came for me.\n\nLate one night,from my open door,\n\nHe slowly crept across the floor.\n\nHe took me by the hand and said,\n\n\"I'll save you from this life of dread.\"\n\nWe left the house in the early morn',\n\nAnd took his carriage of black and thorn.\n\nWe rode for hours, through thick dense fog,\n\nTo a darkened,unlit swamp filled bog.\n\nWhere topless trees with hanging moss,\n\nWere shields from the unseen winter frost.\n\nThe thick wet heat from the dense cool air\n\nCrept up your back and through your hair.\n\nHe took me to his house of bones,\n\nOn a path laid with cobblestones.\n\nUpon his door hung a head,\n\nOf a child with hair of fiery red.\n\nHis hall was bathed with blood red tile,\n\nThe walls were stacks of flesh in piles.\n\nHe told he of his protective few,\n\nAnd begged that I should join him too.\n\nHe smiled and through his rotted lips\n\nI saw a thousand children's fingertips.\n\nHe promised me the world would pay\n\nAnd told me that I could stay.\n\nThen we entered a smaller room,\n\nAnd the rotted man gave me a red balloon.\n\nThen I saw my mom through a tinted glass.\n\nThe man with her was talking fast.\n\nThe tears were pouring from her eyes,\n\nThe man then held her while she cried.\n\nThen the rotted man did the strangest thing,\n\nHe sat down with me and began to sing.\n\nA soft nice tune that filled my head,\n\n with puppy Dogs and fresh baked bread.\n\nIt was then I noticed that the rotted man,\n\nWas simply old and had a tan.\n\nAnd then my mom burst in the room,\n\nThe feel of warmth, her sweet perfume.\n\nShe hugged me tight and swore to me,\n\nFrom here on out, dad would let us be.\n\nNo more bruises,no more fights,\n\nNo more screaming in the night.\n\nThe rotted man had saved our lives,\n\nBy taking those who beat their wives.\n\nThe children that cry when they're dropped,\n\nAnd are beaten senseless until they stop.\n\nI thank the rotted man a lot.\n\nAnd never have I forgot,\n\nThat the thing I fear, saved my life.\n\nThey had found my father with a knife.\n\nThere are real horrors on this earth\n\nSome are subjected to them at birth.\n\nwe were saved by the man of rot,\n\nI was lucky but many are not.\n\nBut this is how I dreamt my life.\n\nWhen my father came with the kitchen knife\n\nI thought that I would be set free\n\nA lonely child he would leave be\n\nI thought a man could save me too\n\nTake me away all black and blue\n\nBut life is not a happy end\n\nAnd As an Infant without a friend\n\nMy father crushed my tiny lungs\n\nTo me his words he spoke in tongues\n\nFor I had no sin to give\n\nJust an Infant to young to live\n\nAnd when I died my final thoughts \n\nWas I wish I was saved \n\nBy a man of Rot ",
