"writing": "NAME: July Celeste White\nSTATUS: ACTIVE\nDATE OF BIRTH: 10 September, 2170\nPLACE OF BIRTH: New Haven (15 District, Section 105)\nKNOWN RELATIVES; Sky White (Deceased), August Eulisis White\n\nSEX: Female\nHEIGHT: 5.2 ft (158.4 cm)\nWEIGHT: 157 lbs (71.2 kg)\nCOAT: Black\nEYES: Blue\nSPECIES: Felidae\nBUILD: Petite\nOCCUPATION: Mercenary\n\n\nJuly Celeste White was somewhat espoused by Three Blades Company at the age of 7 (accompanied by her brother, August Eulisis White), proxy to casualty, initially considered to be a set-back. First response from Company Alphas was naturally to dispose of the children by whatever means was deemed appropriate through council decision. \nPreliminary decisions were to simply contact known associates of Three Blades to move the children, integrating the pair back into society by means of services that handle matters involving orphaned children, though process couldn't be immediate due to the nature of their acquisition - the assassination of their father, a contract carried out by Iron Hide Squad, Three Blades Company. \n\nUpon their induction, at the behest of Alpha, the two were sent in for a full physical and psychological workup, initial and ongoing interviews, aptitude and IQ testing, followed by ongoing observation before final assessment. \nGiven the quoted 6 to 8 month deferment time of reintegration, as well as the uncommon nature of having children bivouacking within company walls, observation was understandably concentrated on the subject. \n\n-----------------------------------------------------\nINITIAL INTERVIEW NOTES: (Doctor Elizabeth Bressler) Begin; \"Subject, July Celeste White. July has exhibited uncommon contentment with her current surroundings, which is unexpected to say the least. She's bright, playful, inquisitive and generally curious about every bit of bustle around the compound, noting the comings and goings of patrols and other personnel and has even seemed to memorize a handful of patrol rotations within the few days she's been on compound grounds. \nWhat's more unexpected... and if I'm honest, somewhat off-putting, is that when asked the extent of her knowledge of her father and the events leading up to her remotion, she not only had an uncanny grasp of the details, but seemed to display no distress - nor even concern over... ANY of it. She just seemed more interested in whatever was happening through the window of the office, climbing the back of the sofa to get a better look, ears perked, her tail excitedly twitching back and forth. \nI persisted on how she felt about her father's death. She barely turned from the window to respond, she said simply, earnestly, \"I think it was okay that he died.\".\nI just... I'm not sure what to make of any of this. She's either got something knocking around in her psyche, or she's the most well-adjusted child on the face of the planet.\"\n------------------------------------------------------\n\nThe full suite of initial tests indicated that she was otherwise a fully healthy female child, though in the following months, her curiosity and propensity (not to mention popularity with more than a handful of personnel) around the base would indicate that a closer look should be taken. \n\nRelocation deadline would run long 3 additional months, as moving them as a pair would take greater time than expected, not to consider dissimulation and credits to bribe appropriate channels if necessary.\nUpon learning of their pending move, July attested that both she and her brother would prefer to stay. Initially, this was rejected out of hand by intermediary echelon, though with the endorsement of certain higher psychologists and even two platoon commanders, they were convinced to take the case to Alpha Council as a limited basis experiment, an investigative analysis of the effects of combat training on adolescents. \nEvery precaution, physical and mental were to be taken, no expenses spared, all research teams on deck. \n\nJuly and August were the youngest individuals to have been sat before the Alpha Council, and the youngest probationary initiates to be inducted to Three Blades Company.\n\nThey both excelled in ways no one could have anticipated, but they both maintained and branched off as their personalities dictated. \n\nJuly began training at the age of 10, transcending all expectations mentally, and meeting all requirements as demanded by the rigorous training regiments set before her. \nShe maintained a single-minded and tenacious pursuit of the goals set before her, never once boasting or behaving as though she was in competition with anyone or herself. She simply set out and accomplished. \n\nBy age 11 she was enrolled in weapons maintenance and specialization courses, an intense suite of tactical and hand to hand combat as well as stealth operations to name a few, by age 12 she could disassemble, repair and reassemble any firearm presented to her, heavy or light, regardless of mechanical or electronic intricacy. \nBy age 13 she had developed her first functional prototype from scratch - the ACv12 Ionized Particle Cannon, she playfully dubbed \"Party Pooper\". It was, according to her, designed to poop on parties.\n\nIt was during this time, unbeknownst to her handlers or high ranking officials, that she had designed and prototyped extensive body augmentations - and underwent elective surgery in order to have them installed without authorization. \n\n---------------------------------------------\nMODIFICATION ANALYSIS; \nFull cybernetic augmentation and replacement of entire left arm, clavicle, scapula (corocoid and acromion), entire left rib cage, vertebrae (c1 - c7). \nFull replacement material including micro servomechanisms - high torque, multi-stage micro hydraulic tubes, synchronous mechanical motors, base plates, high tensile surgical steel and surgical titanium fittings and fasteners. \nStandard grade electrical conduit and accompanying wiring.\nimplanted nanochips applied to M1 Primary Motor Cortex.\n----------------------------------------------\n\nSubsequent to this debacle, July was brought up for review and reprimand, as well as further psychological testing, apart from scheduled testing. \nWhen asked why she would undergo an unnecessary procedure of this magnitude, she simply retorted that she would need it. When asked to elaborate, she testified that the recoil of her rifle would prove too much for anyone to handle without such augmentations - citing figures that the impact from the back blast would come close to shattering bone and sunder connective tissue and muscle of fully grown adults, and reiterated that it was absolutely necessary for \"optimal performance of both the weapon and the wielder\". \nREPRIMAND NOTE - One month probationary action taken, Mandatory once-a-week psychological and twice-a-week physical check-ins during probation, and continuing once a week physical check-ins during rehabilitation. Suspension of action seemed more than adequate punishment, as she was found to be livid and restless for the duration. \n\nUpon her return to base duty, she was kept under strict surveillance, though with no signs of further infraction. \nFurthermore, nearing the end of her rehabilitation, her strength and agility had increased, according to her own calculations; \"By a margin of almost 30%.\".\n\nBy late in her 14th year, July was given standard evaluations and granted access to preliminary, probationary active duty and allowed to accept certain missions with sign-off of her handlers, accompanied by sign-off from ranking class B or higher psychologist and physicians. \n\nBy age 15, she has completed 6 field missions - blackout assassinations with only minimal backlash on one such mission wherein she was beset by private security. Opposing forces were dispatched, but not before the target was alerted. Upon her debriefing, she would go on record to state that without a clear line of sight and the target on the move, her only recourse was to \"Pump the Pooper up to 11.\", which was then used to dismantle the north facing side of the high-rise. \nMission was still classified as successful.\n\nFurther testing and psychological analysis has discovered that July may exhibit certain traits relating to anti-social personality disorder, as well as one or two traits of socio/psychopathic tendencies, namely lack of empathy, grief and guilt, and mild impulsive tendencies. Aptitude tests indicate that her IQ scores 132, well above average, bordering on genius levels. \nHer personality remains curious, somewhat adventure-seeking and impish, seeming to become very involved in her missions, which she carries out with excitement and almost playful joy, having been noted to toy with her targets to a degree before the contract is carried out.\nWhen pressed on her opinions of her work, she attests that she enjoys it, further going on to state that she simply enjoys the work, enjoys killing, that everyone dies, sometimes violently and that one day, she may too.\nWhen asked how she feels about the families of her victims, she simply shrugged and postulated that \"If someone wants you dead, then you did something to make them want you dead. You painted the target yourself. If they didn't think of their families, then why should I? Seems selfish to me.\".\n\n----------------------------------------------------\nHANDLER RECORD: (Staff Sergeant Jaimen Osborne, Trident company) BEGIN: July... Well the whole thing's a bit peculiar if you ask me. And you did. I mean, think about it - You've got this massive entity, right? This Company, mercs, soldiers of fortune... killers! Cold blooded, methodical, shoot first and never ask questions. Then one day, boom, you get these kids. Kids? In the middle of all this? When they dumped them here, it was a write-off. Wave goodbye, they'll be gone in a few months. Then the orders come down that we're supposed to start... what? TRAINING them? Me and Orwitz scratched our heads over this for... (exasperated sigh) It doesn't matter. \nYou asked me what I think of the kid? Honestly I couldn't ask for a better soldier. And that's what she is, right? We trained her, hell, we're here figuring out if she's mission ready. \nPersonally, I've seen that she enjoys all this as much as a 20 year vet, Kid practically pisses every time we get a field shipment in - It's weird, right? Should be playing dolly, but she'd rather hand out mags or fiddle with an oscillating gauss to see if she can improve the design? (chuckling) And don't get me started on that fiasco couple years back. That's balls. You don't just teach that.\nAside from learning, she doesn't really ask questions. It's all 'yes sir, no sir', you can't ask for more compliance. Whether that's just innate with her, or whether it's a result of training is beyond me. I just do what I'm told. \nAll that besides, everyone's taken a liking to her, needless to say. Too many treat her as an equal instead of this... experiment. They've seen what she can do, yeah, and the rumor mill and stories make their way all over this compound. To be honest, she's one of us, it wasn't always like that but... It is what it is.\n\nWhat I will say is this; My job is to make sure this rig runs like an oiled clock, please and thank you very much, and that kid is the least of my concern. She's got more discipline than half these grunts around here. I couldn't ask for a better soldier, or a more capable combatant. No one even wants to be in the sparring ring with her, you bet your ass no one wants to be her quarry. \n\nYou have my sign off on this, I'll put my name wherever you want it. \n----------------------------------------------------\n\nEND DOSSIER.",

Initially, this was rejected out of hand by intermediary echelon, though with the endorsement of certain higher psychologists and even two platoon commanders, they were convinced to take the case to Alpha Council as a limited basis experiment, an investigative analysis of the effects of combat training on adolescents. <br />Every precaution, physical and mental were to be taken, no expenses spared, all research teams on deck. <br /><br />July and August were the youngest individuals to have been sat before the Alpha Council, and the youngest probationary initiates to be inducted to Three Blades Company.<br /><br />They both excelled in ways no one could have anticipated, but they both maintained and branched off as their personalities dictated. <br /><br />July began training at the age of 10, transcending all expectations mentally, and meeting all requirements as demanded by the rigorous training regiments set before her. <br />She maintained a single-minded and tenacious pursuit of the goals set before her, never once boasting or behaving as though she was in competition with anyone or herself. She simply set out and accomplished. <br /><br />By age 11 she was enrolled in weapons maintenance and specialization courses, an intense suite of tactical and hand to hand combat as well as stealth operations to name a few, by age 12 she could disassemble, repair and reassemble any firearm presented to her, heavy or light, regardless of mechanical or electronic intricacy. <br />By age 13 she had developed her first functional prototype from scratch - the ACv12 Ionized Particle Cannon, she playfully dubbed &quot;Party Pooper&quot;. It was, according to her, designed to poop on parties.<br /><br />It was during this time, unbeknownst to her handlers or high ranking officials, that she had designed and prototyped extensive body augmentations - and underwent elective surgery in order to have them installed without authorization. <br /><br />---------------------------------------------<br />MODIFICATION ANALYSIS; <br />Full cybernetic augmentation and replacement of entire left arm, clavicle, scapula (corocoid and acromion), entire left rib cage, vertebrae (c1 - c7). <br />Full replacement material including micro servomechanisms - high torque, multi-stage micro hydraulic tubes, synchronous mechanical motors, base plates, high tensile surgical steel and surgical titanium fittings and fasteners. <br />Standard grade electrical conduit and accompanying wiring.<br />implanted nanochips applied to M1 Primary Motor Cortex.<br />----------------------------------------------<br /><br />Subsequent to this debacle, July was brought up for review and reprimand, as well as further psychological testing, apart from scheduled testing. <br />When asked why she would undergo an unnecessary procedure of this magnitude, she simply retorted that she would need it. When asked to elaborate, she testified that the recoil of her rifle would prove too much for anyone to handle without such augmentations - citing figures that the impact from the back blast would come close to shattering bone and sunder connective tissue and muscle of fully grown adults, and reiterated that it was absolutely necessary for &quot;optimal performance of both the weapon and the wielder&quot;. <br />REPRIMAND NOTE - One month probationary action taken, Mandatory once-a-week psychological and twice-a-week physical check-ins during probation, and continuing once a week physical check-ins during rehabilitation. Suspension of action seemed more than adequate punishment, as she was found to be livid and restless for the duration. <br /><br />Upon her return to base duty, she was kept under strict surveillance, though with no signs of further infraction. <br />Furthermore, nearing the end of her rehabilitation, her strength and agility had increased, according to her own calculations; &quot;By a margin of almost 30%.&quot;.<br /><br />By late in her 14th year, July was given standard evaluations and granted access to preliminary, probationary active duty and allowed to accept certain missions with sign-off of her handlers, accompanied by sign-off from ranking class B or higher psychologist and physicians. <br /><br />By age 15, she has completed 6 field missions - blackout assassinations with only minimal backlash on one such mission wherein she was beset by private security. Opposing forces were dispatched, but not before the target was alerted. Upon her debriefing, she would go on record to state that without a clear line of sight and the target on the move, her only recourse was to &quot;Pump the Pooper up to 11.&quot;, which was then used to dismantle the north facing side of the high-rise. <br />Mission was still classified as successful.<br /><br />Further testing and psychological analysis has discovered that July may exhibit certain traits relating to anti-social personality disorder, as well as one or two traits of socio/psychopathic tendencies, namely lack of empathy, grief and guilt, and mild impulsive tendencies. Aptitude tests indicate that her IQ scores 132, well above average, bordering on genius levels. <br />Her personality remains curious, somewhat adventure-seeking and impish, seeming to become very involved in her missions, which she carries out with excitement and almost playful joy, having been noted to toy with her targets to a degree before the contract is carried out.<br />When pressed on her opinions of her work, she attests that she enjoys it, further going on to state that she simply enjoys the work, enjoys killing, that everyone dies, sometimes violently and that one day, she may too.<br />When asked how she feels about the families of her victims, she simply shrugged and postulated that &quot; If someone wants you dead, then you did something to make them want you dead. You painted the target yourself. If they didn&#039;t think of their families, then why should I? Seems selfish to me.&quot;.<br /><br />----------------------------------------------------<br />HANDLER RECORD: (Staff Sergeant Jaimen Osborne, Trident company) BEGIN: July... Well the whole thing&#039;s a bit peculiar if you ask me. And you did. I mean, think about it - You&#039;ve got this massive entity, right? This Company, mercs, soldiers of fortune... killers! Cold blooded, methodical, shoot first and never ask questions. Then one day, boom, you get these kids. Kids? In the middle of all this? When they dumped them here, it was a write-off. Wave goodbye, they&#039;ll be gone in a few months. Then the orders come down that we&#039;re supposed to start... what? TRAINING them? Me and Orwitz scratched our heads over this for... (exasperated sigh) It doesn&#039;t matter. <br />You asked me what I think of the kid? Honestly I couldn&#039;t ask for a better soldier. And that&#039;s what she is, right? We trained her, hell, we&#039;re here figuring out if she&#039;s mission ready. <br />Personally, I&#039;ve seen that she enjoys all this as much as a 20 year vet, Kid practically pisses every time we get a field shipment in - It&#039;s weird, right? Should be playing dolly, but she&#039;d rather hand out mags or fiddle with an oscillating gauss to see if she can improve the design? (chuckling) And don&#039;t get me started on that fiasco couple years back. That&#039;s balls. You don&#039;t just teach that.<br />Aside from learning, she doesn&#039;t really ask questions. It&#039;s all &#039;yes sir, no sir&#039;, you can&#039;t ask for more compliance. Whether that&#039;s just innate with her, or whether it&#039;s a result of training is beyond me. I just do what I&#039;m told. <br />All that besides, everyone&#039;s taken a liking to her, needless to say. Too many treat her as an equal instead of this... experiment. They&#039;ve seen what she can do, yeah, and the rumor mill and stories make their way all over this compound. To be honest, she&#039;s one of us, it wasn&#039;t always like that but... It is what it is.<br /><br />What I will say is this; My job is to make sure this rig runs like an oiled clock, please and thank you very much, and that kid is the least of my concern. She&#039;s got more discipline than half these grunts around here. I couldn&#039;t ask for a better soldier, or a more capable combatant. No one even wants to be in the sparring ring with her, you bet your ass no one wants to be her quarry. <br /><br />You have my sign off on this, I&#039;ll put my name wherever you want it. <br />----------------------------------------------------<br /><br />END DOSSIER.</span>",
