That last reason was another main reason Clover had not acquired any more Pokemon recently, even though she really wanted either a jigglypuff, or a clearly, or maybe even both. Still, at least her team had showed signs of gaining levels as she checked them all at the end of each day, with her team average being around thirteen. This meant only her determine had already completely transformed into a butterfree, which she adored too.
That meant soon after another week or so that maybe her bulbasaur would make it to an ivysaur. It was quite late in the evening though, and luckily for her the poke center had some discounted food for all of them. Well it was discounted from most shops, but because the centers themselves got it shipped in at a discount they could sell it for less and still make a profit. Based on her location she was heading away from any league certified locations, possibly from any actual civilization as well. Though Clover was giving out wonderful commands, unfortunately the level difference must have been too great. With the differences between the speed of her Pokemon versus the speed of the charizard, the rookie trainer was worried she got herself in a deep rut, that and the charizard was extremely strong. What was worse was after the initial scan from her pokedex it immediately confirmed her worries, as it showed up as a level fifty-seven, which was way above her average of thirteen. Try as she might, it was only about a minute before her rattata, butterfree, and bulbasaur had been pulverized quite rapidly.
Then even more unexpectedly, the charizard would simply sit on the small rabbit to restrain her movements. It was only moments later that the true horror began, as she watched the great fiery dragon start to flame roast her bulbasaur before quickly engulfing the now crispy pokemon. Unfortunately she could not confirm whether or not her little darling was still alive as the huge beast upon her slowly lapped at his charred face, then proceeded to swallow him completely. Of course that was not to be the end of her horrors, Clover watched unable to do anything beyond struggle in vain as the massive fire beast grabbed her beaten up rattata, then slowly placed it on its tongue.
