  "description": "This art was funded by my generous patrons.\n\nThis is Ruby, my newer fursona. It's tempting to say \"second\" fursona, and although that's not inaccurate, it's not doing her proper justice. She and Chocolate cater for different sides of my identity, with Ruby having been born out of the fact that I've been pretty relaxed about my gender identity for most of my life.\n\nThe main impetus for her creation came about from Chocolate's role and image in my work growing gradually more of a dominant character, when I strongly identify myself as more of a switch. I felt that putting him in too many situations where he was in a submissive position would compromise the image I'd built up for him, which led me to suppress a lot of artistic ideas where I would have taken the submissive role. I eventually realized I would be better suited having another character for this purpose.\n\nThis lingered in my mind for a good long time, until the final piece of the puzzle was brought to me literally as a gift. Tiffbun made me aware of a new ruby chocolate KitKat that had just come out, and sent some over to me to try. As a core idea, it fit perfectly with my existing identity, and soon afterwards this design just kind of fell out of my hand and onto the canvas when I [url=https://www.furaffinity.net/view/32854979/]first tried to draw her earlier last year.[/url]\n\nShe is also paired with Soul Chocolate, whose reference you can [url=https://inkbunny.net/s/2104224]find here[/url].
