Little monsters 6 Ouch, Bob thought, one of those little foxes nipped a nipple. It had been another couple weeks and the little kits had gotten quite a bit bigger. They were starting to get some of the standard red fox coloring. They of course now had their pup teeth, they were usually pretty good about not biting the nipples, keyword usually. They were just getting big enough to push Bob around when they nursed. Bob felt very awkward these days, those nipples had gotten pretty big. He wondered if he had actually had 8 kits would he even be able to walk? At least foxes didn't think anything about fox nipples. It was just him thinking weird thoughts about them. He was always trying to keep them clean since they always seemed to get dirty and he didn't want the kits eating dirt. Bob walked out from under the shed and the little kits followed him. They were starting to explore more and more outside. Bob was a bit nervous as he was afraid he might lose a kit. He realized they would eventually have to explore further and further away as they got older. For the time being he would have to collect any kits that wandered too far away. Felix had brought back a rabbit and set it down. Both of them watched as the little foxes attempted to rip chunks off. The kits were getting stronger each day and Bob couldn't wait until they figured out the bathroom stuff. He helped Felix break down the lagomorph into more manageable parts for the kits. The kits had rabbit blood on their snouts. Bob thought they were cute little monsters. Bob had noticed Felix's balls had been getting smaller now, so weird, he wondered why the hell he was noticing this kind of stuff. Was it maybe because it wasn't mating season? He pondered. He wasn't going to mention it, didn't want to embarrass Felix, not that he thought Felix could be embarrassed anyway. He was just worried about Felix's health. It started to rain pretty hard. They drug the remainder of the rabbit under the shed. Once they were all there Bob went back outside in the rain. Felix looked at Bob with a puzzled expression. Bob rolled around in the grass attempting to get as clean as possible. When he was satisfied he got as clean as possible he shook as hard as he could to get the excess water off. He heard a bit of thunder and decided enough screwing around. He squeezed back under the shed. Felix and the kits looked nervous. Bob guessed they must be afraid of the thunderstorm. They seemed to sense Bob's lack of concern and it seemed to relax them a bit. Bob knew they would be safe as long as there wasn't any tornadoes. The thunderstorm was short lived. After about maybe 15 minutes the rain had mostly stopped. Bob and Felix exited the underside of the shed with the kits following. Bob had been thinking of moving his family. It was getting too cramped under there with the kits getting bigger. It had been fine and cozy when the kits were newborn. He couldn't actually get inside the shed they had been living under as the door even had a padlock on it. Bob wondered what was inside the shed that was so valuable. Probably nothing valuable to a fox anyway. Bob had another shed in mind next to the house he had originally came from. He had talked with Felix and they decided to pull the trigger. They started walking toward their new home. The kits mostly followed along. They would occasionally have to grab a kit and point them in the right direction. They were also juggling the remainder of the rabbit. Bob thought one of the most annoying things about being a fox is the lack of a inventory system. No pockets, no thumbs, it can get very frustrating. They got to their new home. The shed door was slightly open and Bob nosed it open. He had partially inspected the shed beforehand checking for potentially dangerous things or chemicals that could be a danger for a kit. Felix cautiously walked inside with the kits following. The shed was mostly empty. There was an opening in the floor. There were several small boxes sitting on the dirt under the floor. Bob took a closer look at those boxes. They contained roller bearings for who knows what machinery. Why were they there, Bob had no idea. There was a table at the far end of the shed. Bob looked up at the table and jumped up on it. Even though the kits couldn't jump this high yet Bob wanted to make sure everything was safe. He looked around and saw some random nuts, bolts, screws and other miscellaneous hardware. There was a few random tools too. Everything was covered in a fine layer of dust. Nothing appeared to be a danger to the kits. Bob even worried about Felix getting into chemicals, he had talked to Felix warning about such things. There was a window over the table which was kinda nice to let in light. He hopped down and curled up with Felix and the kits. He sure loved his new family.
