","writing":"\"A Neighborhood's Picnic\"\n\nCharlie and Melanie were snuggled together on their little love-seat when their dad finally got home. The two kits were soaking in the warm and tender feelings they started to have for each other as he peered into the room. Kendrick softly smiled at the two as they gazed at the television, but left the two alone. They were going to need their quiet moments though, he just found out before he left work the neighborhood was going to have an end-of-school picnic so he had to get cooking. Since he only found out so late, he wanted to surprise his kits with the fun event as well since he was pretty sure that their neighbors didn't know about the fun little event either. Charlie and Melanie barely noticed their dad leaving the playroom so he could go cook a few things for the picnic as Melanie gently pressed herself up to Charlie, warmly leaning in.\n\n\"Wonder what dad thought about us,\" Melanie whispered softly.\n\n\"Daddy probably thought we were just pooped out from school,\" Charlie nodded softly as he stroked her hair.\n\n\"You know I'm not,\" Melanie cooed and licked his cheek, \"You aren't either.\" Charlie shook his head as she ruffled the fur on his neck. Charlie just melted into Melanie's ruffling, his sister gently laying onto him as she licked his cheek with a satisfying murr. They couldn't believe their dad allowed them to be alone like this after he got home, but they decided to make the best of it. A knight has to endear himself to his princess of course so Charlie returned the licks with a few affectionate kisses on her cheeks and nose, cooing happily at Melanie. With a soft wink, Charlie started to roll around on the love-seat with Melanie, holding her gently and making sure they didn't fall off. The two smiled and barked playfully as the two rolled, kit on top of vixen on top of kit and not caring which way was up. The rolled about for a few moments until they stopped, green meeting brown yet again as they gazed into each other with a soft blush. Sometimes you didn't have to be naughty to have fun; sometimes, it's just as fun to be little baby kits and frolic about on the couch and hoping you don't make a mess out of the playroom. Charlie cooed and nuzzled Melanie affectionately as she sat him up and hopped into his lap, nestling her head on his shoulder. Charlie gently obliged by stroking her soft hair, leaning back so more of her weight was on him. Melanie didn't resist the shift of weight, she loved that Charlie wanted her so close and on him. So far it seemed like the knight was doing a good job of courting the princess as Melanie pulled Charlie's paw over her chest and pressing it to her heart. He blushed as he felt Melanie's beating heart, gazing softly at her as he knew that she wanted to feel her heart and how she was making him feel. The two wanted to do much more, but as dad was a quick moment away, they hid their frustration as they fondly cuddled and petted each other.\n\n\"I wonder what daddy is doing,\" Charlie mused as Melanie licked his nose.\n\n\"I think daddy's cooking,\" Melanie cooed as she smelled the distinct odor of pork steaks on the grill, \"Daddy is barbecuing I think; he doesn't do that often.\" Melanie didn't even blush as she called Kendrick, 'daddy.' She was feeling a little...little. Being with her baby brother in such an innocent mood kept her that way, his little vixen. Melanie gently licked Charlie again as the two got up and started to check out what their dad was doing. After making it to the porch, they found him in his cute apron working up their supper.\n\n\"Oh, you two awake now?\" Kendrick asked his kits, \"I think the smell of the barbecue got my kiddos nosy.\"\n\n\"Sure did daddy,\" Melanie nodded and barked in agreement.\n\n\"Yup, we know you don't grill often,\" Charlie nodded as well.\n\n\"Well, I guess I can tell you two why,\" Kendrick smiled, \"On the way home, I got a message that the neighborhood is having a little picnic for the end of school. So, guess I'm making food to share.\"\n\n\"Picnic?\" the two kits asked excitedly.\n\n\"Yes, picnic,\" Kendrick smiled, \"Next house over from Kyle and Jessie's place. Promise me you two will be good kiddos tonight.\" The two kits stuck their tongues out, but nodded.\n\n\"As long as daddy don't try to introduce us to other boys and girls for playdates,\" the two kits answered.\n\n\"I don't think that'll be a problem,\" their dad chuckled, \"I've seen other boys try to introduce themselves to you, Melanie. Even if they don't have the fear of cooties, I think your special tendencies push them plenty far away.\" Charlie giggled and nodded; he saw plenty of attempts by boys to meet and woo her but either the fact Melanie liked being a baby kit or the fact she told them outright she wasn't interested turned them away. At the very least, they got the picture that Melanie wasn't looking for any of them though it made Melanie wonder why. But after a few years of boys trying to woo her and what happened with he and Charlie, Melanie figured that maybe the only one she was interested in was her own brother. Melanie blushed a bit, then bopped Charlie's nose as he saw his teasing expression.\n\n\"Kit!\" Melanie fussed, \"I saw those faces!\" Charlie pouted and slurped Melanie's ears, smirking at her.\n\n\"I think that's plenty of fussing from you two,\" Kendrick chuckled as he ruffled their hair, \"I think the pork is ready; cole slaw was already made and waiting in the kitchen. Charlie, mind helping me with the slaw while Melanie gets the meat?\" The two kits nodded their heads as Kendrick helped Melanie pick up the pork steaks, then watched as Charlie picked up the slaw and he got all the fixings. The three then walked from their home, then on the sidewalk a few houses down, past the Burundis where they saw Sampson and Rosalyn trying to get their rambuncious kittens calmed down as they brought their fixings to the house next door. The four kids didn't say much at the moment as they all had their paws full of food...and Sampson was in a cubby outfit his mate picked out for him. The kits giggled as they saw Sampson being the embarrassed kitten but continued on over to the backyard of the Burundis' neighbor. A young panther couple was waiting for their neighbors to come over with their pot luck, graciously welcoming the Silverleaf and Burundi families...and of course wondering why Samspon was being such a big kitten. As the grown-ups were getting all the food together and since there weren't that many kids in the neighborhood, Jessie carried a blanket over by a big oak tree and unfurled it and mewed at the other kids to come over. Charlie and Melanie plopped down on the blanket, wanting to enjoy their evening together as Jessie and Kyle sat down across from them. The two kittens were not quite enthusiastic about the picnic though - they had much on their mind from what they had saw and trying to piece both the play of their mom and dad and what they both felt as they saw.\n\n\"Kyle, Jessie, you two seem a little puzzled,\" Charlie looked at them, \"What's going on? It's a great day since school is out!\" Melanie nodded in agreement as the two tried to answer their kit friends.\n\n\"Charlie, Melanie,\" Jessie mewed shyly, \"We saw are mom and dad...play.\"\n\n\"You got to see your mom treat Sampson like her little kitten?\" Melanie asked.\n\n\"Yeah,\" Kyle blushed, \"But that wasn't all...we saw them...fit together. They liked it, they were being naughty...but not like us.\"\n\n\"Fit together?\" Charlie blushed furiously.\n\n\"Boys have 'wands,' right?\" Kyle asked Charlie, watching him nod slowly and Melanie blush just as furiously.\n\n\"And girls have their special spot,\" Jessie mewed softly and shyly.\n\n\"We saw our mom put herself on dad's 'wand,'\" Kyle mumbled, \"The two fitted each other and rubbed.\"\n\n\"You said they l-liked it?\" Melanie blushed.\n\n\"They did,\" Jessie bit her lip as she gazed at her brother, \"They wanted it and dad was pushing himself to her more and more then daddy...made white pee.\" Charlie and Melanie both gulped and blushed hard. Did boys and girls do this all the time? Why did it feel so good for...and was it even better than the little playtime the two kits enjoyed that morning? All these strange findings where making the kits think hard about their playtime, making even Kyle and Jessie curious about what Charlie and Melanie were thinking. But before they could get too deep in thought, long black hair fluffed right in the muzzles of both boys, a pretty leopardess waving her tail and hair at Kyle with a purr.\n\n\"Did my cousin see his folks play like I saw mine play?\" Maya purred with a very curious grin, \"Heard that your dad is a kitten and judging by his outfit, I think your mom thought he was a bad kitten and show everyone how little his is.:\n\n\"Maya!\" Kyle whined as she licked his nose, \"who brought you here.\"\n\n\"Your Aunt Helena,\" Maya smiled, pointing over at the leopardess with the same long, raven hair she had, her short figure making her look more like a kitten than Sampson if one went by size alone. She was catching up on what her brother was up to and trying to figure out why he was looking so little.\n\n\"Oh, I don't think Kit and I have met her, yet\" Melanie giggled.\n\n\"Sorry,\" Jessie nodded, \"Charlie and Melanie, this is our cousin Maya. Maya, these are our neighbors, Charlie and Melanie.\" Maya did a double take as she saw the two kits, both dressed like little kits themselves, then peeked under Charlie's shorts and grinned.\n\n\"Hiya Charlie,\" Maya purred and smiled, \"I should have met you when Kyle was stubbornly trying to be a big boy.\" She purred and winked at Charlie. \"You would have been a fun day care napmate.\" Charlie blushed hard as Melanie gasped in shock that Maya was being forward with Charlie, watching her kiss his nose. Both Kyle's sister and cousin liked Charlie that much that they'd hit on him it seemed. It made Melanie jealous...but it was more likely because he was unique and very special. While Charlie did blush a bit, he really didn't know what to think about Maya. She seemed very playful and friendly but she didn't seem to attract him in an genuine, romantic sense though a little playtime in a changing room seemed fun. Melanie's gaze on Charlie though made him blush as he gazed apologetically at Melanie.\n\n\"Geeze,\" Jessie shook her head, \"Do little boys in diapers make you go gaga, Maya?\" \n\n\"I guess so,\" Maya blushed, \"And it seems that Charlie might be spoken for here.\" Melanie nodded at Maya. However, like Charlie, she kind of wanted to have a romp together. Though, Jessie and Melanie were starting to think about why Maya was so interested in Charlie...and why Jessie was trying to be affectionate to Charlie. That was something that wasn't too much of a mystery watching how Kyle behaved. He was just indecisive; Kyle seemed to be affectionate around his sister but he just didn't know what he wanted. More correctly, Kyle didn't want to choose between his cousin and his sister and because of that, they both had moments where they tried to flirt with Charlie. Maybe, just maybe, Jessie thought, Kyle needed a lot of time alone with her. Melanie snuggled to Charlie as Jessie reluctantly allowed Maya to snuggle with Kyle.\n\n\"You saw your parents play like Kyle and Jessie's folks, Miss Maya?\" Charlie asked shyly.\n\n\"I did,\" Maya blushed and cooed, \"Made me feel naughty in my diaper and I made white pee in my diaper when I did.\" Charlie blushed and squirmed at that - it was just like Charlie and Melanie rubbing each other or their own plushies.\n\n\"Do you like being naughty like that?\" Charlie mumbled as Melanie resisted the need to correct Charlie for acting that interested around Maya; Melanie was just as curious about such a naughty playtime.\n\n\"I-I did,\" Maya blushed hard, leaning in to whisper, \"D-do you do that too?\"\n\n\"Mhmm,\" Charlie whispered, \"Mel and I even rubbed together to do it, too.\" Maya blushed and gasped in shock as she found that Charlie and Melanie were already doing that.\n\n\"I'm jealous of you two,\" Maya blushed, \"That you can play like that...I can see that expression in her eyes that you two really want each other.\" Melanie blushed as Maya was able to read from her expressions that she felt deeply for Charlie. Maya wanted so badly to play like that, to experiment with a cute boy and make him feel good...but that didn't seem to be happening for her. Defeated for now, Maya decided to change the subject.\n\n\"Maya, are you okay?\" Jessie asked shyly, \"You seem disappointed but don't worry you'll get time to play like Charlie and Melanie...and us.\" \n\n\"I'm okay, sorry about that,\" Maya blushed furiously, \"But what's the occasion today?\"\n\n\"It's the end of the school year,\" Melanie nodded softly as she ruffled Charlie's hair, \"So it's pot luck tonight.\" Maya nodded and giggled as the five cubs started to relax a bit. Charlie and Melanie were warmly nestled in each other's arms while Maya and Jessie clung to Kyle in a sort-of tug of war. After the hot gossip, they decided to play nice until their families came back over with plates for all of them. Kyle and Jessie could tell that their dad was feeling kind of ill again - seemed like he was fighting his memories again. Rosalyn did her best to placate her mate as did Helena. Kendrick smiled as he sat between his two kits, setting their foot down as he noticed they were interested in Sampson's drama.\n\n\"Seems like you two kits know more about Mr. Burundi's problems than I do,\" Kendrick nodded, \"I supposed his kittens had something to do with that.\" Kyle and Jessie blushed as the kits started to eat what their dad picked out for them.\n\n\"I think my little ones did tell them about Mr. Sampsie,\" Rosalyn nodded to Kendrick as Sampson fussed at her trying to feed him. Maya crawled over and leaned into Charlie as she ate, making both Jessie and Melanie a bit jealous again. Charlie softly blushed as she did, Maya must have really liked him for some reason as she snuggled in while she was eating. Kendrick gave Charlie a shrug as he saw the kitten snuggle up to him, then blushed as he noticed that Melanie had a bit of a pouting expression. For the most part though, Charlie didn't want to let his dad know all the drama going on between the five cubs so he didn't say anything. To everyone else's relief, Sampson and Rosalyn were too busy being a kitten and caretaker to noticed the rest of the picnic drama. Helena though did notice and was watching it unfold with interest wondering if Maya was trying to choose a boyfriend. As Charlie finished eating, he started to feel a bit tense with everyone watching Maya's actions...he was also the only one to notice that Kyle was both jealous and relieved that Maya's attention was on him. As the others started to clean up, Charlie looked at Melanie with a confused expression. Perhaps Charlie was right, the poor kit was put in the middle of a tug-of-war for Kyle. However, he did have something he wanted to request of Melanie to at least assuage her fears.\n\n\"Mel,\" Charlie whispered, \"Are you bugged if Maya and I have a little alone time and get cuddly? I need to let her know what I am feeling and about our courting.\" Melanie huffed a bit, but nodded. She decided that perhaps Charlie did need to make it clear how he felt...but, Charlie wanted to play with her a little bit too.\n\n\"I am a little bugged,\" Melanie blushed, \"But sure, Kit. I think she likes you. Be a good kit, okay?\" Charlie nodded and rubbed noses with Melanie as Maya purred and smiled, tugging Charlie along to a quiet away over behind the porch. Charlie blushed as Maya laid him down and gazed; she was so pretty just standing there in her cute outfit, pulling the waistband down just a bit to let Charlie peek at her pink diaper and watching him blush softly. Maya then crawled over and laid right on Charlie, gently licking his nose.\n\n\"Charlie,\" Maya purred softly as she cling to Charlie, \"I can't believe you wanted to do this. He's a diapered boy who I just wanna play with right now. Maybe if we spent more time I could see if that's how I'm feeling. Maya, as he easily observed, was his polar opposite and maybe the social push needed for Kyle. Melanie hugged Charlie as she led him back over to Kendrick, who was now pulling an assist with Rosayln's caretaking for her mate. Poor Sampson was breaking down again; this time it was over the possible revelations of the secret photo he found. He was sobbing a bit as Kendrick and Rosalyn were struggling to calm him down. When Helena, Maya, Melanie and Charlie came back over Helena already recognized the distress her brother was facing. Remembering a few episodes just like that, she started to sing a lullaby she heard Naomi sing to Sampson all the time. As she started the soft tune, Sampson sobbed and gazed up at Helena as she started to sing. A strange twinge of nostalgia and comfort came over Sampson. He started to slacken his arms, which were struggling against Kendrick and Rosalyn's attempts to calm him down. The cubs were puzzled to why a lullaby could soothe the big kitten; in fact most of the picnic goers were puzzled to why Helena was singing a lullaby to him. Charlie and Melanie were wide-eyed as they saw such a big leopard start to relax and fall asleep. If it worked, the kits thought, poor Rosalyn and Helena would have to carry their sleepyhead next door and tuck him in before Kyle and Jessie. Sampson was trying to understand how Helena knew those words; the only one who knew the lullaby was Naomi and only in private. Just how did she know. He wanted to panic but those words...those words and tune were making him fall asleep. It barely took Helena but a few minutes before the big leopard was dozing off and in Rosalyn's arms. Charlie gently hugged Melanie as Rosalyn and Helena try to figure out what to do with their sleepy boy.\n\n\"Looks like we have some kittens bowing out early,\" Kendrick chuckled, \"Do you need help with Sampson?\"\n\n\"I think we got it,\" Helena nodded, \"My brother might be big but he's also fairly light.\" Rosalyn nodded as she teamed up with Helena to pick up the big guy, then started to carry him home, Kyle and Jessie and Maya following their moms back to their house. As their moms were busy carrying Sampson, Maya started to talk to Jessie about what Charlie had requested.\n\n\"Jessie,\" Maya whispered, \"Charlie gave me a little advice to help Kyle open up to you. Would you mind if I could help him?\"\n\n\"W-why?\" Jessie protested quietly.\n\n\"Can't you tell your brother is conflicted between us. I think he likes both of us a lot,\" Maya looked at Kyle, then back at Jessie, \"and Charlie suggested that he might not want to choose between us.\" Jessie blushed furiously as she looked at Kyle again, then back again with deep blush. Was her frustration because Kyle actually wanted them both? To be close to his sister and his cousin? If that was the case, perhaps she did need some of Maya's help with Kyle as he does seem to open up to her more. Jessie sighed softly and nodded.\n\n\"I guess you can give him a paw,\" Jessie mewed softly, \"Maybe ask him about me and what he thinks about me.\" Maya nodded softly and mewed.\n\n\"Walking your brother to a revelation?\"\n\n\"I think,\" Jessie nodded as Helena and Rosalyn finally got Sampson inside the house, Jessie still reluctant to get Maya's help with Kyle. With everyone in the moms did have to take care of Sampson and get him all ready for bed, anticipating that they might have a kitten waking up very early. Meanwhile Maya gently guided Kyle over to Jessie's room, gently laying him under her as her grey eyes looked into his blue eyes. Kyle blushed as Maya was looking at him and petting his cheek. He was hesitant at first, figuring that Jessie would have a big fuss if they were going to play again. For being a cousin, Maya felt much closer than a cousin...he almost felt like he was feeling his deceased mother trying to each him grown-up things. Kyle didn't want to say it, but the words just came right out into the open.\n\n\"Kyle,\" Maya blushed, \"What are you thinking about.\"\n\n\"When we played before I saw Jessie,\" Kyle blushed, \"it felt like I was almost rubbing into my mom, I mean Naomi.\" Jessie and Maya blushed furiously...it seemed a little weird that Kyle thought his mother was teaching him those things when they started. Of course they didn't know her but those thoughts made them wonder if Kyle's birth mother would have taught them in that way. So naughty, but so fun to share such lessons. But it also made Kyle wonder why he felt that way when playing with his cousin, too. Jessie kissed Kyle's cheek as the three snapped out of their confusion, the three realizing that they were all in need of a change. It was early, but since Sampson was probably being tucked in by their moms, they were pretty sure they were next anyway. Jessie climbed in first, patting the spot right behind her as Maya turned the light off. Kyle shyly climbed on and pressed himself up to Jessie just as she wanted while Maya pressed right up to Kyle, pulling the sheets over them and smiling as they both got to get their Kyle. What struck Rosalyn though was that she didn't make Kyle shoo off to his room but allowed Jessie and Maya and Kyle all in the same room. It was probably because they were too exhausted after calming down and getting Sampson tucked into bed. And in that exhaustion, both Rosalyn and Helena just couldn't figure out what was going on with Sampson and his sudden meltdowns. They both wished Sampson was ready to open up more to them so they could begin to heal his wounds. Charlie and Melanie were snuggled together on their little love-seat when their dad finally got home.  The two kits were soaking in the warm and tender feelings they started to have for each other as he peered into the room.  Kendrick softly smiled at the two as they gazed at the television, but left the two alone.  They were going to need their quiet moments though, he just found out before he left work the neighborhood was going to have an end-of-school picnic so he had to get cooking.  Since he only found out so late, he wanted to surprise his kits with the fun event as well since he was pretty sure that their neighbors didn't know about the fun little event either.  Charlie and Melanie barely noticed their dad leaving the playroom so he could go cook a few things for the picnic as Melanie gently pressed herself up to Charlie, warmly leaning in.

"Wonder what dad thought about us," Melanie whispered softly.

"Daddy probably thought we were just pooped out from school," Charlie nodded softly as he stroked her hair.

"You know I'm not," Melanie cooed and licked his cheek, "You aren't either."  Charlie shook his head as she ruffled the fur on his neck.  Charlie just melted into Melanie's ruffling, his sister gently laying onto him as she licked his cheek with a satisfying murr.  They couldn't believe their dad allowed them to be alone like this after he got home, but they decided to make the best of it.  A knight has to endear himself to his princess of course so Charlie returned the licks with a few affectionate kisses on her cheeks and nose, cooing happily at Melanie. With a soft wink, Charlie started to roll around on the love-seat with Melanie, holding her gently and making sure they didn't fall off.  The two smiled and barked playfully as the two rolled, kit on top of vixen on top of kit and not caring which way was up.  The rolled about for a few moments until they stopped, green meeting brown yet again as they gazed into each other with a soft blush.  Sometimes you didn't have to be naughty to have fun; sometimes, it's just as fun to be little baby kits and frolic about on the couch and hoping you don't make a mess out of the playroom.  Charlie cooed and nuzzled Melanie affectionately as she sat him up and hopped into his lap, nestling her head on his shoulder.  Charlie gently obliged by stroking her soft hair, leaning back so more of her weight was on him.  Melanie didn't resist the shift of weight, she loved that Charlie wanted her so close and on him.  So far it seemed like the knight was doing a good job of courting the princess as Melanie pulled Charlie's paw over her chest and pressing it to her heart.  He blushed as he felt Melanie's beating heart, gazing softly at her as he knew that she wanted to feel her heart and how she was making him feel.  The two wanted to do much more, but as dad was a quick moment away, they hid their frustration as they fondly cuddled and petted each other.

"I wonder what daddy is doing," Charlie mused as Melanie licked his nose.

"I think daddy's cooking," Melanie cooed as she smelled the distinct odor of pork steaks on the grill, "Daddy is barbecuing I think; he doesn't do that often."  Melanie didn't even blush as she called Kendrick, 'daddy.'  She was feeling a little...little.  Being with her baby brother in such an innocent mood kept her that way, his little vixen.  Melanie gently licked Charlie again as the two got up and started to check out what their dad was doing.  After making it to the porch, they found him in his cute apron working up their supper.

"Oh, you two awake now?" Kendrick asked his kits, "I think the smell of the barbecue got my kiddos nosy."

"Sure did daddy," Melanie nodded and barked in agreement.

"Yup, we know you don't grill often," Charlie nodded as well.

"Well, I guess I can tell you two why," Kendrick smiled, "On the way home, I got a message that the neighborhood is having a little picnic for the end of school.  So, guess I'm making food to share."

"Picnic?" the two kits asked excitedly.

"Yes, picnic," Kendrick smiled, "Next house over from Kyle and Jessie's place.  Promise me you two will be good kiddos tonight."  The two kits stuck their tongues out, but nodded.

"As long as daddy don't try to introduce us to other boys and girls for playdates," the two kits answered.

"I don't think that'll be a problem," their dad chuckled, "I've seen other boys try to introduce themselves to you, Melanie.  Even if they don't have the fear of cooties, I think your special tendencies push them plenty far away."  Charlie giggled and nodded; he saw plenty of attempts by boys to meet and woo her but either the fact Melanie liked being a baby kit or the fact she told them outright she wasn't interested turned them away.  At the very least, they got the picture that Melanie wasn't looking for any of them though it made Melanie wonder why.  But after a few years of boys trying to woo her and what happened with he and Charlie, Melanie figured that maybe the only one she was interested in was her own brother.  Melanie blushed a bit, then bopped Charlie's nose as he saw his teasing expression.

"Kit!" Melanie fussed, "I saw those faces!"  Charlie pouted and slurped Melanie's ears, smirking at her.

"I think that's plenty of fussing from you two," Kendrick chuckled as he ruffled their hair, "I think the pork is ready; cole slaw was already made and waiting in the kitchen.  Charlie, mind helping me with the slaw while Melanie gets the meat?"  The two kits nodded their heads as Kendrick helped Melanie pick up the pork steaks, then watched as Charlie picked up the slaw and he got all the fixings.  The three then walked from their home, then on the sidewalk a few houses down, past the Burundis where they saw Sampson and Rosalyn trying to get their rambuncious kittens calmed down as they brought their fixings to the house next door.  The four kids didn't say much at the moment as they all had their paws full of food...and Sampson was in a cubby outfit his mate picked out for him. The kits giggled as they saw Sampson being the embarrassed kitten but continued on over to the backyard of the Burundis' neighbor.  A young panther couple was waiting for their neighbors to come over with their pot luck, graciously welcoming the Silverleaf and Burundi families...and of course wondering why Samspon was being such a big kitten. As the grown-ups were getting all the food together and since there weren't that many kids in the neighborhood, Jessie carried a blanket over by a big oak tree and unfurled it and mewed at the other kids to come over.  Charlie and Melanie plopped down on the blanket, wanting to enjoy their evening together as Jessie and Kyle sat down across from them.  The two kittens were not quite enthusiastic about the picnic though - they had much on their mind from what they had saw and trying to piece both the play of their mom and dad and what they both felt as they saw.

"Kyle, Jessie, you two seem a little puzzled," Charlie looked at them, "What's going on? It's a great day since school is out!"  Melanie nodded in agreement as the two tried to answer their kit friends.

"Charlie, Melanie," Jessie mewed shyly, "We saw are mom and dad...play."

"You got to see your mom treat Sampson like her little kitten?" Melanie asked.

"Yeah," Kyle blushed, "But that wasn't all...we saw them...fit together.  They liked it, they were being naughty...but not like us."

"Fit together?" Charlie blushed furiously.

"Boys have 'wands,' right?" Kyle asked Charlie, watching him nod slowly and Melanie blush just as furiously.

"And girls have their special spot," Jessie mewed softly and shyly.

"We saw our mom put herself on dad's 'wand,'" Kyle mumbled, "The two fitted each other and rubbed."

"You said they l-liked it?" Melanie blushed.

"They did," Jessie bit her lip as she gazed at her brother, "They wanted it and dad was pushing himself to her more and more then daddy...made white pee."  Charlie and Melanie both gulped and blushed hard.  Did boys and girls do this all the time?  Why did it feel so good for...and was it even better than the little playtime the two kits enjoyed that morning?  All these strange findings where making the kits think hard about their playtime, making even Kyle and Jessie curious about what Charlie and Melanie were thinking.  But before they could get too deep in thought, long black hair fluffed right in the muzzles of both boys, a pretty leopardess waving her tail and hair at Kyle with a purr.

"Did my cousin see his folks play like I saw mine play?" Maya purred with a very curious grin, "Heard that your dad is a kitten and judging by his outfit, I think your mom thought he was a bad kitten and show everyone how little his is.:

"Maya!" Kyle whined as she licked his nose, "who brought you here."

"Your Aunt Helena," Maya smiled, pointing over at the leopardess with the same long, raven hair she had, her short figure making her look more like a kitten than Sampson if one went by size alone.  She was catching up on what her brother was up to and trying to figure out why he was looking so little.

"Oh, I don't think Kit and I have met her, yet" Melanie giggled.

"Sorry," Jessie nodded, "Charlie and Melanie, this is our cousin Maya.  Maya, these are our neighbors, Charlie and Melanie."  Maya did a double take as she saw the two kits, both dressed like little kits themselves, then peeked under Charlie's shorts and grinned.

"Hiya Charlie," Maya purred and smiled, "I should have met you when Kyle was stubbornly trying to be a big boy."  She purred and winked at Charlie. "You would have been a fun day care napmate."  Charlie blushed hard as Melanie gasped in shock that Maya was being forward with Charlie, watching her kiss his nose.  Both Kyle's sister and cousin liked Charlie that much that they'd hit on him it seemed.  It made Melanie jealous...but it was more likely because he was unique and very special.  While Charlie did blush a bit, he really didn't know what to think about Maya.  She seemed very playful and friendly but she didn't seem to attract him in an genuine, romantic sense though a little playtime in a changing room seemed fun.  Melanie's gaze on Charlie though made him blush as he gazed apologetically at Melanie.

"Geeze," Jessie shook her head, "Do little boys in diapers make you go gaga, Maya?"  

"I guess so," Maya blushed, "And it seems that Charlie might be spoken for here." Melanie nodded at Maya.  However, like Charlie, she kind of wanted to have a romp together.  Though, Jessie and Melanie were starting to think about why Maya was so interested in Charlie...and why Jessie was trying to be affectionate to Charlie.  That was something that wasn't too much of a mystery watching how Kyle behaved.  He was just indecisive; Kyle seemed to be affectionate around his sister but he just didn't know what he wanted.  More correctly, Kyle didn't want to choose between his cousin and his sister and because of that, they both had moments where they tried to flirt with Charlie.  Maybe, just maybe, Jessie thought, Kyle needed a lot of time alone with her.  Melanie snuggled to Charlie as Jessie reluctantly allowed Maya to snuggle with Kyle.

"You saw your parents play like Kyle and Jessie's folks, Miss Maya?" Charlie asked shyly.

"I did," Maya blushed and cooed, "Made me feel naughty in my diaper and I made white pee in my diaper when I did."  Charlie blushed and squirmed at that - it was just like Charlie and Melanie rubbing each other or their own plushies.

"Do you like being naughty like that?" Charlie mumbled as Melanie resisted the need to correct Charlie for acting that interested around Maya; Melanie was just as curious about such a naughty playtime.

"I-I did," Maya blushed hard, leaning in to whisper, "D-do you do that too?"

"Mhmm," Charlie whispered, "Mel and I even rubbed together to do it, too."  Maya blushed and gasped in shock as she found that Charlie and Melanie were already doing that.

"I'm jealous of you two," Maya blushed, "That you can play like that...I can see that expression in her eyes that you two really want each other."  Melanie blushed as Maya was able to read from her expressions that she felt deeply for Charlie.  Maya wanted so badly to play like that, to experiment with a cute boy and make him feel good...but that didn't seem to be happening for her.  Defeated for now, Maya decided to change the subject.

"Maya, are you okay?" Jessie asked shyly, "You seem disappointed but don't worry you'll get time to play like Charlie and Melanie...and us."  

"I'm okay, sorry about that," Maya blushed furiously, "But what's the occasion today?"

"It's the end of the school year," Melanie nodded softly as she ruffled Charlie's hair, "So it's pot luck tonight."  Maya nodded and giggled as the five cubs started to relax a bit.  Charlie and Melanie were warmly nestled in each other's arms while Maya and Jessie clung to Kyle in a sort-of tug of war.  After the hot gossip, they decided to play nice until their families came back over with plates for all of them.  Kyle and Jessie could tell that their dad was feeling kind of ill again - seemed like he was fighting his memories again.  Rosalyn did her best to placate her mate as did Helena.  Kendrick smiled as he sat between his two kits, setting their foot down as he noticed they were interested in Sampson's drama.

"Seems like you two kits know more about Mr. Burundi's problems than I do," Kendrick nodded, "I supposed his kittens had something to do with that." Kyle and Jessie blushed as the kits started to eat what their dad picked out for them.

"I think my little ones did tell them about Mr. Sampsie," Rosalyn nodded to Kendrick as Sampson fussed at her trying to feed him.  Maya crawled over and leaned into Charlie as she ate, making both Jessie and Melanie a bit jealous again.  Charlie softly blushed as she did, Maya must have really liked him for some reason as she snuggled in while she was eating.  Kendrick gave Charlie a shrug as he saw the kitten snuggle up to him, then blushed as he noticed that Melanie had a bit of a pouting expression.  For the most part though, Charlie didn't want to let his dad know all the drama going on between the five cubs so he didn't say anything.  To everyone else's relief, Sampson and Rosalyn were too busy being a kitten and caretaker to noticed the rest of the picnic drama.  Helena though did notice and was watching it unfold with interest wondering if Maya was trying to choose a boyfriend.  As Charlie finished eating, he started to feel a bit tense with everyone watching Maya's actions...he was also the only one to notice that Kyle was both jealous and relieved that Maya's attention was on him.  As the others started to clean up, Charlie looked at Melanie with a confused expression.  He leaned over and nuzzled her cheek as they cleaned each other up.

"Kit, you like this attention?" Melanie cooed sadly.

"I kinda do," Charlie blushed quietly, "Though...I think she might be doing it to get someone else's attention?"  Melanie looked around again, then nodded.  Perhaps Charlie was right, the poor kit was put in the middle of a tug-of-war for Kyle.  However, he did have something he wanted to request of Melanie to at least assuage her fears.

"Mel," Charlie whispered, "Are you bugged if Maya and I have a little alone time and get cuddly?  I need to let her know what I am feeling and about our courting."  Melanie huffed a bit, but nodded. She decided that perhaps Charlie did need to make it clear how he felt...but, Charlie wanted to play with her a little bit too.

"I am a little bugged," Melanie blushed, "But sure, Kit.  I think she likes you.  Be a good kit, okay?"  Charlie nodded and rubbed noses with Melanie as Maya purred and smiled, tugging Charlie along to a quiet away over behind the porch.  Charlie blushed as Maya laid him down and gazed; she was so pretty just standing there in her cute outfit, pulling the waistband down just a bit to let Charlie peek at her pink diaper and watching him blush softly.  Maya then crawled over and laid right on Charlie, gently licking his nose.

"Charlie," Maya purred softly as she cling to Charlie, "I can't believe you wanted to do this. I can tell Melanie is jealous of this."

"She is," Charlie softly nodded as he slowly stroked her bottom, listening to her purr, "But to be honest...when I saw you I wanted to see what your nursery is like and see if we could get away napping together."  Maya blushed softly and nuzzled to Charlie.

"My my, someone is a playful fox looking to spread his oats?" Maya teased him, "But I know what you mean, I'd like to have some diapered playtime with you, too."  Maya purred as she gently pressed herself to Charlie, watching him softly murr and enjoying her presence.  She found he liked that kind of diapered attention; he was a diaperfur just like her too.

"I just don't know if Melanie would let me be a little open," Charlie mumbled softly as he stroked her bottom, "I really don't know much about you besides Jessie is jealous when you're around Kyle and Mel was when you were leaning and all into me."  Maya nodded softly as she nuzzled his cheek more and blushed softly.  Charlie already knew the feeling as he stroked her bottom more.

"Someone knows and likes that I'm wetting," Maya purred naughtily, "But if you're committed to Melanie, I promise I won't intrude unless you want me to."  Maya purred as she softly rubbed herself to Charlie, the two purring softly as she held him close.  She was enjoying her experience; Charlie was actually encouraging her to be a little kitten and he didn't mind her affections.  Encouraged, she rubbed herself to Charlie more, panting softly as she gazed into his eyes.

"I am," Charlie nodded, "But I'd like to see you though.  And...I think a bigger thing I'd like to see from you."

"What's that Charlie?" Maya purred softly.

"I know you are attracted to Kyle and he's rather wishy-washy around you and Jessie," Charlie whispered, "I know he's more open to you but how about helping him open up to Jessie.  I think you just want to play with him but Jessie really wants to be close to Kyle."

"I can tell," Maya sighed softly, "Maybe why I'm around you is why I'm around Kyle.  He's a diapered boy who I just wanna play with right now.  Maybe if we spent more time I could see if that's how I'm feeling.  Jessie, too."  Maya purred softly as she rubbed to Charlie more, panting softly, "Maybe I should help him out a little."

"Just make sure you tell Jessie," Charlie nodded as he licked her cheek.

"You really do look after Kyle," Maya smiled as she hugged Charlie, "Makes me wish I was Melanie right now; you two have that chemistry that might spark a big boom.  A spontaneous reaction."  Charlie blushed as she knew a little chemistry.

"Getting help from Julianne?" Charlie teased Maya as she pressed to Charlie more.

"Nah, mom is a chemist so she teaches me," Maya giggled, "But putting it in those terms, maybe I should be that catalyst for Kyle then."  Charlie nodded and smiled as he petted her cheek.

"Just don't forget to visit your aunt before you leak," Charlie teased again as the two crawled out.

"I must met you, but I already feel like you're a good friend," Maya cooed softly as Helena and Melanie found the two crawling out, "You're really thoughtful and playful too."  Charlie blushed and nodded softly as Melanie flicked his ear.

"Looks like Melanie is a little jealous of my little girl, Charlie," Helena chuckled, "You better be good then or Melanie might tattle on you."  Melanie nodded and giggled as Maya hugged her mom.

"I was good, Mel," Charlie nodded and barked, "Just gave Maya some advice on how she can help Kyle out."  Helena nodded and smiled; even in the most innocent sense Charlie had a point since Kyle was stubborn and indecisive kitten.  Maya, as he easily observed, was his polar opposite and maybe the social push needed for Kyle.  Melanie hugged Charlie as she led him back over to Kendrick, who was now pulling an assist with Rosayln's caretaking for her mate.  Poor Sampson was breaking down again; this time it was over the possible revelations of the secret photo he found.  He was sobbing a bit as Kendrick and Rosalyn were struggling to calm him down.  When Helena, Maya, Melanie and Charlie came back over Helena already recognized the distress her brother was facing.  Remembering a few episodes just like that, she started to sing a lullaby she heard Naomi sing to Sampson all the time.  As she started the soft tune, Sampson sobbed and gazed up at Helena as she started to sing.  A strange twinge of nostalgia and comfort came over Sampson.  He started to slacken his arms, which were struggling against Kendrick and Rosalyn's attempts to calm him down.  The cubs were puzzled to why a lullaby could soothe the big kitten; in fact most of the picnic goers were puzzled to why Helena was singing a lullaby to him.  Charlie and Melanie were wide-eyed as they saw such a big leopard start to relax and fall asleep.  If it worked, the kits thought, poor Rosalyn and Helena would have to carry their sleepyhead next door and tuck him in before Kyle and Jessie.  Sampson was trying to understand how Helena knew those words; the only one who knew the lullaby was Naomi and only in private. Just how did she know.  He wanted to panic but those words...those words and tune were making him fall asleep.  It barely took Helena but a few minutes before the big leopard was dozing off and in Rosalyn's arms.  Charlie gently hugged Melanie as Rosalyn and Helena try to figure out what to do with their sleepy boy.

"Looks like we have some kittens bowing out early," Kendrick chuckled, "Do you need help with Sampson?"

"I think we got it," Helena nodded, "My brother might be big but he's also fairly light."  Rosalyn nodded as she teamed up with Helena to pick up the big guy, then started to carry him home, Kyle and Jessie and Maya following their moms back to their house.  As their moms were busy carrying Sampson, Maya started to talk to Jessie about what Charlie had requested.

"Jessie," Maya whispered, "Charlie gave me a little advice to help Kyle open up to you.  Would you mind if I could help him?"

"W-why?" Jessie protested quietly.

"Can't you tell your brother is conflicted between us.  I think he likes both of us a lot," Maya looked at Kyle, then back at Jessie, "and Charlie suggested that he might not want to choose between us."  Jessie blushed furiously as she looked at Kyle again, then back again with deep blush.  Was her frustration because Kyle actually wanted them both?  To be close to his sister and his cousin?  If that was the case, perhaps she did need some of Maya's help with Kyle as he does seem to open up to her more.  Jessie sighed softly and nodded.

"I guess you can give him a paw," Jessie mewed softly, "Maybe ask him about me and what he thinks about me."  Maya nodded softly and mewed.

"Walking your brother to a revelation?"

"I think," Jessie nodded as Helena and Rosalyn finally got Sampson inside the house, Jessie still reluctant to get Maya's help with Kyle.  With everyone in the moms did have to take care of Sampson and get him all ready for bed, anticipating that they might have a kitten waking up very early.  Meanwhile Maya gently guided Kyle over to Jessie's room, gently laying him under her as her grey eyes looked into his blue eyes.  Kyle blushed as Maya was looking at him and petting his cheek.  He was hesitant at first, figuring that Jessie would have a big fuss if they were going to play again.  But after the first stroke of his diapered bottom, Kyle relaxed in the arms of his cousin and kissed her nose.

"Jessie did work my wand and made my magic pee come," Kyle whispered softly as Maya pressed herself into him, gently rocking her hips to his.

"Did you like your sister doing that...and want more?" Maya purred softly as she rocked her hips into his, watching him purr in pleasure.  Kyle nodded in agreement as they gave each other a soft kiss and panted.  Jessie had to hold her jealousy as she sat in the room watching the two.  She wanted Kyle to do that to her, to rock his hips to her and for Kyle to make the magic pee he was talking about.  She started to gaze and feel her padded loins, gasping softly as she started to please herself.  She panted as she started to rub herself even more, shivering at that felt so good while humping into her paw.  Kyle blushed as Jessie was starting to please herself wondering what she was thinking.  Maya could tell he was thinking about Jessie so as she humped into Kyle, she started to kiss his nose and purr.

"Maya, is it weird that...I can't decide," Kyle blushed and panted as Maya humped into him more, "I don't want to hurt you or Jessie."  Jessie blushed a bit, it seemed that Charlie did have a point about Kyle and it made her feel a little bad for being so pushy around Kyle. "I just don't know where to start."  Maya nodded softly as she humped into him, licking his nose and purring as she kept pleasing him.  As Kyle looked up at Maya he was also seeing Jessie's image at the same time.  As he did, he started to hump back into Maya, panting enthusiastically as some pre-cum coated his diaper while she was humping into him.  Was seeing Jessie's image making him want to play more?  Was it when he played with Maya he wanted Jessie?  He whimpered a bit as Jessie was pawing herself furiously, catching up to Kyle in terms of arousal.  As Jessie was rubbing her diapered front hard, she was certainly thinking about Kyle as she was.  She already knew that she wanted Kyle...Jessie just wished that Kyle would not be afraid to admit those feelings at the three kittens were reaching their climax; Jessie watching Kyle and Maya go at it on her bed.  The three mewed loudly as they had hit that moment together, panting hard as they felt themselves come into their diapers.  Jessie blushed as she looked at Kyle's face while Maya had him pinned under her.

"When you started to rub me back, who did you see?" Maya blushed as she asked Kyle, out of breath and enjoying an afterglow.

"I-I saw Jessie," Kyle mewed softly, panting from the playtime, "When I saw my snowy sister's image, I just wanted to rub up into her and make her feel good."  Maya sighed softly, a little disappointed but happy that her little playtime helped Kyle realize who he really wanted to play with.  Kyle smiled as he looked over at his sister.

"Kyle," Jessie mewed, "Y-you saw me when you and Maya were rubbing?"

"I did," Kyle nodded softly as Jessie crawled over and kissed his nose, "I didn't knew that I wanted you but when Maya started to play, I started to see you.  M-maybe you can help me Jessie.  Maya helped out, but now I want you to play with me when you feel like it."  Jessie blushed softly, but purred and smiled at him.  While she didn't like Maya play with him like that, she was happy that perhaps Kyle was getting a clearer perspective.  But in Kyle's mind, something else popped up.  For being a cousin, Maya felt much closer than a cousin...he almost felt like he was feeling his deceased mother trying to each him grown-up things.  Kyle didn't want to say it, but the words just came right out into the open.

"Kyle," Maya blushed, "What are you thinking about."

"When we played before I saw Jessie," Kyle blushed, "it felt like I was almost rubbing into my mom, I mean Naomi."  Jessie and Maya blushed furiously...it seemed a little weird that Kyle thought his mother was teaching him those things when they started.  Of course they didn't know her but those thoughts made them wonder if Kyle's birth mother would have taught them in that way.  So naughty, but so fun to share such lessons.  But it also made Kyle wonder why he felt that way when playing with his cousin, too.  Jessie kissed Kyle's cheek as the three snapped out of their confusion, the three realizing that they were all in need of a change.  Jessie purred and bopped Kyle's nose playfully as she rolled Maya off him and laid him beside her.

"Kyle," Jessie blushed, "Do you want your diapers?"  Kyle shook his head, he didn't want to bother Jessie with fishing for his bag of diapers as she started to undo the playful kitten's diapers, tossing them into the pail after getting them cleaned up, "Kyle, if you like Maya just like me...would you like her to sleep with you tonight?  I don't think Auntie Helena would mind."

"Jessie," Kyle blushed, "I kinda want to sleep with you, sis."  Jessie blushed softly as she worked lotion on the two, just being gently and sweet to her brother and cousin.  She couldn't believe that Kyle wanted to sleep with her; just her.  She cooed and kissed Kyle as she powdered down the pair and snuggly diapered them in cute purple princess diapers, giving Kyle's padded front a kiss.  "Maybe Maya can sleep here with you too. After seeing you and her...maybe it'd be alright if we shared you."  Maya blushed as Jessie said that, letting Kyle diaper his sister.

"Promise though you keep me pinned to you?" Jessie mewed as Kyle lovingly tended to Jessie, getting her nicely lotioned and powdered and finally diapered into a matching diaper, pulling Kyle into her arms and kissing him softly and lovingly.

"I promise," Kyle nodded as the three decided to call it a night, stripping down to just their diapers like little kittens.  It was early, but since Sampson was probably being tucked in by their moms, they were pretty sure they were next anyway.  Jessie climbed in first, patting the spot right behind her as Maya turned the light off. Kyle shyly climbed on and pressed himself up to Jessie just as she wanted while Maya pressed right up to Kyle, pulling the sheets over them and smiling as they both got to get their Kyle.  The three giggled as they heard two distinct sets of paws padding through the hallway and finding Jessie's room light off.

"Looks like the kittens are all tired too," Helena giggled softly.

"Strangely enough, all ready for bed and their light out," Rosalyn smiled, "Alright dears, be good.  Nighty night."
