In the CPUverse and the Heatverse Rikka became Heat's champion to protect him from the people who will hurt the prince, Rikka was his babysitter since there was a two-year difference, she took care of him and fell in love with him.
In CPUverse Rikka protected him when Underling aka Linda of Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime made a sneak attack and hit Heat with a steel bat koing Heat, this sent Rikka into a rage the remnants of the Ixian magic from Mogul that was in her mother that transferred reawakened while she focused on her swordplay normally she snapped and was like a magical beast against Linda causing Linda to run away, Rikka tended Heat's wond while Heat's older siblings Plasma and Platinum made sure the wind didn't get worse (Chika was pissed as she cared about Vert's champions like they are Vert's kids so auntie and Heat is closest to being Vert's Champion of this generation). It was at here that Rikka confessed her feelings to Heat and that she was always jealous about her younger siblings Rosey Rose and Marina Rose with that Heat heard all of it and both fell in love
In Heatverse there were still the Maou cats (it got worse thanks to there leader, the rumored daughter of Fang/Nack and Princess) Rikka defended multiple of their members when Duchess sent her robot pirates Rikka awakened her Ixian power. Still, at that time her half sister Rossie disappeared sure she is used to dealing with her Hari and Beat's disappearance since they like to explore like their father (she nicknamed the speed trouble twins). Still, Rosie and Heat that caused her to worry (they just went to Light mobius for contest on what happened), she is supposed to be his champion she is supposed to be her defender when they returned she hugged Heat accidently confessing her feelings in front of her younger sister Rosie when she realised what happened she ran crying since she knew he had eyes for her half twin sister (In heatverse she is the same age as Rosie) Heat came to her asking if it was true and Rikka said yes with both falling in love.
