In the universe of Light Mobius
Faunuses in CPU and Light are human/mobian hybrids which are in one or two categories one is Mobians that are missing some parts and the other is Humans with animal parts.
Ghira Belladonna the father of Blake Belladonna a faunus is a human with his father and mother as a scientist who worked with Gerald and the mysterious woman named Dreamcast in the arc project installed Ghira to help mobians in which he meets Kali both fall in love. When Ghira found out how faunus were treated he helped make the white fang however over time it went to extremes, especially against the Schnee family, cause of this Ghira left the white fang and Sienna Khan to take his place, and Ghira became Chieftain of Menagerie (as fanus sanctuary).
The Natives in light have low profile to be watch, until the Colonizers arrive. (Think them as a mysterious group). For the mobians, seeing a human for the 1st time was new. Only a handful knew that the human existed before the Colonized Day some of them was Blake's family or the mobian partners parents of fanuses
Blake's father disapeared from the public when blake was young and she didnt know her father, this however was a lie as at a young age she knew about her father being a human and was told to lie as it was stuff like this that was the reason for the white fang existing, she joined the white fang to get mobians to accept humans and thier hybrid kids where she meet Adam Tarus a bull Fanus also she did have a crush on him but his methods caused her to leave the white fang
That was when she ran away to Mantal and joined the huntsman and became part of team RWBY, she did have a crush on Yang and Sun but it was when Sonic beaten Eggman the first time that Colonists/Natives start to get accepted (with them getting accepted in CPU without the war)
One thing to note that Natives always correct Mobians and Lytians if they are called a coloniser since the Natives were born along with the mobians in evolution (they are easier to breed with mobians to make Fanuses due to the internal energies being compatable)
Eventually Blake was able to tell team RWBY the truth when Penny blerted it out to RWBY and JNPR, she told them her story and how
Fanuses are usually considered traitors to some mobians and the others accepted her as a teammate
Eventually they meet each other in a co-op mission with Acorn Freedom Fighters and Mettle's Hunter Team, RWBY. The mission was completed fast (Guess who unplugged all 5000 computer chips in a less of 10 seconds, a certain blue hedgehog). Blake meet with Shadow and saw how shadow is at the training facility, interested with Shadow's weaponry both hit it off and Shadow took her virginity and both became a couple
