\n\t\t\t\t\tzooey based on her sketch you can find HERE.I'm super happy with the way this turned out. Believe it or not, this is the first time I've ever done a 'digital painting'. With the exception of the background, this is all one layer, which was a first for me. Learning how to use the brush sets I downloaded (free to use) was a big help. One thing I learned while working on this is that (in Clip Studio at least) you can select 'transparent' as a brush color, basically turning any brush into an eraser, while still keeping the style of the brush intact. I wouldn't have been able to do the nice clean edges without learning that, and I look forward to using the technique in more detail later. In total this piece took me 9 hours to complete.
