Issac was the first of the Pandosians to learn Magnetic Magic along with Milla, his second in command.
Magnetic Magic pretty much deals with making magnetic fields and of course pushing or pulling magnetic objects, but if it is not learned while wearing a special necklace and keeping on for 24 hours afterwards their personality swaps to the opposite gender (ex. a male would have a feminine personality.)
Issac as the Magnetic Lord was a victim of personality swapping as the Pixies didn't know better as they look like they got genders, but they are actually genderless which is why they don't need the necklace and has an feminine personality caring about his hair and nails more than actually fighting.
He doesn't really have any special abilities per se as he hasn't developed one for obvious reasons.
Issac Sugarbum is one of the few gay characters I own along with (Avighna, Sanchez, Tipton, Rocky (King Ninja), and possibly Blythe) and the second Sugarbum to be gay.
He has three outfits. First his his uniform, but since SparDanger doesn't have pay that much attention to her male Ref Sheet as she does her females, I couldn't make a proper Uniform, so I just put the uniform there to show off how it looks and use your imagination to see how it looks on him, the second is his casual outfit which carries on the color scheme of the uniform (to match a magnet) and the last one is obviously nude (he is much, much chubbier than I show him here on par with other Pandosians and other bears.)
When he is not working he is a nude model.
