He takes a breath in and exhales it out before knocking on the door softly. Junior responds “Come in.” Bowser walks inside to see the room empty with a big bag next to Junior who has his back turned to him. Junior turns around to face his father. “Hello, Father. Thank you for coming.” “What is going on here? Why was I called here to meet you? And what’s with the bag?” He says that as he points at the bag. Junior looks at the bag and answers depressingly, “This is my bag with everything I own that will come with me to a new world.” Bowser was a little shocked by it. He thought maybe they needed to take a vacation together. “Oh well, why did you not tell me that we were gonna go on a vacation? I’ll go grab my stuff and we can go.” But before Bowser could make a 90-degree turn, Junior stops him, “No father. This is for me.” Bowser became confused and said, “I don’t understand what you are talking about.” Junior lets out a disappointing exhale. “I knew you would not. Cause this is not just a permanent vacation for me. It’s a new life for me.” Bowser tilts his head to the side, questioning him. “While often you were away trying to defeat Mario and stealing the princess, I have been doing personal things. To learn to be an independent Koopa and not be dragged into the same situation every single year. I wanted to do my things. I even lost interest in Princess Peach ever since we invaded Isle Delfino. I did say I wanna fight that Mario again, but I was only faking it to make you happy. And I have been holding onto this for so long until I made my move. I will be attending a University for an Arts Degree. Since you and I have no other way of contacting each other, I won’t be able to check up on you. I know you will take care of yourself and I will too. I’m sorry it has come to this.” Bowser then looks down sad. He is not disappointed in Junior but in himself. He realizes that he has not been with his son for the other activities that do not relate to Mario and Peach. He begins to cry softly. “Junior. I am so sorry. I should have quit when you came around. We could have had more time together.” He clenches his fists in sad rage. Junior knows what to do. Junior walks over to Bowser and hugs him, showing that he still cares for his father. “I know. You are the best dad I have ever had. You gave me toys, food, clothes, and a castle with a ceiling and a roof to protect us. But it's time for me to walk my path. I hope you will understand.” Bowser wipes his tears off responding, “I do son. I do.” He also hugs him and says to him, “I am going to miss you, Bowser Junior.” “I know.” Then they let go of each other. Junior then picks up his bag and looks at Bowser’s eyes. “Well. I am off. I will see you around when I can. Lord Bowser.” Bowser felt shocked when Junior called him that name instead of dad or father. Junior exits his room with Bowser following him from behind after a few seconds of standing still. Junior throws his bag inside his clown car, hops in, and waves goodbye to Bowser and Kamek before taking off and suddenly disappearing. Bowser was surprised before asking Kamek. “Kamek? How did Junior figure out how to have his clown car do that?” “Junior and I have been tampering with the clown car's mechanics and added some upgrades. Now Junior can be able to travel anywhere. Even to different multiverses.” he said. Bowser’s jaw dropped from that comment. “Different Multiverses?!” When he yelled, Kamek had to cover his ears to avoid his eardrums from bursting before letting his ears be open again. Kamek adds, “Yes. Right now, he is just exploring a bit before he goes to a universe where his university is at.” Bowser then wonders about Junior’s University. “Where did my son get accepted?” asked Bowser. Kamek looks up to him saying, “Unfortunately, I could get the info from Junior. He knew that if he told me, I would have told you and you would be chasing down Junior and trying to congratulate him. But he wanted this to be a secret. And he told me to never tell you. Otherwise, I would be dead.” Bowser then was concerned before Kamek continued, “Your son has gotten stronger. Stronger than me. So. I kept my word until today. And now you know the truth.” Bowser then feels sad as he looks up at the dark clouds in his world for a few seconds before turning away and walking back inside.
