  "description": "A while ago, can't remember how long but likely a number of months, I was talking with a follower and they mentioned liking it when things crawl up inside the dick and nestle in the balls. And after a bit, the balls transform into something bigger and mobile in a way. I wanted to try and doing that and I dunno if I nailed it exactly but I am hopefully very close XD For a long time, years and years ago I always had a reoccurring fear/fantasy of sitting on the toilet and a fly crawls up inside the dick. And then it burrows inside the balls and transforms the dick and balls into a body horror insect creature XD \nSo I sorta mixed the ideas together cuz... they're basically the same and decided that the guys balls would be morphed into giant insects that move all on their own XD his dick is constantly dribbling liquids as the bugs writhe and squirm as though trying to escape or guide him somewhere. \nI imagine that the bugs go through a sort of life cycle, and just keep coming back over and over, hence the larva like one on the right XD",
