He didn?t make any plans himself, though, his mother and father took the liberty of doing that for him. It had been a year since they?d spent time together, and we?re not talking about something short and simple like a date night. No, they wanted to spend the entire weekend together, getting away from all stress and petty chores that come with being a parent and a provider. Don?t get them wrong - they were proud parents of their two boys! It?s just, everyone needs a break every now and again! Lucky for them, the mother had been somewhat close to another husky just like them, dating all the way back to her college years. Besides, Alex had a habit of visiting the family and spending time with all of them, even had watched Cameron and Patrick a few times, but only for short periods of time as in, a few hours or so. So it may have been a bit new for both Alex and Cameron, but it should be fine! And don't ever get your privates out unless you're in the bathroom with the door all the way clo-`` She spoke, but was interrupted by Cameron. ``Mommy I KNOW.'' He grumbled, a bit louder this time, gathering a bit of attention, though not enough to cause any concern or for anyone to ask questions. At this point he felt as if he was going to cry - when he felt persecuted for any reason, he always became awfully sensitive. ``Shh. I love you bud, okay? I'm gonna miss ya.'' She said, feeling somewhat remorseful. ``Love you too mommy.'' He muttered, successfully holding back his tears, and began feeling slightly better. The small talk continued for a bit longer - when were they going to leave, the young cub wondered. Finally, after a long 15 minutes, goodbyes were said, hugs and kisses were given, and cars left. \n\n\tCameron sat himself in the car seat in the back of Alex's small sedan, with the help of Alex of course. The adult husky then buckled him in properly and jumped into the driver seat, and adjusted his mirrors, looking back at Cameron. ``So, you excited kiddo? Did your mom tell ya anything about my house at all?'' Alex asked, as he began to reverse out of the driveway and drive down the street, on the way to his own home, eyes now fixated on the road. ``Um... I-I think so.'' Cameron replied nervously and quietly, eyes looking anywhere but at Alex. Because he felt funny lately about Alex and the things he liked, he grew more anxious as their conversation went on, and he struggled to keep his eyes on him, afraid of being confronted or scolded. ``Ah okay, cool! Well, your mom says that you really like computers! Is that true?'' The older husky continued the conversation. Oh no, he's talking about the computers! Does he know already? Did his mom somehow know and he had no idea she knew?? He tried his best to compose himself. ``I-I-I... Y-Yeah, I-I do.'' The young cub murmured and stuttered. ``That's great! I've got a really cool one at my house, and I'll tell ya what - You can play all the videogames you want on it! I got it set up just for you!'' The grownup husky said enthusiastically. That's awesome! So it'll be just like home then, huh?'' Alex responded. There was a visible smile on Cameron's face at this point, things were going well!\n\n\tThey finally arrived at Alex's home. It was somewhat large, though old, and in the middle of the woods. It was beautiful and astonishing during the day - large trees surrounding the home from every direction and providing plenty of shade in the unusually warm autumn days. Being autumn, as well, the trees looked especially beautiful - all their leaves were changing color. It was magical! Cameron absolutely loved it - though he didn't think about what it would be like at night. It's probably for the best that he didn't - but he would find out soon enough. Alex spent most of his day showing Cameron the home, starting on the first floor. Alex said, reaching over to stop the chair from spinning. \n\n\tThe two spent the rest of the evening playing videogames, watching TV, and having dinner. At roughly 10 PM, they found themselves in the computer room - Alex sitting behind the computer desk on the small old couch, while Cameron played Minecraft on the computer. Because Alex had spent 90% of his time with Cameron, Cameron was unable to spend time looking at big boy movies on his favorite websites on the computer. \tThe long week had past, and finally, the weekend had arrived! It was the first week of the little cub Cameron?s school, and he was still having troubles adjusting. The small talk continued for a bit longer - when were they going to leave, the young cub wondered. Finally, after a long 15 minutes, goodbyes were said, hugs and kisses were given, and cars left.
\tCameron sat himself in the car seat in the back of Alex's small sedan, with the help of Alex of course. Did your mom tell ya anything about my house at all?'' Well, your mom says that you really like computers! Is that true?'' The older husky continued the conversation. Oh no, he's talking about the computers! Does he know already? That's awesome! So it'll be just like home then, huh?'' Alex responded. There was a visible smile on Cameron's face at this point, things were going well!
\tThey finally arrived at Alex's home. It was somewhat large, though old, and in the middle of the woods. It was beautiful and astonishing during the day - large trees surrounding the home from every direction and providing plenty of shade in the unusually warm autumn days. Being autumn, as well, the trees looked especially beautiful - all their leaves were changing color. It was magical!
