  "description": "Kinda funny how my visual design class is actually getting me to draw anthro seriously. The theme was basically a furry cooking game similar to Papa's Pizzeria, but everyone is anthro besides the mc who got isekai'd into said world. Theo plays the role as the restaurant's manager.\n\nTheo's description was basically that he was a short-eared elderly owl with a 'mysterious'-esk personality. Read it and went 'aight, he's dealing with the mafia'. At first I tried mostly drawing him as an old man, only to realize I have no clue how owl anthros work, as seen in the second image.\n\nSo, I decided to simplify the character by making him almost owl with the left most design, realized that was too boring, decided to humanize him by giving him hands, now it looked awkward as hell, and gave up and looked up a manga furry drawing guide. The right most design is the latest design I've got, while the hint of 'mystery' isn't exactly drawn on his face, but it's the one I'm going with.\n\nAnother inspiration for the design is typically those extremely bulky muscle men, like Curtis from FMA, like you don't expect the manager to be THAT swole and your mind starts going 'oh he had some history alright'.\n\nAnyways this technically does not count as my oc since I was merely following a theme, but I'll be posting the rest of my visual design project with Theo later on. \n\nAlso fun fact, it's thanks to this class that I was further encouraged to finally draw my oc Ascot. I was basically tasked to add npc characters to the mix alongside Theo and the main character. ",
